Absolutely shocking, guy on phone was quick to cut me off. Food was unedible and tasted awful

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am highly allergic to chilli as it is a trigger for my IBS. I placed an order over the phone for collection and asked for a mixed pepper, red onion, cheese and chicken pizza. It took me 5 attempts to explain to the restaurant what I wanted as the man taking my order had very poor English. When my son collected the pizza it had Chillies and jalapeños in it! I called them up and was told I am wrong it is peppers despite it being extremely hot so I went down to the restaurant with the pizza and they still argued. In the end I got a refund for the pizza but no apology. Don’t order over the phone to this restaurant if you have allergies!

Very bad Service the guy there is rude thinks hes doing u a favour the food matches the bad service imagine if u ask for sauce he never give u and ask u to bring your plate to put some in it Never back there again i strongly don’t recommend it

SHAMBLES! Any chef will tell you that when making a pizza the sauce is absolutely quintessential to it's composition yet this restaurant neglected to use any on the pizza at all. It's a shame as the pizza itself had a wonderful cook on the cheese and base but what I recieved doesn't resemble pizza in the slightest, dry, and utterly sauceless. I have included photos of a slice with the cheese removed as well as the underneath of the actual cheese to show proof what I'm saying. It's a shame as the sauce is my favourite part of a pizza. I'm unlikely to use this restaurant again which is a shame because the service and prices are great but sauceless cheese on toast isn't what I wanted. I can't mark the atmosphere as it was a delivery order.

Absolutely terrible, got most of the order wrong (would not admit fault) refused to give refund, aweful phone manners and after all that, the food was terrible. Never again.........steer clear unless you want food poisoning.

Worst pizza joint ever! Yes, the prices are attractive but please, dont get fooled by that. Staff are rude and ( apologies for saying this) but barely can communicate in English?! Horrible customer service! Their product is so bad that shouldn't be sold! Italians would be offended. They try their best to avoid cash payments and this is obviously for tax avoiding reasons. Not to mention that the place lacks in basic cleanliness! Please avoid

Well the last few time we ordered for delivery has been horrible. However ordered 4 pizzas tonight . When they finally arrived 2 of the pizza dough wasn't cooked way to thick. 2 of them looked like a foot had slipped on them .... pineapple on pizza that's not ment to have it on the pizza extra tight on the cheese on each pizza...... definitely won't be ordering from them again ..... don't know if they have changed ownership but its gone right down hill.

I ordered a lamb donor wrap,chicken burger and 2 portions of chips.lt was disgusting,when l went into the shop the bloke who served me hardly spoke English and was in jeans and a coat,l asked where his uniform was he said 'in wash' ,when he was preparing the food he had no gloves on,and when it was all packed in the bag l waited another 2mins for the chips while the food was getting cold. I got home and opened the wrap up to add sauce and the meat was crusty and well overcooked/or had been sitting in the container for a long time.l called them to complain,they put the phone down on me so l went to the shop with the food, and he looked disgusted himself and gave me £10 back saying patronisinly to me "customer right" numerous times.I WON'T BE RETURNING

Ordered at 18.07 delivered at 19.03. Delivery driver no issues very polite. Food arrived cold, chicken nuggets and chips were hard overcooked. Called to raise this issue, politely, until the Guy was very rude no remorse, sarcastic and very inconsiderate. All it takes is “I do apologise, However “ (try and rectify rather than thinking customer is in the wrong!!) 😑 WOULD NOT order from here again!!

I ordered directly from their website at 7.24. Order was confirmed at 7.25. Order was delivered at 8.50pm. When I called to ask where my food was, I was told delivery driver was on their way with no apology. This is disappointing considering my food arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes after ordering.

Ordered online for takeaway…. Processed at 7pm… 36 minutes later it said order rejected!?? But they took money from my bank as was pending. I phoned up with constant engaged call, finally got through…. Spoke to a man he said problem with system… took my order number and said be with me within 15-20 minutes… it’s now 21.15pm and still no food and now too late to eat or order elsewhere. Phone constantly engaged, probably with many unhappy customers also. Terrible service and will get my bank to deal with them for my refund.

Overpriced and poor service. The food tastes fine but the menu was completely misleading as I ordered "Cube of lamb shish, cube of chicken shish & lamb doner Meal" but it came with no cubes at all (just 3 small pieces of each) and 85% was just doner meat... for £15??? I can go to any Turkish restaurant and get a large meal of grilled chicken or lamb with salad and chips for less. There was a complete lack of fizzy drinks; all they had was a Fruit Shoot and Diet Coke... pathetic. We asked for garlic sauce and the guy said he put it in the bag but when we got home there was nothing there (our fault for not checking but why lie?). Just avoid this disastrous place.

Food is hit and miss at best. Thats if you can actually get served in the restaurant/takeaway. Rude staff total blank you at the counter, waited 15mins to get served nothing!!! I was the only person in there. Didn't even speak to me... Never again!!!

Waited in store for 15 minutes and no one spoke to me. This is the second time this has happened. Won't be tevisiting

King burger, ok,ish. Lrge ckicken shish kebab was very sml! Chips that came with the meal were cold and very dry! It was good here a few years ago, i dont know whats happened ???

Horrendous service, called the restaurant to say my order hasn't arrived and was abruptly told the driver was on his way when he clearly wasn't. I am going to get a refund from Just Eat. Will never order from them again.

The food was absolutely disgusting I will never eat here again wings was deep fried from frozen and not fresh. Chilli sauce was from the bottle ready made ones. Should have gone in next door.

ChiQizza was always my favourite before premises move,finance have been difficult over the last few months and after receiving an offer from deliveroo we could afford a treat ! The pizzas were dried up ,burnt and very little topping and lots of burnt crust,I put my own sauce on to add some flavour but all I could taste was salt ,I’m not a fussy eater but these had to go in the bin and had a sandwich instead

I regularly order from Chiqizza Watford. My son's favourites being Chickenro and hot wings. The food has always been spot on very tasty and cooked well and now it's our favourite take away. Never had any problems with our orders and the delivery staff have always been very pleasant.

Pizza was great. Ooh the stuffed crust is amazing!

I've ordered chicken shish meal, meant to be with garlic sauce, I've received a bad quality cooked chicken breasts with veins and I even caught a bit of a small bone.. the sauce was for some reason on the bottom of everything and it was very runny worst experience ever. That's the 12£ (as I ordered two meals) that I'm not getting back ... I left the food at the restaurant.

I ordered food was told 20mins 45 mins later a pile of mush turned up l had 1 mouthful and threw it away never again

When it first open it was hands down the best pizza in Watford and there fried chicken was unreal but it seems it’s changed hands. The food is average but the customer services is shocking. I though the delivery driver was gonna kill me the way he looked at me 😂

DONT NOT FALL FOR IT! Ordered online over £25 as leaflet states get 15% discount. Amount was confirmed with discount and full amount was taken off my card. On top when called the ‘online people’ as they called them they said the system confirmed the right amount and i didnt check. So I possibly imagined the discount applied at the end of the order list and imagined the discounted total. Only finding out the full amount was taken off when received confirmation email. Also very handy that the customer service representative was also the manager when asked for.

Delivery sometimes takes a while 20 minutes late on one occasion but my food was still piping hot Highly reccomend their pizza Better than pizza gogo dominoes papa johns etc

Took over an hour and a half for pizza order to arrive, chased it and still hasn't arrived now. Think they forgot about us and only remembered when I got hungry house customer service involved. It's only 10 minutes away. Awful service.

Awful menu, trying to do pizza that is originally ITALIAN with a MEXICAN theme. Got a long way to go especially with the bad customer service. Awful awful. I called from WATFORD and they told me it was too far to deliver though their website says they deliver for free within a 4 to 5 mile radius!!!!! I was only 4 miles away. The man on the phone had no remorse, no customer service skills and the "problem" was easily fixable. So if you don't live in the flat upstairs to their shop or across the street, dont bother. The menu is confused anyway so they did me a favour. Only got a star because you can't rate lower than 1.
