I’m a massive fan of Chipotle and have been to many over the years. This by far is the best and the staff are really professional but personable too. It’s a great location too. And just a walk away from my work - already going about 3 times a week minimum! The manager Andreea is always around and super friendly! ❤️

I had Chipotle yesterday and it was absolutely satisfying. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were bold, and the portions generous. I went with a burrito bowl, and everything from the seasoned rice to the tender chicken and tangy salsa was on point. What really stood out was the staff—they were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. It’s great to see a team that works well under pressure while still being warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best fast-casual meals I’ve had recently—will be going back soon!

Today I have the lunch whit my family for Easter !! The food fresh all the topics I took . The guacamole I love it !!! The lady for till she give me Free chips and guacamole. I was very impressed about her happy service . The store was so clean and a lady was cleaning the tables and says to all the customers ..HAPPY Easter ! I WAS VERY SURPRISED.

Amazing staff ! I been whit my family yesterday for Easter dinner we had such amazing time . We came 6 people and we took veggie bowl and sweet chicken. The portioning was huge and the food was delicious. The staff members very friendly and they explained calm all the meniu they give us to try first the chicken and beef. After we left they give me free chips and guacamole -WOOW. For sure I will came back again .

I’ve been a regular at this Chipotle and usually enjoy friendly, on-point service. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was a huge letdown. I arrived around 22:10, and the first thing I noticed was a number of black rubbish bags piled up at the entrance. Not a good first impression. There were two delivery drivers waiting — one of whom seemed to have been waiting a while. The two employees (a guy and a girl) looked overwhelmed, running around in a way that suggested the place was understaffed or chaotic. I ordered a burrito to take away. The guy started preparing it, but the first wrap was burned. I thought, “okay, mistakes happen,” but it didn’t get much better from there. He started again, but when I asked for brown rice, he almost put white rice instead. Moving on to the toppings, he asked me if I wanted sour cream, but before I could even respond, he added it anyway. He had to start all over again. To top it off, when it came time to finalize my order, I politely asked for a chilled Coke Zero, but he forgot to add it to the bill and also didn’t hand it to me when my order was ready. No apology, no accountability — just a rushed and careless attitude. What also bothered me was the way the employees were interacting. While preparing my order, the guy was speaking to the girl in another language, and it honestly sounded like he was shouting at her. Meanwhile, she was rushing on prepping orders for the delivery drivers. I come here often, but tonight was very underwhelming and uncomfortable. I really hope the management addresses this situation to ensure better service and accountability in the future. I would suggest reviewing the CCTV, working on the listening skills of the employee on duty, and ensure staff doesn’t speak in other languages the customer doesn’t understand: it’s unprofessional. Above all, however, management should teach the guy not to shout at his colleagues under any circumstances.

Servers are friendly, good portion size and my burrito bowl was tasty. Would recommend trying the honey chicken.

Hi, me and my family visited your restaurant. The first person approached me was Andrea. She was super helpful and friendly to me and my family, honestly I don’t usually eat outside but I would really want to come back to eat here just because of Andrea amazing service. These days it’s hard to find people with good customer service like hers. And I work in hospitality so I know what I’m talking about.

The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was great. I saw how lovely the lady was treating customer before me and stayed because of it! I came in starving so I was super indecisive. Story of my life. But she was patient and told me what was best (based on what I told her I liked!) and let me even try a few things? I think I walked in on a great day. But the food was delicious. Good temperature and fresh! Honestly, I have no complaints. This was my first meal of the day and choosing where to eat was hard. So happy I chose Chipotle. I ordered: Naked Burrito (she allowed me to have the wrap also) with half and half chicken and steak, mild and hot sauce, with all the topping minus the sweet corn! I choose to dine in because they made me feel so happy. lol. Amazing service. So so happy
