Missing extra portion of meat that I’ve paid extra and the overall portion was much less than usual

Way way too much salt guys You should put a warning on your food explaining the risks of high salt intake linked to high blood pressure associated with strokes and heart attacks. Now we all know western food, particularly from America is crap. That’s common knowledge. Just watched shows like Man vs food. Almost every American place is deep fried which means trans fats and saturated fat and the worse oils with free radicals. I thought I’d visit Chipotle again as there was nothing really nearby that was any good. it’s a rice vegetable bowl. Nothing that unhealthy really until you eat it. Taste of salt. Nothing but salt. So much I have to post my concerns online. Buying a drink is highly recommended. Another American strategy to make more money. Put loads of sugar and in this case salt to make more money and to add taste. The issue is it kills your taste buds so you want more salt. Perhaps the founders suffer this if they are still alive that is and not suffered health issues eating the food they sell. Seriously guys. Ease up on the salt please. I don’t want high blood pressure thanks. Even your chips have more than what is the daily recommended amount. I put mine in the bin as it was like eating something from the sea it had so much salt. I’ve complained with management already as I visited again today. I think it’s getting better. You obviously add salt when you cook stuff like the vegetables, rice etc. please STOP. I’ve left some in the photo so I can get home safely without too much risk

So disappointed with chipotle. We are vegetarian. We order 2 veggie bowl as you can see in the picture. But we got big chicken piece in our bowl. Never gonna order it again from this chipotle. Not recommended.

Staff were nice but I am still recovering from awful food poisoning from here (vomiting, fever, pain etc) which has lasted many days. Be careful!

The food is not great. Chips are over salted, guacamole tasted only of onion. Carnita was bland and got put so much bean water in the burrito that it was dripping through the wrap. Server looked tired and gave a very poor service. Half of the restaurant closed with chair to prevent customers to make the area dirty I imagine. Result in a very crowded lunch time experience sharing DIRTY tables with strangers. Not ideal if you look for a quiet lunch time

Stingy toppings alongside cold hard meat (ordered two bowls), gone downhill bigtime

It's an American version of TexMex food, not even closer to Mexican cuisine. Barbacoa and beef were so so. Black beans were just boiled, not fried. Burrito and Tacos were served cold. Guacamole was just OK and overpriced. What kind of a Mexican restaurant is this, who does not have corn tortillas on the menu. Toilets were dirty and needed regular cleaning.

Tried again today but the food is way too salty! I couldn't finish my burrito! I mentionned this to staff many times but they just said "yes we hear that a lot " and nothing s been done about it. I was there at the opening, the food was fine for a few weeks and then became way too salty to be enjoyable. I will avoid now

Fantastic! Super fresh & delicious 😋100% recommend. I usually order online, this time I ordered my usual bowl and my boyfriend brought it back tasted exactly the same and filled to perfection which is rare from most establishments

the bowl is practically empty and the tacos leaked in the bag. the driver struggled to open the door aswell

Pretty tasty meal and good size portions, fairly quiet when I ate there so was served at the counter quickly. Lots of choices for additional Ingredients to be added to the main.

My girlfriend's burrito immediately fell apart, inedible. The staff was not very patient, especially towards foreigners who did not understand the language very well. The place was clean and tidy.

Prices are a gone beyond a joke! A very basic burrito (rice, beans, double chicken and guacamole and nothing else) that was around £12 when it first opened, to around £14 is of today a whopping £15.65! I asked the person about the prices and they just said - prices went up!

False advertising: the pictures of the Go To Quesadilla on deliveroo don't match the food you get. Generally speaking the value for money isn't great here.

Usually you’re ok but tonight you sent us food which poisoned us. And when I phoned to complain; you did nothing … you didn’t even understand what I was saying. We were so looking forward to our chipotle dinner and instead you’ve sent us to throw up and be sick over the bank holiday weekend. You added so much salt to the food, to the point, that it destroyed the meal and made us SICK! That is irresponsible! Are you not tasting your food? Do you not have measured amounts of salt? Do you realise how bad this is! I’m not talking about making it salty, you’ve clearly POURED a bag of salt into the food to the point that it is INEDIBLE! We’re just so upset by this. Nothing worse than being sick. And btw: your burrito sizes are pathetic. You cannot charge that amount for a child size portion. The burritos are tiny! Do better man, come on. This is not ok.

I love fresh guacamole which is the reason I stepped inside Chipotle this evening. Combined with fresh tortilla chips I enjoyed a delicious light supper. So good was the guacamole, I brought another portion to bring home. How welcoming and warm was Kimo who served me. A great, healthy addition to West End Lane. Thank you Kimo and the team.

Went for chipotle bowl. Even if I account for inflation, the quantity they served me would be less for even a kid. Definitely not worth the price they are charging. And the food is cold and tasteless. Needless to say, a waste of good 10 quid..

Every time I go there, the quantity is less. This time they put half spoon of rice and half spoon of beans, literally. That makes any sense. Very disappointing

While food is tasty, everything is cold. Not great! Will not order again.

The quality is good; but that’s never been Chipotle’s issue. The quantity has taken a serious hit, bowls are about 1/2 the size they used to be. Also, fajita veg hasn’t been cooked my last 2 visits. If you’re having takeout, menu on cost on Deliveroo is 20-30%+ in-store price. If you’re local, walk in, it’s much cheaper

Always a lovely place to have lunch, but there seems to be quite a difference in the portion sizes when the female staff provides compared to when the male staff provides.

GROSS! There was a hair in the sour cream sauce and the staff member deliberately mixed it in!! Who knows how many is in there. Ew!

So good! Definitely recommend the bowl with some tortilla chips on the side. Regular size of tortillas is more than enough, couldn’t even finish the bowl in one sitting! Would buy again, great value for a good price

Ordered online and picked it up, burrito was about half the size as I'd expect... you're charging £12 for a wrap, fill it up. I'll be going to Tortilla next time. Rubbish.

I love Chipotle but this branch is hit and miss. often tables dirty and generally dusty z depending on who is serving one gets big amount of rice and beans and little anything else. I paid extra for guacamole and got just regular amount. Bowl was dry and boring.

Staff were pleasant but not over friendly or helpful. Haven't been to this restaurant before so wasn't sure what to expect. Although I had high expectations as the chain is popping up everywhere With little guidance from the staff I selected my burrito fillings and sauce. The burrito was not cut in half and was therefore large and difficult to eat. The filling was part warm and part cold. When I started eating it spilt everywhere and was so messy. Kind of mushy texture and not flavoursome in the slightest. Thank you for this experience..... But I'm affraid I won't be back in a rush.

2 hours late. Couldn’t be eaten. Not the restaurant’s fault as we called and our dinner was sitting there for 40 mins before we contacted them. Courier was supposed to be waiting at the restaurant but that wasn’t true and our food arrived 1.5 hours after that!

I'm a big Chipotle fan, love their food - flavours and portions. The avocado/guacamole portions are massive and the veggie option is really tasty. The west Hamstead branch is open sort of late and has enough room to seat. Service was quick and prices ok for 2

We've just ordered 6 burritos off Deliveroo - THE WORST CHIPOTLE BURRITOS we've ever ordered (and our office has had a lot in the past). 5 of the burritos were missing all of the xtra toppings we ordered, 2 had no salsa and were so dry, none had any cheese in them despite ordering it, no sour cream in one. Whoever made these hasn't got a clue. Plus the size of the burritos was a joke. They were about half the size of a normal burrito. considering they cost around £12 we felt very ripped off. Do not use this branch of Chiptole

Not sure how they’ve managed this, but I’ve never been to any other branch of a fast food chain where the staff are so consistently friendly and helpful, with efficient service. It’s the regular spot for a fast but healthier meal.

The burrito was exactly what I expected, not more not less. However, £16 is too much for a burrito so I won’t be ordering through Just Eat again, instead I will eat in.

Burrito was not wrapped properly, foil had completely split open so that combined with the fact the delivery driver was late meant the burrito was stone cold when it arrived

Came in with my boys for early dinner, the staff were chatting away and didn’t receive us straight away. When they finally did they were stiff with the portion of the food and when we asked for a little more they charged extra. There were also flies every where in the restaurant so very uncomfortable to eat in.

I was delivered the wrong order and the restaurant wouldn’t correct that. I’ve complained to Just Eat customer service but they are also difficult when it comes to getting a refund.

The food is good, however, I literally ordered a steak Burrito and received no steak. A real shame as I love Chipotle.

Guys I'm pretty sure you have a green fly infestation. They're everywhere in the store. Behind the serving counter as well... these are two in my seating area alone. They were by the sauces... its pretty bad, please sort it out because this area is convenient to grab food from.

Second time they brought me the wrong order!

Couldn’t be bothered to cook lunch so popped in here. Food was fresh tasty and the portion was generous also Keto friendly. Service was pleasant and friendly So no complaints at all total spend for 2 was about £22 didn’t get drinks. Great pit stop on my way home

I ordered burrito, taco and tortilla with dip. Everything was ice cold and completely tasteless. Burrito was very small and I am not sure what I had as taco(that wasn’t taco obviously?) don’t recommend to anybody!

I ordered early so that I could eat when I was home. The order was over 35 minutes late and somewhat cold.
