Take over an hour to deliver food, a rice bowl which doesn’t take long to prepare at all. Food comes cold after that and do not answer the phone, goes straight to answerphone. Awful.

I always enjoy my burrito from Chipotle ! I should add that the team is lovely and service is consistent from one visit to the next. Price is a bit on the high side though and it has gone up significantly in the past year so I'm not going as often as I would want to, unfortunately.

Have always wandered if this is a good place to eat . Today I wanted to have a small bite and I thought of giving it a try . From the outside looks like just like any other fast food restaurants. Walked in and checked the menu and the display food. I was very impressed and did not hesitate to place my order. Food was delicious and chefs looked smart . The lady at the till was also very friendly and also checked if my food was ok. Will be back for more .

Dhaas and Iliyas provided great service! As I was vegetarian they ensured everything was hygienically prepared and they made me fresh fajita veggies for my burrito! Everytime I come here the service is great!

Great place for gluten free option. Our food is always prepared separately by a member of staff who knows about contamination and we never had any problem there. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, highly recommended.

NO VALUE FOR MONEY, £25 for a drink and burrito for two people without extras - after a very measly portion size of beef I asked if he could fill it out a bit more - he then said it would cost more in which I replied that a small scoop of beef should not a standard - especially when across the road you have tortilla across the road which offers double the size and a drink for less. Thought we would try this place out as a change to our regular spot and will not be returning. The cheery on the cake was asking for a non-fizzy drink, being sold a passion fruit sparking drink which exploded all over the table.

The guy serving me was very nice, very quick to prepare my food too. Nice, relaxed location and atmosphere and the restaurant was very hygienic.

2nd time in Chipotle! The food was so good, I was standing in the que and I saw the guy make the food for the uber delivery lady, and it looked so good, and then I said can I have what you just made for that lady, he goes yeah sure I changed some of it, so brown rice lot of shredded pork, tomatoes with green chilli and guacamole, it was so good can’t wait to go back and try again.

Was refused an order when I asked for a quesadilla. The reason was not because they ran out, rather that they have some policy against serving between 12 and 2. Reasons aside, it's not good to refuse a customer order. I walked out and went to tortilla instead.

Oh dear... Asked for a burrito got a toddler but said can you put the ingredients next to the wrap instead of inside it and they said that wasn't allowed... Why? So basically don't ever go here with kids.

£20 stolen by Chipotle website. Didn't give us a number after charging us and the store was useless with any help. The company of this size should not be allowed to operate with no customer service phone number or email address. Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back... £20 might not be a lot of money to lose, but the way Chipotle acted when presented with this problem, plus the amount of time wasted trying to figure this out on my own has cemented in me my friends not to use them anymore. Edit: To the Chipotle rep. I have tried that... 4 days ago, no reply. That's why i resorted to making this review...

Disappointed that despite ordering two of the same items, one of the burritos was nearly half the size! I took it up with Deliveroo who in turn said each company has its own measurements policies and with this in mind I would suggest you to find other places to eat as your dissatisfaction over a fair cause is not taken seriously and you’ll never be compensated! It’s quite remarkable to pay £12.90 for a “burrito” and still be hungry after eating

This is my favourite place to grab lunch when I’m in Watford. On the weekends, there’s a young lady called Nat who always makes my day with her “advanced” banter, and she always gets my order just right.👌✨🌯

The burrito was nice it did kinda fell apart when I was eating it the service was okay only thing that disappoed me was the massive off putting smell in the place, I don't know if it's the food or the person who didn't wash him self, Property I ain't sure if I would come back to this place.

The steak was very dry and chewy could be frozen or sitting there a long time who knows. It felt like there was double bread in the burrito than the fillings so it was a disappointment overall. I understand business costs have significantly increased but dropping good standards is not a good practice.

Food tasted nice, hot salsa was really nice but £10 for a small bowl of salad and rice isn’t okay. Portion size was a lot smaller than last time, especially considering no protein was in it.

We always wanted to try this restaurant and finally we found it in Watford. You can customize your order if you want a wrap or bowl etc. For me I choose the bowl as I don't like eating messy. Then choose the shredded beef, added lettuce, black beans, red salsa, tomato and sour cream and cheese if I remember correctly Oh I forgot brown rice as well. Then my girlfriend and friend ordered a wrap with chicken and beef then again you can choose your add ons. Surprisingly they have tabasco, they even have the green one which is mild and chipotle brand tabasco. First time trying it and I literally love that hot chipotle sauce. The food tasted really good!! I love it! Especially when you add the chipotle tabasco, it elevates the taste. Were shocked at how affordable there food were, for the three of us we paid around £34 with drinks. Will definitely go back here as I really love there food. Will try other combination next time. Lots of seating area, super clean. Staffs were really fast and nice. One staff were even rewhipping the table haha!
