We ordered on just eat, went through fine, then they just cancelled the order in the shop for no reason. It was only 9pm on a Saturday night. Nearly spoilt our night

Ordered for Saturday night delivery and the wrong order came. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and got a pizza covered in meat and olives. Rang the shop and they apologised and said would send correct order. Hour later didnt arrive so rang again and they asked if they could do it Sunday as shop had been manic so I agreed as it had now been four hours since I ordered. Pizza comes Sunday and they try to charge me for delivery so for their error! I refused and won’t be going there again as they tried to rip us off

Ordered: Large Chicken Tikka Kebab on a nan with garlic mayo, chilli sauce, NO salad, chips & cheese. Got: Some sort of marinated chicken in foil, two separate pitta breads, no sauces, tray of salad, chips and cheese. Very dry without the ordered sauce, most of the order was wrong although the food itself seemed ok. They DON'T accept card payment so had to walk to the nearest cash point which charged £1.25 to withdraw. Bloke at counter was unfriendly and curt. First and last time I will do business with them.

Ordered off just eat thinking it was takeaway in Choppington. Whole lot gone in the bin. Inedible pizza and chilli was like thick red hot syrup. Vile.

My family just accidentally ordered from this place on just eat instead of the restaurant located in choppington. We were absolutely disappointed by every food item delivered. The majority of chips that came with the kebab were raw or barely half cooked. The kebab meat itself was in very small scraps, which was very dissatisfying. The nachos were extremely sweet and tasted more like a dessert than a savoury item, the cheese was not melted whatsoever, the nachos were burnt and there were little to no add-ons mentioned. All of the food was lukewarm which was a let down compared to the choppington chinchillas.

Garlic is Mayo, chilli tastes like jam, pizza is terrible.. like an Aldi £1 special, kebab thick and chewy, chips are oven chips. Any good review must be one of their workers. Place should be shut down it’s that bad, worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered. It should be everyone’s legal obligation to get this place shut down.

Tasteless. We had a chicken wrap and it was totally off under cooked chips..NEVER AGAIN

First time here. The man behind the counter wasn’t nice to the delivery driver. I made a friendly ‘grimace’ and they mouthed ‘he’s miserable’! I ordered nachos, which were really nice and very tasty, (apart from some stuck to the foil and there wasn’t a great deal for £3. I also had a small chilli burger and this tasted like a piece of cardboard - totally tasteless with no resemblance meat, at all!! The salad was nice; but the burger bun was cheap and fluffy. Overall, a ‘mediocre’ experience, which would have been greatly improved, if the man behind the counter only cheered up!

Terrible service. £35 for 4 pizzas, 2 were wrong, Was told 2 new correct pizzas would be delivered. 2 hours later i rang to ask where they were...Told that they were not sending them & i shouldnt have been told this. Woman told me to read menu properly. Put phone down on me twice... she talked and shouted over me... My sons pizza & chips were disgusting. Rubber Chips🤮 Disgusting attitude from the woman. No Customer service skills at all!!!!!!

Came in 20 mins but the garlic sauce had no taste. The pizza was nothing special

Lovely chippy, and pizzeria. Food always nice, always exactly what we order. Better to order and collect as delivery takes up to an hour. No problems though. Highly recommend.

Excellent food, immaculately clean and by far the best in Bedlington. Used them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else!

The kebab I ordered yesterday tasted like rubber and it deffintley wasn't cooked tasted it like it had been left for a couple of days waste of my money never again

Called shop I was told it would be 45 minutes which is fine food came 2 hours later. The chicken nuggets were supposed to be breast it was processed and food was freezing cold stay away.

Love the pizzas from here. 2 for 1 on Monday and Tuesdays always clean and tidy

Really good takeaway food. Been here many times. Can't fault it. On the one occasion I got delivery it arrived very quickly.

Food was lovely but the delivery driver was a total prick! He rang me to tell me he was out side so decided he would keep my change for his phone bill I am still foaming about this as I rang chinchilla and never got no reply from the manager like I was told I would do. This man needs sacked I would never use chin chiller again unless I new the delivery man was sacked he's a disgrace my kids were petrified of his aggressive manner!

Waited nearly 2 hours for a cold pizza n cold kebab.... found the delivery driver wondering around outside with it in her hand, great, thanks... poor

would give no stars if i could, got the wrong pizza from them and then wouldn't refund my money as they lied to justeat. Wouldn't let me speak to the manager as he was "too busy" shockingly bad service and would urge people to order from somewhere else. Thieves!
