This is a must visit if you love delicious food. I stopped at the Chinese Bakery to grab several savory pastries, went to Beijing Dumpling for some fantastic xiao long bao, grabbed a Korean corn dog, some beef noodles, and chicken katsu curry at Tokyo Diner.

I had not been looking forward to this attraction after reading about it online, but my boyfriend has an Asian stomach, so I took him to Chinatown to eat. Maybe it was because it was a weekday so there weren't a lot of people there, so there wasn't the problem of poor security due to crowds as people said on the Internet. There are many Asian restaurants to choose from, including Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, Taiwanese restaurants, Korean restaurants, Hong Kong cuisine... and so on. There are also many choices of hand-shaken drink shops. There are even quite a few Asian supermarkets here that carry many products that make you miss your hometown. If you have time, you can take some time to browse around. The lanterns are hung in a traditional New Year style, looking festive and very Chinese. This time we had dinner at an all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant. The price was reasonable for London and the taste was great. I haven’t eaten hot pot for a long time.

Came here around the Chinese New Year time and was busy and such a great vibe too. Ate at one of the Chinese restaurants too. There was so many Lanterns and Chinese celebrations up too. Chinatown 🇨🇳 is always so nice to walk around and just soak up the atmosphere.

China Town is known for shops and restaurants. It is quite a busy area especially on weekends. You can enjoy Chinese cuisine in any of the restaurants. Some of the restaurants are mid range and some of them are fine dining. These restaurants have vegetarian options however it is limited. It is walkable from the nearest underground station.

However, it can get very crowded at peak times, which can put a damper on the experience. The steamed buns are fluffy and tasty, the pork bun is particularly recommended. The ambience is reminiscent of a traditional Hong Kong tea house. However, the portions could be a bit larger for the price. The Korean corn dogs are a highlight, especially the version with potatoes and mozzarella. The selection of street food is diverse and delicious. However, there are only limited seating options, which limits enjoyment on site. Chinatown offers a rich selection of culinary experiences. Both the Bun House and Bunsik are worth a visit, despite minor restrictions. For street food lovers and fans of Asian cuisine, a visit to this area of ​​London is highly recommended. The Peking duck is particularly recommended. It was really great.

Very colourful. However, I noticed the absence of public benches and bins. Prices without praise and without infamy. We ate standing. Lots of food shops, some hairdressers, a casino and that's it. No clothing or gift shops (that I've seen).

Oh do I love Eastern-Asian culture! The thematic was fun and vivid! Every street was covered with chinese lanterns. The market I went to had some cool japanese mochi for a surprisingly low price. The restaurant of choice had food as tasty as any other chinese place. Greatly recommended on your London visit!

One of the best Chinatowns I've visited! Mandatory visit. You can easily get there from Picadilly or Soho. Mandatory photo upon entry. Emblematic places to eat Chinese Tico food. We were able to enjoy varied food and typical desserts. We also went to visit the typical food stores.

Great day with the children aged between 3 and 15 . We all enjoyed what we ate and had fun trying new things. Chinatown bakery was our favourite spot fish ice cream were big and very tasty also the mini fish filled cakes. Bubble tea and Bubble waffles Sushi . Good spot to visit if in London.

Chinatown has a vibrant and colorful atmosphere, with red lanterns decorating the streets and several traditional Chinese-style portals. The variety of Asian restaurants is incredible — there’s Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai food… all very tasty. It’s definitely worth trying the roast duck at Four Seasons or having a bubble tea at Happy Lemon. It’s very close to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus, so it’s easy to include on your walking itinerary. At night, the lights and the hustle and bustle make the place even more special. During Chinese New Year, the neighborhood turns into a party with dragon dances, parades and lots of music. It can get a little crowded, but that just shows how much the place is loved. Highly recommended for those who want to eat well and discover a little piece of Asia in London!
