China Wok in Solihull

Placed an order in Foodhub at 18.44 the delivery time was 90minutes. 90minutes passed so rang China wok young lady answered the phone I explained I was chasing the order. Asked to hold the line. Ten minutes later the phone was hung up without anybody speaking to me. Tried the restaurant 97 times continuously engaged eventually it rang and was answered told to hold the line again only for the same to happen again!!! Food eventually turned up at 22.25 part of the order missing tried to ring restaurant to inform them guess what engagedagain. Raised complaint with Foodhub tonight they have contacted the restaurant they are not prepared to reimburse for food missing from my order and no apology DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ON ANY FOOD HUB. The delivery time never changed all evening absolutely disgusting There is no customer service No contact directly with me from them despite them promising the manager would ring me all week. Terrible customer service Will never use them again !!

Awful food, delivery took over two hours, phone was diverted to an answer machine that cut you off so couldn't even complain. Avoid like the plague.

Hice un pedido en línea, el menú se veía fantástico. La comida, por otro lado, era pegajosa y sin sabor. Algo de comida estaba caliente y algo de Luke tibio. No volveré a ordenar desde aquí.

El servicio por teléfono es excelente, hacen la comida en un buen momento. Pero cuando llegas a casa puedes conseguir buena comida o comida que la salsa es muy acuosa. Recientemente comí un pollo crujiente especial con salsa de ciruelas, no era muy bueno, la salsa estaba fría y estaba tan salada que creo que dejaron caer el pollo en la olla de sal. Me hizo sentir mal a mí y a mi hijo, se podía ver la sal en la masa. Buena suerte si pides. O suerte de marihuana dependiendo del jefe.

Pedimos nuestra comida para llevar a través de Just Eat. El tiempo de entrega fue establecido y esperamos! Quince minutos después del tiempo de entrega, ahora nos sentimos bastante hambrientos, así que llamo a China Wok. ¡Ni siquiera han comenzado nuestro pedido! Ahora es 21. 30 hiurs y yo y mi esposa no hemos comido desde el mediodía ya que estábamos esperando una comida para llevar descarada. ¡NO ORDEN AQUÍ! PROMESAS FALSAS.
