Ordered takeaway overcooked not jing prawn balls more leaning to crisps inedible called to complain told they would not be so crispy next time, avoid like the plague

If you want to wait a lifetime for your takeaway and appreciate poor customer service - then order from here! Honestly, the WORST takeaway and the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered twice and both times we’ve waited over 2 hours! Cold food on arrival, parts of the order missing…..and when you’re question them / complain - not even a sorry! Awful business

Sometimes there can be quite a wait. But the food is lovely and the staff very friendly. We use them once every couple of months and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Pre ordered food and paid approximately 4pm. Apparently our order came 7ish but we never heard anything it’s currently 9:30pm but I’ve not received my order and yet they wanted us pay a second delivery

Disappointing considering the food is good. The order was to be collected at 730 but wasn’t ready till 8 and when I got home I found that a dish was missing. I will not be using this establishment again.

Absolutely delicious food every week. My order is always spot on even when I ask to make changes to the dish. Definitely the best Chinese around.

Decided to try this place for the first time tonight, specifically asked for,certain items of food that was cooked spicy hot, nothing was hot, food was totally bland, tasteless and not worth the money or the 1 hour wait, what puzzles us is that they read back what we ordered so we felt assured, we started to eat the food and immediately noticed it was not what we asked for, we called them up and they denied agreeing to what we asked for and tried to say that they do it differently to what we had asked but denied telling us that when we ordered, we usually use the RAINBOW and thought we would try a change, please use the Rainbow over these, terrible food and terrible after service, will do what we can to let people know the food was terrible

Love the food from here. I allways enjoy the BBQ pork and egg fried rice, the chicken balls are good portion. The delivery not that long either I recommend this take away

We have a Saturday takeaway from here every week. The food is always good and piping hot and ready for collection when we've asked for it. Value for money excellent would definitely recommend.

I have used this take away for a number of years and have been happy with both the food and service. Unfortunately the current front of house lady scores a zero for customer service. She appears to be unhappy in her line of work, always moaning to and at the drivers, takes her at least 5 minutes to acknowledge your presence especially if she is engrossed in ‘moaning’ to the drivers. Worse of all is her language, as she ‘holds court’ in idle moaning with the drivers she swears about her working conditions, the cook and generally anything regardless of who is in the shop. Unfortunately we will be going elsewhere for Chinese food as this has become the accepted standard of customer service.

So I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant because I've ordered before and it was brilliant food. I rang for it to be delivered they said fine it will be half an hour. So an hour passes and still no food? So I ring back and the woman that answered was rude and said another 10 minutes they don't have any drivers free. An hour and a half since I first ordered the food, it was eventually delivered. No apology or anything. Would rather not order from here again as the food is average.

We decided to get a weekend treat and after some recommendations we tried here. It was good value for money but I found the food was pretty average I will next time pay a bit more for some better quality food.

Really friendly staff, quick service and clean kitchen etc from what you can see! Food is average not the nicest in the area but not the worst either

For the second time have got my order wrong. And yet again no apology or recompense. Even though I had to travel back to get the missing food. When I got it home my crispy beef was thrown together and had little sauce and most of my beef could not be covered. Won't be going back

Hemos estado utilizando este lugar ya que re-abierto y la comida ha sido nada menos que excelente, quizás le faltaba un poco de salsa en algunos platos pero eso es tal como a mi me gusta mi comida.Teníamos nuestro fin último los pinchos y platos principales satay eran tan bueno como siempre pero el arroz estaba poco comestible. Parecía más como arroz de grano corto y casi pegajosa en la boca y difícil de tragar. Tiene realmente mimados por nosotros y ahora creo que dos veces antes de ir otra vez. No sé lo que han hecho (aparte de tal vez comprados en algo más barato) pero por favor volver al arroz original y volveremos tan felices clientes una vez más.

This is now my current number 1 Chinese take away, having been numerous times I have never had a bad meal, service is quick with a smile, the food is cheap. Try the chicken Thai green curry it's yummy.

We order from here on a regular basis now, and the food has been fantastic. It's never disappointed. The satay skewers come highly recommended! The orders are ready on time, and the food is restaurant quality. So glad a decent Chinese has opened in Werrington!

Decided to try the online app ordering was very simple and the service was quick, the food was excellent.

I ordered a take away from here saying I would collect I was told 10mins,I arrived 10mins later and it was waiting for me with a polite happy member of staff.I had crispy shredded chicken in chilli chicken fried rice chicken green peppers black bean sauce and boiled rice about £16 It was excellent I could not fault it and will certainly be using again. I highly recommend .

Werrington in Stoke on Trent has been needing a decent Chinese Takeaway for years, and with the opening of the China Garden, expectations were high.We were not disappointed and the food was excellent, safely say near to restaurant quality....The YUK Sung, was beautiful, plenty of lettuce leaves . The Chicken n Sweetcorn Soup was the best i have ever tasted...Fantastic, and lets hope it continues.
