Food is always excellent from China Garden.

Always my favourite place to order from beautiful food as always

Online it said 45 - 55 minutes for this store and then when we ordered it was delayed. Ordered at 8.17 and it wasn’t delivered until gone 10.30. Did not state that there was over a 2 hour wait for food.

We have ordered here for ages but tonight's food was Fantastic! Our favourite Chinese take away. Best in warrington by far.

Hot, tasty food. Great portions.

Meals are usually great but this time the noodles were almost inedible with the amount of salt in them. I have been glugging glass after glass of water since and still feel like the Sahara desert. Go easy on the salt next time. Ribs were perfect and meaty and the hot and sour soup was lovely and thick.

My food was freezing tonight not happy at all it’s normally the best from here too

delivery guy didn't bother giving us our order, he abandoned it on our front door step and left. front door is broken, delivery instructions say use back door!. 30 quids worth of food is cold. we were regular users of this place, not anymore. !

absolutely appalling portion of salt and pepper shredded beef tonight, came in the plastic container, food it wasn't even covering the bottom, it was like 2 spoonfuls of shredded beef was thrown in along with onions and that cost £6.70 ! appalling price for that little food, never ever had an issue like that before, always been great, but tonight was ridiculous, very disappointing to say the least, rang the restaurant, lady apologised and said she'd speak to the chef.

Ordered our food at7:15pm and was estimated to get here between 8pm-8:15pm when it got to half 8 we phoned and asked where our food was, we was met by rude staff who put the phone down on us a minute into the call, our food then arrived an hour and a half later at 10pm, no complaints about the food it was really nice but the staff were rude and we waited just over 3 hours for it to get here.

The best hot and sour soup in the area! Will definitely order from here again

The Food has always been fantastic from here , I collected today & it was ready by the time I turned up 15 mins after ordering, last time I ordered the Delivery took a while bordering on 2H I did order at around 7 on a Friday so i should have guessed they would be busy but the food was hot & good quality as always when it arrived overall lovely place , people & Food it’s my go to for Chinese takeaway & I’ve tried em all in Warrington

Waited over an hour after our estimated delivery time and even then had to pick it up ourselves only to get it home and the food was cold as was sat on the side waiting for a driver. If the restaurant hasn’t got enough drivers for the orders then they should stop taking the orders

Over 2hours after our order and still not arrived. App says the food is here already, which it isn't, and the only update the restaurant can give is "it's on its way". Very unhappy with this service.

I waited 3 hours and the takeaway is only round the corner I wasn't able to leave the house and rang numerous times to check where it is and was told 15 more minutes after already waiting 2 hours and then it came nearly an hour later. food wasn't hot either so must of been sitting there a while.

Very Good food and flavour, staff are excellent I have had over 100 deliverys from China Garden and only ever had 1 problem which was resolved straight away at their expense. Highly recommended I have left the above review as been a year or so since ordering from here and I wanted to show the difference between then and now. Cold, over priced rubbish waited 1hr45mins for delivery, cold and sweaty food arrives, ya starving hungry you've paid £30 weekend treat what a let down

Would never order again waited over 2 hours for an order. Phoned up a couple times to track it, lady was very unhelpful and refused to refund me my money. Don’t order from there

Ordered food at 7:38 and the food wasn’t delivered till 9:48 The food was cold and quality of food was poor. Ended up throwing most away.

Food was cold and not enjoyable at all, we had to heat it up to start with and it went strait in the bin as it was horrible, it’s usually nice when we have ordered from here before but this time it was very disappointing, will not be ordering from here again wasted £37.

Amazing food as usual, we even got free things after we put a little request in as it was food for a birthday. They definitely delivered!! 10/10 and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good Chinese! Reasonable prices and hot food!!!

So ridiculous I ordered through Uber eats and it estimated around 50 minutes, I’m hungry and need to get up early for working tomorrow. Already waited 2 hours and still on the way, store closed the phone and can’t call them, just so ridiculous waiting here!!!!!

Placed order at 6:20.. it’s currently 21:55 and food still hasn’t arrived. I called through to the restaurant, first time they said it would be 30minutes(almost 3 hours ago) second time they said 20 minutes (1hour ago) - I understand it’s Chinese new year but 4 hours wait time for an order isn’t fun.. I’ve gone past hunger at this point and sat here regretting placing the order for food I haven’t even got yet..

Food tasted of burnt metal. Like the pan had either not been washed or had burnt. I also ordered it at 6:15 didn't get it until 9:05 was not worth the wait and won't be ordering from them again

We had to go and collect it in the end we ordered food at 6.50 and received it at 8.50. Understand its Chinese new year but we have paid delivery and had to go and collect ourselves

We ordered our food at 6pm and waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered. After 1hr 30 we rang and the woman struggled to find our order and then told us it is still being cooked and will be delivered in the next 10 minutes we then waited a further 40 minutes it is now 8.07 and our food has still not arrived !

Food was just amazing! I’m normally nervous ordering Chinese because a lot of places do Sui mais differently and finding the right once is difficult but these Sui mais were amazing! The sweet and sour shredded chicken was gorgeous and my partners bbq noodles were amazing too, definitely our go to place for ordering Chinese now! ❤️ super friendly driver too!

Food was great service was fast. Highly recommended. Only issue was wrong type of noodles arrived thick noodles rather than udon unfortunately I am not a fan. Everything else was amazing a great quality and quantity

Usually very good, but this time the order was late AND I received the wrong items. When I called up to try and sort it, the woman on the phone was very rude with me and actually hung up on me TWICE. Once she realised what was wrong, she said that another order would be sent and be with me, this should have taken 20 mins MAX, however it still eventually arrived 50 minutes later.

3 hours late when I rang was told it was on its way numerous of times then I was told they Had delivered it to another house and to request a refund!

Order was due 1.5hr after I ordered it- despite 30min suggested order time, phoned up after 1hr 40mins to be told it would be another 20mins. Turned up 30mins after that. However, the food was incredible. I imagine the issue was mostly due to them having a busy Friday night, just wish they'd have a way of informing me of the extended wait before accepting the order as I'd have gone elsewhere or not bothered

Very disappointed with the delivery- ordered at 1930 good finally turned up at 2150 … seriously not acceptable.. phoned when order was scheduled to be delivered at 2050 was told will be 10 mins out with driver re-phoned at 2130 to be told exactly the same… when it did arrive food as always from china garden was exceptional….. but at this time gone past hunger most of the order was wasted as now putting the kids to bed so no one wanted to eat - £40 wasted unfortunately will think again about orde

My order took two hours to arrive, despite the estimated time on the app saying 35-50 mins when I placed the order. When I called to chase up they were not even apologetic. I had to microwave the food when it arrived because it was cold. The spring rolls were soft and undercooked but the rest of the food was OK.

Even for a Friday night, waiting 2 hours for overcooked dry chips was not really worth it. Salt and pepper chicken and special fried rice were good, but must improve the delivery.

Drearily dull and tasteless. No sign of any herbs and spices at all. Too salty and greasy. A tiny bit of chopped onion was the only source of real flavour. Very disappointed, as the place has been there for decades. Not even one prawn cracker. Never again 😞👎

Ordered here through Uber Eats with a 50-70 min wait time. Saturday night so fine with us, however the delivery wasn't made through Uber it was through the restaurant directly. Took 2hrs 20 mins for delivery. Food itself wasn't actually too bad despite being just warm but wouldn't order for delivery again, ridiculous!

Awful. Ordered at 7:30, by 9:30 still no delivery and not able to contact due to phone number being constantly engaged. Went to collect order and by 10pm it hasn’t even been made. No updates nothing and they were completely out of their depth. Cancelled my food and got a refund.
