A typical Chinese takeaway shop. It is faiy expensive, but the food is always good, hot and the place is clean. One of the plus sides is you can watch the chefs as they prepare and cook the food as there is a window into the kitchen. Service was fairly fast, and the staff were pleasant and polite. Definitely recommend the pancake rolls (which were stuffed full) and special chow mein.

1st time ordering from here this evening, wow, they did NOT disappoint! Food was hot, great portions, and tasted amazing! Lovely delivery lady too, will be back for more!

Ordered a delivery for bits missing out the order , called up to be told I never ordered them why would I order half a meal , terrible service curry was very powdery like it wasn’t made correctly

Always good food, delivery is good 45 mins average on the Island, can take a while to get through on phone when busy, but there busy because there good lol

Lived on the island for 5 years and only just Ordered from here for the first time tonight, we couldn’t fault anything, chow mein was very tasty and the curry was amazing, the chicken didn’t taste rubbery like other take aways couldn’t give no less than 5stars 😊

Came in tonight for takeaway really really disappointed. Half full Chow Mein half a bag of Prawn Crackers and after asking for extra crispy Sweet Sour Chicken Balls we had anaemic chicken balls and only half cooked. We are all feeling the pinch right now but don't punish your regular customers.

Been coming here for years and these guys are always so busy which is a good sign. The food speaks for itself, definitely the best on the island, the other chinese takeaways there don't even come close!

Never answer there phone no matter how many times you call so rude on the phone food comes about 1h and a half later fessing cold and has forgotten food I do not recommend this place

Absolutely incredible, world class takeaway. I was blown away by the minced chicken balls, had to buy extra and freeze as I couldn't get enough. Scrumptious, delicious food, customer service is also amazing and they catered to my every need even when I asked for extra, or ordered early. I couldn't recommend enough. China express is the best!

As a Chinese person, this food is just like what I had in Hong Kong, very authentic. Great tasting food and value. Would highly recommend the crispy duck, king prawn curry and pancake roll. Also, get to see the cooks inside and they are very friendly

I would like to say it was a take away we ordered but gave up after ringing for over an hour! Totally ruined out birthday treat! No idea how they are still open when they don't answer their phone to take orders???

Never again will I use this place, I have given this the benefit of the doubt as we all have bad days, but this place is more bad than good. Dry, burnt and tasteless, what another waste of money.

Probably the best Chinese takeaway I've tasted on the island. Amazing value, and the flavours are immaculate and nothing like I've ever tasted. Highly recommend the vegetable spring rolls and the duck in black bean sauce, highly recommend and this is now my go to for Chinese!

I always order from here, been going for years. Super quick if you collect and always delicious. Never too greasy. Roast duck in plum sauce is amazing!

Always order from here, nice and fresh cooked food. The salt and chilli chicken is to die for, the chicken chowmeins could be a bit more tastier and less salty. But apart from that I'll give the rating a 10/10. Been getting Chinese from here for 4 years. Will never change. Bless up.

Fast friendly service for take away, and meal very good

I ordered from China express for the first time. Friendly staff on the phone and also the lady that delivered it. I was pleasantly surprised re the price. The food arrived promptly and was hot. The food was absolutely delicious and this is now the Chinese takeaway I will be using in the future.

We have just had no 75 with 141 with a side order of 23 and I've had a king prawn curry with egg fried rice with no 23 and it was superb lovely and hot when delivered with no after taste well done to the chef's totally delicious you can't go wrong good value for money

Pleasant & polite staff. It's always busy, the phone never stops ringing whilst you're in there which is a good sign. Oh, & the food is good too.

Haven't used this takeaway before, despite trying most Chinese takeaways on the Island...but not sure why. This takeaway is outstandingly good. Food was excellent, service was quick and efficient, despite them receiving a lot of orders, and it's also decent value. I think the menu might be smaller than some others locally but that doesn't detract from the high quality. If you visit to make the order or collect, there's a clear view into the kitchen, which is something to see during peak times; they work their socks off. Really like this takeaway and will now become my 'go to'.
