Lovely food it was a big order and all spot on, we were missing one item however was all very hot and tasty

The food took 2 hours to arrive

Chicken balls, Singapore fried rice and seaweed were all spot on. Just let down by the chicken in the chicken and mushroom dish, not sure what chicken was used but had to pick it out, and the duck spring rolls, that didn't come with plum sauce and were a bit tasteless.

Order time went from 45 mins as we ordered, to 90 mins once they accepted our order. It didn’t actually arrive then though. When I called to check where it was, I was told it was out for delivery but still took another 40 mins to arrive. The food finally arrived cold and 2 1/2 hours after we ordered.

I enjoyed the meal the OH did not like it. The beef was chewy and chowmain bland. The spicy sauce was spot on. I'd order again OH wouldnt

Chicken balls batter was very thick and oily for some reason. They're normally good. 2 spring rolls were well filled with mix of meats vs veg.

Cold when arrived and delivery person rude

This was no fault of china dragon who were responsive when I rang and apologised profusely. China dragon always give great service and extremely good food…. BEST IN AREA ⭐️⭐️ the problem came with late food because jist eats accepted and confirmed my order but didn’t process it through to china dragon. However when o rang china dragon were straight on it and got another delivery driver to get food to us and arrived within 30 minutes steaming hot and freshly cooked with complimentary drinks. Wasnt

Charged for a pot of sauce that I ordered but didn't receive not the first time this has happened, which ruined what i was going to eat as it would have made the dish edible. The quality was not up to standard lots of bulking out with onion and rice in meat dishes Will not order from here again unless I have to

Food took over an hour and half, though it arrived hot which was fine. However the food was disappointing to say the least. Two special boxes ordered and hardly any curry sauce included on them, and the rice was definitely not fried rice. Very bland and tasteless food. Disappointing when you can go next door and get a much nicer meal for £1 less. Will not be ordering from here again 😞

Late after picking a time for it to be delievered to then when eatting the food food egg shell in it, very off putting ended up not eatting the rest and staying hungry

Food was good but took 50 mins to arrive, which was 20 mins after the last estimation time given.

I ordered my food at 18:14 and it took nearly two hours to arrive. And was warm not hot. Very disappointed as I haven’t ordered on here for a while and don’t think I will be again.

When the rice got hear it was solid and crunchy let down this time

We had to wait 1 hr and 35 mins for food then it was another 20mins late and food was soggy as put in a pizza box and tied up in a plastic bag

In total my order was delivered almost 2 hours after it was placed. Food needed reheating in order to bring it back to temperature.

Absolutely disgusting food, late delivery……phoned and they spoke to us disgustingly, the food (missing rice) EVENTUALLY arrived only to have a rude rotund girl shout at us. Awful service, don’t waste your money

Ordered food at 6:30pm and didn't arrive until 8:12pm. Waited 1hr and 42 minutes. I understand there are busy days and periods, but to wait over 1hr is ridiculous. If you're offering a delivery service via a third party you need to ensure your wait times are suitable. Originally states between 30-45 minute wait time, you place and order and then changes.

Menu well laid out and so easy to access and add food order - simples! Average delivery time 1hr - 1hr &15mins. Delivered to door after 30mins by a most helpful and polite gentleman. An excellent 5* +++ all round food/delivery experience. Will be ordering from here very, very soon ;0)

The food was messy in appearance and did not seem to be quite what I thought I ordered. Some of the meat was on a bone and the rest shredded, leaving one large'ish bit of bone, in a separate container. There were two sauces, the second I have no idea what it's intended purpose was and has been thrown away.

Delivery time was twice as long as advertised when ordering. Rice was cold and spare ribs dry.

Absolutely awful food, tasted only of grease and greasy gelified chips which called restaurant and spoke to the manager sunny who said he’d tell the chef that was it.

Have ordered from here before and told everyone to go here it was fantastic. Ordered tonight and it just was horrible. Rushed, cold, order not correct. Gutted hoping it is because it’s Friday night and they were busy

Unfortunately on what must have been a busy evening our main courses were overheated as if they had been cooked and stood for too long, the sauce had self absorbed into a congealed enterprise which was probably past it’s intention, even the batter looked like it had been in a sauna and fell away from the chicken like it had been floating in dishwater. So yes, ordered just before 7pm to receive it 2 hours later was not our best experience from this restaurant. Hurrah for the soup and prawn crackers as the rest went in the bin.
