Absolutely awful customer service and Food! They are rude and started an argument that was not needed when we only complained about the quality of the food could not believe what I was seeing.

This is an outstanding Chinese take away, whichever meal we order they are always delicious and cooked with care. Don’t delay, order today!

Love the food, service is excellent

First time ordering from here. Never again. The beef satay was 2 pieces of beef with loads of onions in a pink water not a sauce, special curry had what resembled a couple of pieces of chicken ( but didn’t taste like chicken) 2 king prawns and a watery curry sauce. Special chow main,no sauce just noodles and carrot oh and couple of pieces of some sort of meat. Now the salt and pepper ribs were something else 🤮. End of bone covered in greasy batter no meat on whatsoever. Never had an experience like this at any Chinese. The boiled rice chips and prawn crackers were the only thing edible in this .

This has to be the worst chinese takeaway in selby, noodles were burnt, Chicken tasted like something you’d get from Iceland, cheap and tasteless, plus the Rice was just disgusting!. We will never go there again.

First time going here this evening and the food was lovely, Reasonably priced too. We will be back.

Staff here are great, service is quick and although the menu is pretty much standard Chinese takeaway fare, the food is very good and freshly cooked. Prices very reasonable, on the whole it’s my takeaway of choice in Selby.

we have been using this takeaway for years now and have never had a bad meal yet! The staff are friendly and welcoming and know everything that goes into every dish and give good advice for your needs,huge portions and always hot the best in selby great value .WELL DONE LUCKY HORSE.

By far the best Chinese in Selby, great food, good portions and doesn't break the bank. Have been using it for many years and never had any issues. Friendly, helpful staff, always willing to add or remove ingredients.

They take the time to adjust the meals to what you want without further charge, and the meals are superb

The worst Chinese in Yorkshire. Absolute rubbish. Just got a meal and it was bright pink. Never seen anything like it. I threw it in the bin. DO NOT ORDER. EVER.

Always clean, tasty food from friendly owners. Although the sweet and sour sauce will take your breath away... be warned.

We visited Selby for the weekend and visited here for a Chinese, we ordered beef chow mein. When we got back the chow mein looked more like Pork chow mein and more like a large pot noodle. Would not visit again and most of the meal went in the bin.

Very friendly, kind staff! Always lovely and clean when I go in. The food is like heaven on a plate, I have always been to this Chinese the food is by far the best. Highly recommend people to try this Chinese if they haven't been before.! X x

Waited 45 minutes for a takeaway, all the locals who ordered after me got their food before I did, but we were starving and this place came highly recommended so I didn't complain, i did find it strange to see a notice stating if the food wasn't satisfactory that it had to be brought back within the hour!!!! when we got back to the apartment with the food we opened the cartons and there wasn't the delicious meal we anticipated but a congealed mass of veg with a few bits of meat thrown in for good luck!!! One dish was pale pink and tasted off!!! It went in the bin all of it, shame really

Food is always amazing and level of service is outstanding

Got a takeaway from here last night on my way home and I have to say, it was the best Chinese curry I have had for years. It was tasty and not full of onions and mushrooms. The egg fried rice was really lovely too. Would definitely go back here to try something else.

This is my families 'go-to' Chinese takeaway and my all time favourite ever, the crispy won tons are the best I've tasted and the same can be said for the Aromatic Crispy Duck. The staff are absolutely lovely and can never do enough, have had a missed meal once or twice with big orders but once aware, staff were very keen to sort the issues. A shame they don't deliver but it is worth the journey for me and my family!

The S&S chicken was OK. better than some, not as good as another. Central location so convenient for collection. I can't speak for any other dish.

Been in for some food for the first time tonight, it's very clean and the service very friendly. The food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable, kids enjoyed it too :-) would recommend to my family and friends.

Pedimos el pollo Kung PO anoche con arroz frito con huevo. El Kung PO era sosa, aguados y incolora. El huevo frito arroz era muy pesado y sin sabor, sin ningún signo de cualquier huevo. Nos quejamos y Lucky Horse acordado renuencia a recook. Volvimos al primer orden sólo para encontrar que la segunda orden era tan malo. No reemplazar el arroz! Nos perseveraron con la comida pero no disfrutar de ella en lo más mínimo. Yo no recomendaría este llevar en todo.

La comida aquí es bastante bueno. Por desgracia para una comida para llevar en el centro de la ciudad el aspecto del lugar, y el estado de que cuando vayas, te pone. Por "estado del lugar" no me refiero está sucio, sólo que es un poco como estar en unos servicios sociales esperando habitación (aunque el Lucky personal de caballos son un poco más amable). Es un poco extraño ya que nos dieron un billete fuese par para recoger su comida cuando eres el único.
