I found a hair in the food. So I immediately took it back. And they said sorry and said they would cook a fresh one. So I when I got the fresh one back I opened it only to find that they had put that one back in the pan to heat it back up. How do I know this? Because the peas were burnt. So I never ended up eating it. Disgusting 🤢🤢🤮🤮

First time we'd visited. The food was good a reasonable size portion and average chinese takeaway prices. Would order from there again.

Our neighbour just had a delivery from China Brothers, Longbridge. The driver came to the wrong drive, despite our neighbours having very clear signage, and their drive being several hundred yards away. My husband asked him not to drive like a rally driver on our drive, as he was driving far too quickly (& ignoring "no turning" signs). The driver then parked further up our drive, refusing to drive to our neighbour's property, and walked instead... Then wheelspan off our gravel drive, causing damage. I can't believe that someone else's takeaway has cost us in terms of money and time and stress to sort out! We called China Brother immediately the driver left, having spoken to our neighbour who ordered the takeaway. We are waiting to hear from the manager, but it's been nearly an hour. Reckless, rude, dangerous and malicious driver in silver Nissan Micra GJ51 HRA. When you go to the wrong house, you don't speed on their driveway, you apologise & you thank them for helping you by giving correct directions. You don't cause criminal damage to their property. Update: received a call and an apology from "Jay", said that driver claimed he knew nothing about it, he'd just delivered the food! 😮

First time coming here and I was fairly pleased with my meal the only thing I thought were bad was my duck spring rolls which tasted funny and off would definitely recommend

I have ordered few times from China brother and food was delicious... But today I ordered wonton soup and it smelled like dead chicken, it was simply unsafe to eat. ... I ve had wonton soup before from different company and I'm sure that's not how it should taste. There was something wrong with wonton dumplings too. Was expecting much better quality food from China brother.

The Singapore vermicelli was, overcooked and burnt. If you want a good Singapore vermicelli go to rainbow garden!

Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls = Ace!

Fairly cheap Chinese, well cooked and friendly staff. Slightly smaller portions than my normal Chinese. However, saying that for the price you can't really moan, especially like the chicken balls, well made and still hot on collection. Potentially use this as my regular take away.

First experience with china Brother TODAY 27/062018& they got my delivery completely wrong. I will not be buying from this place again the delivery guy was so rude,had unacceptable customer service.And whilst i had to grab some more change he was on his phone....rude people AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

The food was really nice and tasty, everything was hot when delivered and was actually delivered 15 minutes early, Really polite delivery man too. The kids really enjoyed the battered chicken balls said they were crispy and the chicken was soft, my eg chowmein was lovely and partners sweet n sour chicken was tasty too, all in all a reallt nice chinese meal and will order from here from now on.
