My first taste of real authentic Chinese cuisine! Obviously cooked with care, a starter of perfectly fried seaweed, and the most exquisite and delicately formed mini spring rolls I’ve ever tasted, with no hint of excess oil, which were absolutely delicious. Main was egg fried rice with chicken with green peppers and onion in black bean sauce . Oh! Perfection in itself, every mouthful a testament to the chef’s prowess in the kitchen. Comfortable and peaceful atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. An experience you won’t forget in a hurry. Highly recommended.

My first visit to Ross and was taken here by friends. Really delicious food and the vegetarian sharing platter was delicious. Portion sizes are also good and the egg fried rice was perfect. Absolutely delicious food.

We went here two weeks ago for my Birthday . The food is superb , as always authentic cuisine . The seaweed is delicious . It looked like we book the whole place for ourselves as the place is quite . No irritating laughs and no loud gossipmongers / loud mouths whilst eating . We enjoyed it very much it is like dining in your own dining room.

Food was excellent, service was prompt, highly recommend this Chinese, we sat in and yes it looks expensive but the portions were a great size and easily sharable.

Dim sun dumplings tasteless , seaweed tasted of salt, awful Ribs so hot and spicy inedible. Special fried rice tasteless Never going back👎

Had some truly harrowing takeaways from Ross on Wye but this thankfully is a decent find. Standard Chinese takeaway fayre all done well, duck was good and the salt and pepper ribs were really nice. Would go back.

Shame to find what was a good Chinese restaurant lower their standard. Very disappointing.

Amazing food , friendly staff and a great little venue tucked away at the top if the road . Booked it for my partners birthday and they gave us a lovely Icecream pudding to share and sang Happy Birthday to him after a beautiful meal . Definitely recommend . Thank you Thank you Elaine and Ashley

As regular patrons of Chinatown restaurants, we weren't expecting much. However to our surprise, the meal was superb, freshly cooked and whilst we were the sole diners there, the staff were polite and attentive without being obtrusive. We would highly recommend

Worst Chinese takeaway meal I've ever had. Only gave it one star as there was no option for zero ! All the meals were cold when I went to pick it up (and I arrived 10 mins b4 they said it would be ready) and all the meat was like rubber and slimy ! Will never eat from here again.

Tiny portions ! Chicken satay tasted of fish? Wouldn’t go back again! Even the prawn cracker bag was half full.

Quality of food very good. The wait for food was too long and portion sizes were on the small side. However, if that's the price you have to pay for freshly prepared quality good, then probably worth the wait.

Slow 2 hours and still waiting for mains.

Waited for 1 and a half hours for cold food. The portion size was a joke didn’t even fill half an container would never go back

I really liked this place. My sizzling steak and noodles was amazing! The service was really good as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Myself and my partner travelled from another area to visit a different atmosphere and restaurant. We chose china boy. During our meal the waitress was attentive, however the restaurant was practically empty. We ordered the chicken, rice and crispy shredded beef, which tasted okay. Leaving the restaurant I heading home, I felt very very sick. Eventually I came to the conclusion I had food poisining. I was extremely unwell, I was tempted to go to hospital. Worst stomach pains ever experienced. Looking back the chicken tasted dodgey. If you have any sense, do not go to this chinese. Never ever.

Well, we've been here before but it was a long time ago. This time we ordered 2 starters and 2 mains and they tried to give us the mains first. We queried it and they were a bit perplexed. But the starters arrived. Mine was lovely but oh my the ribs were a rip-off. Round our way you'd get 3 or 4 times as much. Still we were looking forward to the mains. Again mine was very nice but the other one was at best ok. Shame really We wanted to like it.

Really good quality and perfectly cooked. Bit pricey but the chef is obviously skilled and every mouthful is a pleasure. Would recommend :) Best in Ross: head and shoulders above the competition.

Very friendly staff and customer service, but food really overpriced and portions quite small....... not happy!!!

Lovely food. Not cheap but worth every penny. Will be back soon.
