Really lovely vegan food, we regularly dine in and get takeaway and it is always great service, very friendly and efficient. Thoroughly recommended as an additional vegan option in Royal Wootton Bassett.

Delivery driver on doorstep & called...just told you that you are stuck in traffic!! Absolutely awful people!!! 45mins late!! Call & hung up!! Disgusting!! Never use again!!!

We ordered a takeaway for delivery at 7.20pm and we are still waiting for our order at 22.09 Every time we ring up they say it will be with us in 20 minutes, then it doesn’t turn up, so we ring again and they have to be pushed for a time and say 35 minutes! We are still waiting and want to go to bed, not eat in the middle of the night!!! The service is beyond appalling! We will never be ordering from them again.

I visit often with my husband and family and the curry choice is great never had a problem with the food at all the only thing I will say is they need more of a food choice for children and also a dessert menu I think this would get more customers as the restaurant is lovely and the staff our so welcoming and friendly

I did not see, double cream mixed with yogurt Lassi any where, but waiter was very helpful , and he changed it and expressed his apologies. Curry dish was tasteless and burnt smelled. We will not go there again.

Been coming to Chillies on & off from a young child and unfortunately after the last long term owner past it went down hill and unfortunately so did the reputation, but I have to say it’s the first time I’ve been since these owners have been here which has only been a few months. What a turn around, food was really good and the owner & his wife couldn’t be more hospitable. Will be coming back very soon

Had a lovely evening, excellent service, very personal and efficient. Went for a set menu for 2, shared with my husband and it was delightful. Very impressed with the succulent meats and amazing flavours. Definitely recommend.

The waiter gave us nice service, but one weight boarding nature women service was not good, she even doesn't know how to understand common words. The food was salty and burnt smelled. We will not go there again.

Had an excellent meal. A very friendly welcome with menu presented and drinks + poppadoms provided swiftly. The Chot Poti starter was well presented and very tasty. The main course of Chicken and Mushroom balti again very good. Very positive dining experience. Well done Chillies!

Great to see that Chillies is back to it’s normal great food and service after a bit of a slump. Under new management and looks like the problems are behind them. Delighted for Mahmoud’s family and the new team. Excellent food and great choice.

The only issue I have is the time it takes for you to get food. We ordered a takeaway over the phone and was told 25 minutes. Once I got there, I waited about 20 minutes. But apart from that I was happy with the food it was nice. And I would definitely go again.

We stopped here on the off chance and it was certainly a good choice for us! Recently changed hands (as in the last few days) but the food was delicious and the service good too. Thank you to Chillies and good luck.

This place is now clearly set up and focused on takeaway/delivery with very little effort made on the customers who actually bother to eat in. Waited an hour and 15 minutes before any food appeared. In that time we weren't asked if we wanted any poppadoms, and had to go to the bar just to get a drink. We were worried things may come out wrong as we had to point to the menu when ordering, and sure enough it did. But even worse, some of the dishes were tepid at best and the onion bhajis were stone cold. Decided to cut our losses, pay for the drinks we'd had and leave-at the same time as another table of 4 who had been there for 2 hours and only had their starters. Rather than offer an apology the owner/manager just walked off to the kitchen. Tells you all you need to know.

Nice food and the hosts were brilliant

A really lovely curry. It was refreshing to have an interesting selection to choose from. The dishes I had were nicely spiced and very tasty. The staff were warm and welcoming. I can't wait to go again.

Took food back. Explained what was wrong with it to the owner. His response was not to expect anything like I’ve had before from him. I told him not to expect me to come back again! The owner doesn’t care about his business which is why it’s absolutely vile food. This place doesn’t need shutting down the owner needs to sell it on.

Food is always amazing here & I use this restaurant a lot but the way I was spoken to tonight was disrespectful & damn right rude well they lost a order of 3 courses for 4 people which we do most wks. I def won’t be using again.

A great little restaurant. Food is banging, ice cold beers and great service. Its the best priced curry house around. Trust me as I have checked around. Also the takeaways and delivery's are really good. Friendly drivers and both are ex soldiers. You can even have cold beers delivered. 🍻 👌

We always have our take outs from here, nice large portions always hot and prompt delivery times. Best to order from their website not just eat etc.

Wrong curries sent out on my order and one was half full at best. Bhaji’s were both burnt as well as the curries themselves being pretty gross. I called up and spoke to an argumentative, condescending staff member who immediately met me with aggression to the point I had to hang up. I’ve been going here for years without an issue and it’s almost as if they’re a different restaurant entirely. I would avoid at all costs moving forward. Honestly the most rude response I’ve ever encountered from a restaurant.

Food was good, but order was wrong. Naan breads were incorrect and unsure we truly got a Reshmi Kebab, was more of an omelette we received but nothing in menu description to clarify.

Order was on new year's eve. Placed at half 6, was told up to 100 minutes for delivery and it arrived on the two hour mark. Order was delivered by a local taxi company who apologised for it being late. Food wasnt even warm when it arrived. Really disappointing and not their usual best.

I don't particularly like writing this as we used to love this restaurant until the previous owner passed away late last year. We have been back three times and tried all different dishes and have been totally underwhelmed each time. The service is good and friendly and the menu extensive but the actual dishes themselves seem to lack the interesting and piquant spices and are just so bland. So sad but clearly something has changed dramatically this year and though I am not one for really hot curry we do want some sort of heat and varied spice flavours.

I ordered a chilli chicken masala. I normally order this and never have any issue with how spicy it is. Today the chilli masala was very spicy to the point I didn’t enjoy it. Everything else was fine

My food was ordered at 6:25 last Saturday evening, I had an email to say the wait was 1 hour and that was fine. After 1:30 I called to chase the food and was told it would be with me in 30 mins, Unfortunately the food didn’t arrive until 9:05 and it was cold. I called the restaurant to complain and the fella said he would send the driver back with a refund and collect the food but that didn’t happen. I ended up with a kebab for dinner as cold curry doesn’t do it for me. It’s a shame as I’ve eaten from here for years but seems to be going downhill.

Ordered 2 tikkas and only 1 come

As a family we have used this restaurant for years. We will not be using it again. For the second time in a row, given the wrong order, the food was tepid when collected, cold when we got it home. Frankly, the food was insipid and bland. Could not even discern what the meat in one of the dishes was. Just so disappointed given how good the service used to be.

I ordered at 17.48 it turned up at 20.35, not only was it late but it was cold!!! Not happy won't order from you again! If you only have one driver on don't take the order!!

Food was great as normal hot and tasty, unfortunately we were missing our poppadoms but a quick call to the manager and a credit was added to our next order. Great service.

Chillies has always been our go to however we have been disappointed now on more than a few occasions. Food has been late, cold and worst of all bland. Food has been well off what it was as we will not be dining or ordering take out from here for the foreseeable future

So I just paid £70 for a delivery which half my order was missing and what did arrive was cold, manager insisted that he packed the “hot fresh food” himself and put the phone down as did not like my tone of voice. I’ve tried to support this place but tonight’s experience is definitely the end disgraceful attitude and inedible food even my dogs walked away from ZERO STARS

Cancelled order as delivery was over 1hr 45mins late "The Manager" extremely rude - wouldnt give his name when asked. Was unable to give a delivery time on 3 separate occasions. Reasonable in all. Lamb Jalfrezi is my favourite. Sometimes the taste is not consistent on repeat orders (rice). I had a missing order but restaurant quickly recovered and redelivered the meals.

Very long wait. Apparently there was only one delivery driver tonight but the restaurant didn't explain that to us even when we called multiple times. Restaurant kept giving us time scales that were not accurate or realistic.

Ordered a takeaway at 7:22 on Saturday evening online the email came saying a pit would take an one hour thirty minutes which was fine. No call from restaurant to say there would be a delay, Called restaurant at 9:30 told it was on its way, considering the restaurant is about five minutes away by car it arrived at 10 pm and was luke warm. Called the restaurant and given excuses and I asked them to collect the food and return my money as I won’t eat luke warm food. I was advised that I would have to call the following day to have my money returned and don’t worry I will be calling or going to the store for my refund. Would I order again from them and sorry to say my answer is no. Customer service there wasn’t any, if food is going to be delayed then call and let the person know, also don’t send driver with more food than he can keep warm as no one wants Luke warm food after waiting over two hours thirty minutes. I would like to say if you can’t honour orders then don’t take what you can’t deliver. Fingers cross I will get my money back tomorrow without any issues

Abysmal. Ordered over £90 worth as a birthday meal. Arrived cold after over 3 hours. Evening ruined. Restaurant didn't want to know. Will never go here again. Avoid at all costs.

My Chicken Tikka Madras...Or Should I Say c/Tikka in a RED LIQUID with No Substance was the WORST CURRY I'VE EVER HAD not sure what's going on and I waited 45mins to get it.

There was a delay in our food being provided (about an hour), and one of the four dishes was lukewarm/cold, but aside from this, the food was really nice.

Great place, curry is good, service is good, all round good fun.

Love the food here, we prefer to get a takeaway just because you get even more and we live in the area. Thoroughly love the tikka massala.

Bought 5 DIFFERENT takeaway dishes from the House Specials menu. They all tasted the SAME. So not special, not worth the extra paid & definitely not recommended. Bye Bye Chillies, won't be back!

I don’t understand why you would accept new orders if your already so busy, this is pure greed & we ended up having to dispose of the food as it was cold and tough. Waste of money and no refund offered. It took a total of nearly 2 hours to arrive. It was very difficult to get through on the phone as constantly engaged. Maybe if your at full capacity don’t keep accepting orders 👍

We visited Chillies on Saturday. Like "Murph" who has commented, the last time we visited just after Christmas it was pretty grim. However, I am delighted to report that our latest visit was a resounding success. The service was as welcoming and friendly as ever. The food was as good as it has ever been. A new chef, brought in by Shah, has revitalised the restaurant. For those people who have visited and been disappointed in the early months of this year, I strongly encourage you to try again. and you will not be disappointed. The loyal waiting staff, who have been working here years, are a pleasure to see again and they take a real pride in the food they are serving. This was a real pleasure. Go eat!

Awful service with owner arguing when he gets things wrong rather than trying to resolve it. Apparently the customer is always wrong. Not the same place since Mahmood passed away which is such a shame.

I collected my order. Well packed and warm. But, bland food. Does not taste Indian. Maybe eat in service is better.

Food arrived, half hour late after the late arrival time meaning the food was cold. The food quality was abysmal, grease and oil flooded the food. Even tipping some into the sink, it kept going. The food and naan had no flavouring, the starter and the bread was soggy, cold, tasteless and I can say for certainty we won't be ordering from here again.

I haven’t eaten the food yet and I can safely say we WILL NOT purchase food here again. There is a recent review about punctuality (or the lack thereof) and I wish I had read it before giving Chillies a chance. 40 mins wait for collection we were told. 80+ mins later I was still sitting in the car and my husband didn’t have our food yet. Apparently there is no sense of urgency either as he asked for our food twice. The manager apparently thought we should be thankful he went into the kitchen to progress our order. He actually hid in the kitchen for nearly 30 mins instead of updating his customers. I entered restaurant to ask for our money back before if EVENTUALLY came out. I was seemingly being unreasonable by stating it was wholly unacceptable. In for a penny as they say, only reason we stayed waiting! Won’t make the same mistake twice! Insult to injury, got the food now and the order is WRONG. Several items missing. What a HORRIFIC experience.

The boiled rice was underdone, the vegetable rice was disappointing and the chicken curry was just chicken chunks and sauce.I’ve had loads of curry’s from Chilli’s, but this was the worse one-ever 😟

Booked for a table of 3 last night, on arrival we were seated as close to the door as you could get so every time the door was open it was so cold even though every other table was empty. Before we had even sat down we were asked if we wanted poppadoms and no drink. Even though poppadoms and sauce’s were obviously finished the waiter tried to place every item of mains onto table without clearing first. From getting through the door to leaving the whole experience was a rush . Unfortunately we won’t be returning again .

Ordered on a Friday night, food hadn't arrived for an hour and 15 minutes and so phoned the restaurant. Was told it would be ten minutes. After 20 minutes phoned back as food still hadn't arrived. Phoned back again after another 20 minutes to be told driver was ten minutes away. Waited another 20 minutes for food to arrive. Food turned up 2 hours and 10 minutes after ordering, was luke warm and so had to microwave before eating. Won't be going back again

Used to order online but not anymore, their website is not secure anymore, so will order online at ganges which is secure, be carefull when ordering online, oh and their loyalty point's scheme has been dissabled too !!!!! , food is good tho
