just WOW! by far the best chicken I've eaten in such a long time. delivery driver in the white VW was sound as a pound aswel.

One of the few takeaways in Dewsbury that’s consistently good. Ordered 4 or 5 times now and never been disappointed. :)

Chicken had a funny taste to it, almost as if it was going off. Put me off a bit so didn’t finish the food

The meals came and was not what we ordered we ordered on the basis that we got some chicken breast all we got was 6 brown chicken drumsticks which were inedible. I rang the restaurant who apologised & said the butcher only sent drumsticks this was deceiving about what we ordered and this is NOT what we ordered. He told me to submit for refund through just eat and he will authorise refund we did and heard nothing from restaurant or just eat will NEVER order from again. Rip off and went in the bin

Still lovely food as always but due to prices going up again on certain items, I can't have them as often as I would like. Maybe thats no sad bad on my wallet and waist but I miss my regular burritos and devil bites lol

Chicken is borderline better than KFC with massive, juicy pieces. BUT £2.99 service charge?? plus £3.99 delivery? AND £0.10 bagging fee? The side salad I paid £2.99 for could have been a bit more exciting too. But overall outstanding quality 👌 👏

Food is good when delivered. Twice what I ordered was not delivered and they took money out too. When I call no one picks up. When they have they apologise and say next time we will give extra food e.g wedges burger which wasn't delivered that dosent happen.

Spot on snap, but if I do have a gripe the food was on the cool side. Could be road work though. I will go back again.

Driver didn’t know where he was going. Went the wrong way. Went to the wrong address twice. Food came cold. Had to bin it. Went to McDonald’s instead. Absolutely awful service. The driver couldn’t understand my directions when he phoned me. The worst food delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I won’t accept anything less than a full refund. Had to go somewhere else to get food.

I'm never disappointed with this shops food personally I think it's a better chicken shop than KFC! The food is always so tasty and hot! I recommend 100%

This has to be the worst purchase ever. All chips were cold. Spicy cheese bites cold. Burgers squashed but warm not hot. For the amount spent, I would have expected food to be hot. Burger seasoning was not nice. Delivery time kept changing. Not a happy customer at all. Such a shame as we have had previous good experiences but this one bad one has left me quite put off ordering again

Rang and told u I put wrong address asked you to change! You said changed address and he brought it wrong place and will not fetch it! I wouldn’t mind but I rang you guys straight away to tell u it was a mistake and it was going to be sorted!

Ordered the Mexy Rice Box. It was not good. Sorry but the “Mexican sauce” is just awful. It tastes and looks like Big Mac sauce (or maybe any generic beef burger sauce) with some chilli powder sprinkled in. Really didn’t go well with the chicken so I had to scrape it all off. The chicken itself was quite tender and is the only reason this review has any stars at all. Rice is rice, pretty hard to get wrong, it was fine. However the cucumber on the salad was completely dried out, so it must’ve been left out for a considerable amount of time. This makes me wonder about the overall hygiene in the kitchen. Whoever thought it was acceptable to serve something that old is utterly disgusting. With all that considered, I won’t be ordering again any time soon. I’d honestly rather go hungry than have this £8 bowl of disappointment in front of me again.

Only ordered for wings, unfortunately disappointing. They were dark and tasted bitter, like when the oil been used for too long. Spicy loaded fries were not Spicy. Burgers were ok

Love this place, I tried most items on the menu and was not disappointed. Their chicken is the closest to KFC I had which is great as it's cheaper. All the family love it so we'll be back for more.

Food was spot on. Forced to pay extra for a bottle of pop we didn’t want, requested Diet from the three choices, sent regular. Ordered and paid extra for two sides, one of which didn’t arrive, so £4 out of pocket…

Everything was excellent. Only gripe would be I was mozzarella cheese in my salad as per the menu and was expecting a bit more salad. Apart from that the chicken was cooked to perfection.

For a change,I ordered grilled per peri full and half chicken deal.The deal itself was economical,but the flavour of the chicken wasn't quite upto the mark.The chicken was tasteless,no seasoning,no soury taste.I had ordered the cheesy chips,which wasn't good,a complete rip off.I quite like your burgers,but there is always a margin for improvement.

Absolutely amazing place. The two managers who served me was a absolute delight. I didn't feel like I just there for food, but a good conversation too. The food is to die for. Very clean environment and the staff are ever so helpful and nice. Nothing is ever too much for them. I would come back 100 times and more. Couldn't reccomend Chillichicks anymore. I will be back!! :)

ordered peri chicken burger....not too bad, was quite soggy in the bun. fries I received was fit for the bin only, looked and tasted like yesterday's, warmed back up. too many blackened fries. Will avoid in future.

Past few deliveries from here have been exceptional. The most recent was unfortunately not so good. Chicken and chips were absolutely saturated in yoghurt sauce rendering them inedible and the chapatis were cold and hard. Really dissatisfying since the other orders iv received were lovely so unsure whats happened this time around.

The food was vile it was undercooked

Driver was lost he could not find my house so my food got really cold especially when weather is cold aswell.

I’ve ordered from Chilli Chicks many times and I’ve never had this issue before, tonight my meal arrived cold and the chips were over done. Not only that, the delivery guy was rude and went to the back of our house, where it is pitch black at night! Then refused to come to the front door! Where it is fully light by street lights, so my housemate had to go out and get the food in the dark! This is unacceptable!

The gravy that was sent was Awhful never tasted anything so nasty in my life and we always order form here

I ordered a lemon and herb half chicken and not happy as there’s no flavour to it and no sauce or marinade on it.

One and half hours later .no food.we called .they have no drivers of their own.was told cancelling and reordering may be faster???? It was definitely cancelled.1st and last time ordering.

The meal was not in any way the same quality I received the first time around so I shan’t be ordering again. I did not enjoy it and I’ll be ordering from a different supplier next time. The chicken seemed of poor quality and not freshly cooked as requested in my order as well as a smaller portion than previously. The fries were not very fresh and seemed like they had been lying there a while and discoloured.

Didn't even receive my food... apparently the driver from just eat has stolen my order. Not happy, now I'm going to have to order from somewhere else and hope I get a full refund for this order... like I've got money to just throw away.

Food was awful, 3 meals for 3 people and all of us left our food. First time ordering from here and it will be the last! Massively over priced. £8 for a burrito on it’s own, not even as a meal and it tasted vile. My son got a quesadilla, was a tortilla wrap flat and folded in half. We have ended up coming to mcdonalds instead as we were all still hungry. Was not nice at all barely edible, really upset at £25 spent for nothing! Not 1 person got a decent meal out of the 3 ordered!
