Garlic mushrooms with cheese was cold

Food was delivered to wrong address after 1hour of waiting. Had to re order and go collect another order, order was then also wrong from what we originally ordered.

Pizzas really good and reasonably priced. Cheapest delivery charge in my area as well. Many places charge almost four pound, and they're closer. Ordered a fourteen inch but got a twelve inch. Called the restaurant and now they're sending me a nine inch as well. Food always arrives quick and hot.

Horrible batter fell off chicken not cooked at right temp chicken slimey and would b a risk to eat unbelievable that they r in business never order again!🤮

We're regulars here, living just around the corner. I like just a little bit of meat, lots of salad, but not much onion. I always add a note to say this. Tonight they excelled themselves. I asked for my SALAD pitta with just a few onions. (I'd think the clue in the name "pitta salad", is having salad in a pitta). I received a dry pitta bread packed full of onion and nothing else! 😂 😒

I’m a regular customer but lately it’s gone downhill what you order isn’t what you get and when you ring for your items your owed the wait time is ridiculous !

The last few times we’ve ordered we’ve had items missing 😔 shame because it’s good food, but don’t like paying for something I don’t get

The burger had more red cabbage than any other salad no tomato no cucumbers the kids fish fingers was all falling apart really unhappy as previously from here it’s been really good 😢

The food was good but cold thanks to the delivery driver, despite speaking to me three times he couldn’t find my house although only around the corner having driven past the road sign he finally found me when I stood in the middle of the road!

Absolutely disgusted with what i experienced tonight. Waited forever for our food and then the driver was incredibly rude and didn’t even shut our gate!!! We have 3 dogs 1 being deaf and he didn’t shut the gate. We always order from them so they get good money from us and they know we have dogs. It’s not hard to shut the gate!! We spent the next 20 mins plus looking for 2 of the dogs that had gotten out. 1 of which being the deaf one which we had no idea how we were going to get him home. But lucky we found them. Rung to speak to a manager who didn’t have much to say. Will not be ordering again, no respect from them at all.

Terrible over 1 hour and 40 mins. Even called and was told it’s on way still waiting another 20 mins and till haven’t received a pizza

Am Las i tried this place out and its insane 20/10

Ordered a few months ago. The chips were alright but the fried chicken is absolutely garbage. Soggy, undercooked and somehow tasteless.

Thought I'd try this place for a change,omg wish I'd not bothered. Chicken family munch. Only good thing was it came hot, chicken was that well done the coating was rock hard couldn't eat it,Wasted £17

A little disappointed with this evening's meal. Chips were stodgy and did not appear very fresh just warm. We had 2 burgers which were not up to the standard we have had before both were rather dry

Been going for many years now and my food is always good sometimes wrong but always had it replaced..... In fact I ring up now and they tell me what I'm having haha

Brilliant. I got a large hot & spicy calzone and it was massive as well as delicious. I was still munching on it two nights later. Delivery time was really quick, and the price was much cheaper than I expected. Even the guy on the phone was really polite. Faultless, and highly recommended. 👍🏻

Ordered 2 pizza very greasy!! order not correct, delivery driver tried to tell me I owed him £3.50 extra for delivery when I’d already paid £2.50 delivery on my bill with just eat , when I showed him the bill he back pedalled Then when I went to pay cash he said he didn’t have enough change after slowly checking over and over. Resulting in me being out of pocket!!!

Absolutely awful, even the children turned there nose up! Chips soggy, burger tasted awful and cheap, chicken totally disgusting, pizza totally rubbish, one was completely incorrect topping! Never again! Want to post a picture of the £30 rubbish we received but can’t?

There's a ring doorbell video of them online, opening the pizza box and spitting on it. Disgusting

Just seen a video of one of the delivery guys spitting in the food. God knows what they do to it when it's being cooked. Definitely needs investigating. If anything shut down for allowing this to happen.

Ordered my autistic son a cheese & tomato pizza with double ham on it. They sent an overcooked pizza base with just tomato sauce on it. Despite the information saying that they are open until midnight, they closed half an hour early......probably to avoid the complaint about the disgusting food they sent. Avoid at all costs. Rip off merchants. Ruined my child's supper.

Furious with this takeaway. Baring in mind we have ordered here a few times so are good customers. So just over a week ago I ordered a pizza with donner on (which cost extra) and the donner never came on the pizza. So we left a polite note 2 days ago when we decided to order again. I had ordered cheesy chips for myself and onion rings (this was my tea) when it arrived the chips had pretty much no cheese on and they had not sent my onion rings and inside sent about 6 chips in a box instead of my onion rings. When I tried calling I was ignored.

Been using this takeaway for over 3 years now. Fresh, tasty and anytime they make a mistake with the order cos they're busy!. They always try to be so polite and compensate you! Thank you guys...x👊🏼 Highly recommended ❤️🤝

Ordered a kebab and large pizza. Delivered in 40 mins with a really nice, polite delivery guy. Meal was fantastic and we got a free garlic bread too. No complaints here. Great service, Great Delivery. Great food. Marquis Street, Kirkham

Really need to start reading there comments, ask for salad and don't get any, ask for no salad get salad, food was slightly cold and didn't eat most of it because they can't read the comments!!

Absolutely appalling!! Our order has come wrong on two different occasions.. first time we had to wait ages for a replacement and the second time the man on the phone was extremely rude when it was him that added mushrooms to our calzone which hasn’t even got them in on the menu and they’ve never been put in before! Definitely won’t be returning!

Waited for order did not arrive. Rang and told will be 15 mins. Still did not arrive. Rang again and no knowledge of order. A bunch of timewasters

Excellent I just finished a job at 8pm and as I was leaving my customers were just having a takeaway delivery Just what I needed and only 10 minutes away from the job I ordered no. 17 Eastern Delight something nice and hot Within 20 minutes if not a lot sooner my order was ready, I was having a good chat with Mohammed so time passed quickly It was in a normal pizza box On the way home from Freckleton to Preston I stopped and fuelled up I got hone emptied the van then sat down to eat the pizza and it was still !! Hot Excellent value for money Excellent customer service Highly Recommend 👍

I order a pizza and it arrived brunt way over cooked on calling this company the guy argued with me and told me that’s how they serve them he refused to refund or exchange me Too much mayo on the chips and missed chilli off also I asked to speak to the manager or owner but was told he is not there and will call me anther day Defo not worth the attitude of this guy he clearly knew the bad quality pizza he had cooked but sent it out anyway Disgusting worst experience ever this was my first time using them and will be my last

Had many orders from here nearly always spot on, food is always cooked well most orders get free garlic bread with cheese.

I've ordered from chilli hut loads of times and the food has always been OK and for some reason my recent orders have been coming 10 mins after I have ordered it and on my kebab there is literally five pieces of chicken and it's burnt.. Sort it out!

I ordered a large kebab meat with no bread or salad and two chips to be delivered as a regular customer. It arrived in calzoni bread with salad which I didn't order. As this wasn't the first time I phoned to complain which I hadn't done previously. The girl who answered said they would replace the meat but not chips. I said surely the full meal should be replaced as the chips will be cold by the time the new meal arrived but she argued so I told her to forget it as I was going to speak to the owner. Two minutes later the owner phoned me to apologise and said the whole meal will be replaced and we should not have been told only the meat would be replaced. The replacement meal arrived and when we opened this one it was only a small kebab meat and one chips but we paid for a large kebab meat and two chips. We will not use Chilli Hut again as they can't get orders right and argue about it with the meal experience spoilt.

Very good takeaway. Friendly and professional and the food is always spot on. I always ring ahead and collect.

Great food ,great staff makes an absolutely belting chocolate cake. Delivery is around 45-60 minutes foods always cooked with quality and turns up hot.
