This is such a nice place for authentic Sichuan cuisine. I would recommend lamb skewers and tom yum soup hotpot.

I'm so happy to be able to eat such authentic Sichuan food in Xiefei. It's so delicious. Just as a side dish, I can eat several more bowls of white rice.

Hot pot buffet is only 25 pounds per person now!There are many soups to choose from on the menu. If you like to eat Chinese barbecue, you only need to pay an extra 3 pounds. (28 pp) Hot pot, barbecue and soft drinks are available in unlimited quantities. What a bargain!

The dry pot here is very distinctive. I like it very much. I brought my baby to dinner. He can't eat spicy food. The chef serves steamed eggs with seafood for children.

It doesn't taste like Sichuan food at all. If you open it in Sichuan and Chongqing, it will definitely go out of business. In addition, the hygiene problem is worrying. I heard from friends who work part-time here that the towels used to clean the tables are smelly, and the leftovers from the rice and buffet hot pot are recycled and sold to others. It’s disgusting🤮 There is a 50p handling fee for credit card swiping, and it only accepts Chinese citizens. It’s no wonder business isn’t doing well if he’s so immoral. UNAPPETIZING, UNHYGIENIC Not recommend, don't let this restaurant's food become your impression of Sichuan cuisine. I ordered a delivery some time ago, didn't like it at all but didn't give negative reviews either, cuz after all, I would never come again . But recently I met a new friend who used to work here, then knew something really disgusting. They use a stink towel to wipe tables that customers sit. Recycle food that has been eaten but looks clean then resale them to the next customer, which really made me feel sick🤮 In addition, they only charge Chinese speakers extra 50p if they want to pay by card, how could someone be so mean and wicked?

The guy in the store was very polite and friendly, but the business was average. Is the fragrant pot good or bad? I’ll try cooking next time.

Best Dry Hot Pot restaurant in Sheffield 👍

Service was great, food not as much. Friend got burned food, which smelled bad, but it got quickly replaced. Food looked much different than these printed in menu. Vegetarian dish looked very nice, and was served on hot plate, with flame to keep it warm. Dish I got, look nothing like menu photo. Lots of noodles, very little meat. And, some meet was processed, like pieces of salami rather than proper meat. They claimed to have just ran out Chinese beer, so we had to settle with Cobra.

Not the greatest King prawn fried rice I've had. Prawns tasted like they were straight out of the ocean, rice wasn't great either

I decided to give this place a try and I was extremely disappointed. The girl who serves seems stressed and in a rush and doesn’t seem to know what each dish contains. Food was oily and too much MSG with high price. What is more, it screams tax evasion which causes lots of inconvenience and Yes you got it right, they accept cash only. Or they will cost you extra for using contactless. Not recommended at all, and the search for a decent Chinese restaurant in Sheffield continues!

Where do I even start. Extremely oily food and too much MSG. Unfriendly staff, Noisy environment, and different price on the bill than the menu ( charge us extra). The food description of the dish on the menu is misleading, for people who have any food allergies should be aware of this. Most people were asked to pay with cash as you will getting a price rise for paying with card. We were also asked to leave early as it was a busy Saturday. In all, an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.

Updating my review after visiting last night, this used to be great but now not so much. The price has gone up to £30 each with no tiers. The meat quality was quite bad, particularly the lamb and the beef, definitely not as good as it used to be and had a bit of an odd taste. You now get unlimited drinks, which I guess justifys the price hike, but with the quality of the meat going down we were disappointed. Also note there is no kids price, its £30 each regardless

Many choices of foods for hit pot which includes different kind of drinks. Recommend to try if you like the hot pot.

Tasted like the meal had been sat around for a few hours. Soggy rice, soggy ribs and soggy battered prawns.

We were there on monday night! Not busy at that moment! We ordered buffet for 2 persons but they didn't gave us exactly food we wanted and we just had some of foods! Then one thing everyone need to be careful if you wanna come here and eat THEY WILL BE CHARGE MORE IF YOU PAY BY CARD! We paid £60.50 for 2 persons without the foods we want and the old man really rude on us! He just nice with Chinese people!

The skewers are delicious and the service is friendly. The quality of the meat is also good, and the most important thing is the pork belly! ! !

Would not recommend for delivery close to closing time. The seafood I ordered was extremely overcooked and inedible and all the beef in the chilli beef noodle soup was all fat and gristle.

Not a very nice experience to be fair. They was three 6 people tables that had the pots left from the previous meal sets and that was 11am! It was dark, kinda cold and a little bit off putting. I had the Singapore chow main but there was limited options to choose from noodle wise! It had far too much MSG and was VERY oily. Also for £8.00 you kinda didn't get a lot of it. Staff was friendly.

Nice food, but the speed can be improved

Chicken fried rice was bland, pork ribs were undercooked for my taste. I ordered deep fried buns but steamed were sent.

I came here from Bristol and found this hot pot restaurant. The taste is amazing! The environment is also really nice. The haggis pot mixed with sesame sauce has a very spicy domestic flavor.

It was a lovely friendly staff. And the food was authentic and a buffet too! Hot pot and barbecue were amazing.

One of my favorite restaurants in Sheffield! Have been a regular here for the past year and will continue supporting the business as the food and service is of top quality! You get more than what you pay as the portions here are big while quality is maintained at a high level at all times. Can only highly recommend!

Sichuan cuisine is so authentic, and Xie Fei’s spicy hotpot is one of the best. Eat it!

This was an amazing experience of having food in Chilli flow! The food is not very spicy (if you order them from the English menu ). I had the dry pot and it was quite yum!

Hot pot is the one that you need to try from here. So many selections and the soup Base are delicious

I went in last week the salt and pepper chicken was amazing!! Possibly the best I have ever had and the portion size is big also. At £5.50 too it's cheaper than most takeaways. I also had a chicken curry and a special friend rice which were both perfect and again the portion size was huge. wish I'd taken a picture of the salt and pepper chicken though to show people but you'll just have to go and try it yourselves 😉

What we ordered was totally different to what we received as we were 'English'. Starter was ok. Not sure if I would come back. Edited after reply We ordered Tofu Kung Po and Sichuan Chicken. Both had a sweet and sour sauce. Having eaten at other restaurants these 2 dishes are very distinct. We came 3 weeks ago

Sickest mala hotpot in town - closest you can get to authentic chinese food. Plus the service is awesome and the food is absolutely worth the price. Rice is free flow so come hungry. And i'm adding this photo because the waitress arranged it so nicely so that she could take a nice photo for us. Do come here! x

Nice food good service. The only negative is the owner who looks at you kinda weird if you eat many portions of hotpot.

We visited last night after noticing many locals eating inside ( It's always a good sign) We opted for the hot pot after declining the english menu offered. We are a family of mixed English/Chinese. There were 4 persons at the table. The hot pot was brought out to the table promptly with a small plate of veggie, and the selected items we chose off the menu and a plate of frozen meat! 1 piece round dried noodle and a small bowl of rice. The bill came to £68 in total. I understand we are all here to make money and I would not mind if it was even explained to us how their hot pot worked. Apparently the hot pot is all you can eat we were not offered our plate of items to be refilled and I felt that due to our Mandarin/Cantonese being poor we were taken advantage of! Looking around to others eating hotpot it seemed we had received hotpot for 1 not 4. Definitely lack of value considering the amount paid and quantity received. We eat at vast Chinese eateries and even if there has been a language barrier in the past I have never been taken advantage of before in this way! Total rip off Just make sure that you fully understand the menu before ordering. Just because a person walks through the door not the same nationality as yourself should not mean they receive less customer service as everyone else and this was the case last night!

This was the cheapest best quality Chinese meal I have had in year. Authentic, friendly and lovely food. If I am in Sheffield again I defiantly going to revisit. We had a walk in with 7 adult guys they were more than friendly and the bill in total came to around £120 which included 5 people having 2 beers. Most of us couldn't move afterwards which is a sign of a good large meal
