The Flaming hot tenders were so hard and not juicy. The guy at the counter was giving bad looks and was not friendly. Their service and food has gone downhill. Won’t be visiting again.

Ordered through uber eats, the half of the order is missing, and totally wrong, my child nuggets and chips are missing and drink, not gonna say what else, ordered half and half platter chips not there, paid over £30, I didn’t even asked for ketchup as I hate it and I got it, the worse restaurant ever, my fist and last time never again uber won’t refund me my money so we are without dinner thank you so much!!!

Delicious food and portion sizes.

I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed the food and environment here. However, I've encountered a recurring issue. The staff member working at the front desk has repeatedly made inappropriate comments in Pashto. I initially reported this issue but decided to delete my review, thinking he might have been having a bad day. Unfortunately, when I visited again yesterday with my family, he continued this behavior, even while using his phone. This has made me reconsider coming here with my family in the future. Please address this matter.

We were walking home from a rave and they were closed. But they let us in and gave us a free bottle of water. Lots of respect to these guys, they are all so lovely.

I had takeaway delivered so can't comment on service or atmosphere. The food was poor. We threw most of it in the bin. The corn was off and the rice tasted old. The sauce on the chicken was really sweet. You could taste old oil on the chips. We ate a little of the chicken and have poorly tummies this morning! We also ordered a whole chicken and only received half, which they refunded some money for. If this was a restaurant you'd demand your money back.

Perfect food and very clean, and even the employees who work there are so friendly. and they cheer up the customers. I recommend Perfect and Tasty Food from Chilli Flames

ordered off just eat 20 minutes before i got there, when i got there they said they haven’t started making my food and would be another 20 minutes! terrible just terrible

The main course is good and worth the price. Unfortunately, the side don't live up to the standard as the portion size were from the kids' menu. Delivery was fast, and the food was warm and cooked well 👍. If you want to buy just buy main course. It's delicious.

Meal size was a little small but overall it was yummy and warm. Great work!

I use this place a lot after a gym session... they do a great spicy chicken and feta salad which has become my favourite dish... well worth a try if you near by

False Advertisement: I ordered my usual 1/4 chicken meal and was told that I can no longer have student discount on any of the flama chicken section. However, its a sign in the window of the store stating that student discount and nhs is available. Explain

Very clean place always, staff are always polite and offer recommendations on order, service takes about 5-15 minutes for a takeaway order but it’s always cooked basically in front of you. Price is good for what you get, I get the chicken steak burger meal for £5.50 every day, very filling and incredible taste. 5/5

Hello I went there and there’s this very rude staff with beard who is in Nottingham he is short and very rude calling on the phone while we was ordering and didn’t take our order so the tall Indian guy with the beard proceeded to take our order he was very rude and the food didn’t taste as good

The food was middle of the road - not amazing, not bad, but ok. However, the service was poor, we ordered two cokes, but got two Tango Oranges - they're not even similar. Mistakes happen of course, but the worst part was that they packed the cold drinks together with the hot food, ensuring all the food arrived cold, a basic aspect of food delivery that they got badly wrong.

the food is decent, especially their chicken dishes, however their mozzarella sticks are a deep disappointment, only one of the four I received actually had the cheesy pull while the others were hollow inside.

Went here and both members of staff were rude and unwelcoming.

I really wanted it to taste good, I usually am satisfied by most foods but it just didn't taste nice. I ordered chicken rice box, hot flavour. The rice was really dry and a bit hard. The chicken had the hot sauce which was tangy and nice but didn't add much flavour to the rice. The rice was bland and let down the whole box.

So late and food was cold and old I just put it in the been, I ordered food but I received rubbish for my money!!!

First time we tried this place & only because we got a menu through the door never heard of it till then & wow everyone loved it so nice & fresh & the flavours are lovely & also filled everybody up with food left over portions are really good especially for a big family like ours

Delicious food that’s always cooked fresh (I’ve been here many times now!). Big portions and decent prices. Staff are really friendly, polite and helpful. I’ve recommended this place to loads of people. A good variety on the menu.

I'm disappointed because the salad was not as described. Menu stated; crisp lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, olives, sweetcorn. We it arrived it also had gherkins, onion and no croutons. I'm allergic to onions, which is why I ordered it. This is a shame as this food will have to go to waste. I wish they had stuck to the menu options. ☹️

Really delicious food, the loaded fries weren’t as nice as I thought they might be but the flamin’ panini was amazing, takes around 15 minutes for the food to be cooked so not as quick as some fast food places

Their original chicken burger was nice, but I found it rather mild (ordered hot). The chicken didn't feel it was marinated in their sauce enough (Ordered via Just Eat).

One of the best takeouts I have had in ages . SOund delivery driver too, found my place easily which alot do not.

Burger was dry and luke warm. Considering how close I am to the place I would have expected it to be piping hot.

Burgers are absolutely best you can get. Only thing I'd like to mention is that bread you get with the houmous, it keeps getting harder and last time it wasn't very nice at all. Puts me off getting the houmous which is my favourite side. Sort that bread out guys!

Ive always had a lovely meal at Chilli flames. Great range of spiciness too. My spice loving friends think they need an extra level above fiery hot, but medium is perfect for me.

The chicken tasted like it been cooked day before, no grill flavour ( taste like cooked in the oven) but they have very nice take away packages.

Amazing food and so quick on delivery

Just popped in randomly as soon as I saw HMC Halal ceryified on the door. Very clean and appealing ambience. Staff and the customer service was exceptional too. I ordered rice with chicken as I was rushing and couldn't decide what to order. Must say i enjoyed the food...full of flavour and soooo fresh and good portion size. I would be back soon to try loaded fries for sure. Good luck,lots of best wishes!

The best potato wedges I've tried so far! The chicken wrap was so juicy and filling as well. Been there 3 times in one week already )) Definitely gonna come again. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. Already suggested to all my friends. Thanks a lot x

Food didn’t get delivered to me just eat rider or driver gave my food to someone else as it said delivered and I didn’t receive it I then rang chilli flames and they told me to talk to just eat as it’s them who didn’t do their job right as they made the order and gave up the driver and driver didn’t deliver to me was so upset as I finished work and couldn’t be bothered to cook and ordered a takeaway for it not to be delivered am so upset

It’s a nice and clean place to eat. Reasonable price. Loaded fries were so filling and delicious. The chips were good and has a lot of varieties of food to choose, we will be back to try some different ones. Been there before and absolutely love their Flamin whole chicken and best of all it’s Halal! They have got 2 super deals

Any food in this oil becomes poisonous I told staff on Saturday . Frize was too much bitter. no Compensation no Apologies for poisonous food my 5 years old son had

Worst food! all burnt. This explains why the shop was empty, no customers. It was only my order they were preparing, still managed to burn it. Checkout pictures that will give you an idea what I mean. The guys were busy watching videos on cellphone offcourse who cares about the food on the grill, I want my money back 😡😡 Adding order details as requested- 24/08/2022 around 9 PM 1 quarter chicken and 1 portion of wings I couldn’t find an option to post pictures, will try again

First time here, theres a ridiculous amount of chicken & burgers places in Nottingham but this stood out... tidy, clean well presented place , one of the best burgers I've had in long time , beef was on point , loaded fries were banging. Definitely be going again. Highly recommend

Got a flamin panini meal delivered to me by a friend. It turned out to be a slim baguette with minimal filling which tasted bland, far from Portuguese goodness. Could clearly see the bread was flamed.. Chips were ok. £7 wasted really.

Tried 1/2 chicken and wow.. the flavours will have your tastebuds tingling. And the loaded fries with jalapeños on top is the best thing I ever tasted. Menu reminds me of Nando’s but more value for money.

First time trying this place today, was pretty quiet. Good sized premises with plenty of seating. Menu is simple enough to understand and there is a good variety of options on there, all mainly involving chicken. Placed my order for the chicken/rice & salad with a side order of garlic bread. Drinks options are you're usual big name cans. Food took approx 10 mins before it was ready. Chicken was nice and tender, rice was good and the salad had a good selection; portion size could have been better. Garlic bread was nice and soft, 3 pieces 😋. Didn't really look at any desserts so can't comment on the options there. Service could have been slightly better as the 3 guys seemed abit lost but its early days. Parking is probably a lot easier in the evenings than during the day.

Waited 1hr in a queue to order the food and then 30 mins food the food to be cooked (50% off so the wait was expected) to get home and find some items were missing and the food was mediocre. Its like nandos from wish lool. I'm glad it was 50% off as I wouldn't want to pay full price for the food or service I received.

Passing by decided to stop and have some lunch and wow. The food was amazing, fresh cooked to perfection and great value.
