Simply the best place we have ever been , the guys work so hard at giving you 100% service,, if you’ve not tried it ! Then do it The food is fantastic and service wow 🤩

Had food here in and at home. The prawn balti & daal was full of salt and totally inedible. It was as though the salt pot had been emptied into the meal.

Due to household isolation we decided to order first time on Barnsley eats and we are not disappointed when we ordered from our favourite restaurant, Chilli and there was no difference between the quality we have in the restaurant to the food we have delivered today. Thank you so much the team in Chilli for all your hard work during COVID times. Would highly recommend the takeaway and delivery service.

We ordered a takeaway and it was delivered cold. The non vegetable starter was cold, sweet and floury. The chicken jalfrezi was something else. I have never had this dish so sweet, even Willie Wonka or Buddy the elf would pass. No spice in this dish just a sweet marmalade flavour. All of our takeaway is now in the bin and we’re having to order somewhere else.

Just wanted to say if anyone wants to have high class restaurant class Indian food delivered to the door than look no further than Chillie of Barnsley Excellent food and excellent service

Ordered a takeaway best ever, had a friend over from Cheltenham he loved the lamb curry everything fresh and warm.

I visited here with my partner and her sister and her husband last night for the Groupon Indian Tapas deal. The food was amazing and the bill was very reasonably priced for the extra food and drinks that we ordered on top. The staff are very attentive and friendly and we will be back again often!

A very small gathering due to Lockdown. Restaurant practically empty on the Chilli side bit looked busier on the Grille side which suited us. All staff wore face masks and it felt safe. Food was good and you do have the choice of the Grille menu if you so wish. Everything was lovely and would recommend especially in the current circumstances.

Xmas works do Friday night. The service was excellent! It was a set menu (which they didn’t tell us when we booked). You can order from a Chilli or The Grille whichever side of the restaurant you are seated at. I had the pate, burger then brownie. All were lovely.

It may seem expensive at face value but this is some quilts Indian food, highly recommend to all curry lovers.

Went with my son yesterday (a Friday). Was surprised at 8pm on a Friday that the place was almost deserted. Cannot fault the food - my Madras was best I'd had that I can recall. Menus could do with simplification (couldn't find bottled beers listed anywhere). Only two draft lager/beers, but these were good value. In summary - excellent food but pricier than most; quiet atmosphere (bring a friend to double the customers!).

I do visit this place occasionally because it has a great service and great food :) It may be expensive to some but yeh, whenever I get the chance I visit this restaurant.

Got a delivery off chilli last night, it was arrived quick which we was really impressed at... food was warm and fresh however starters was abit dry but can’t complain too much we just poured on a bit of sauce we was given... price was reasonable too. We will definitely have again.

Visité Chili para una a mediados de semana cenas tempranas. Me pareció de una búsqueda de restaurantes indios en Barnsley, donde estaba anunciado como un toque moderno a la cocina india, las primeras impresiones eran variadas. El restaurante está situado en el centro y está limpio, espacioso y bien ventilado por dentro con muebles modernos; pero está mal iluminado y sombrío.

Nice little Indian restaurant, but personally I prefer the grill which the owners also own, situated next door. Still if you like Indian food it's not bad.

We visited early on a sat (5pm) we had a voucher deal for 4 tapas 2 sides & drinks & drinks , we chose 4 dishes , they were all lovely especially garlic chicken , love tapas as it gives you chance to experiment a bit rather than just sticking to what you usually have .
