You order a click and collect, they take the money but decline the meal… when you ring them they take just busy your call?

Deffo the best chicken burgers in town, wings are always 10/10. Would always recommend.

Chips were like warm and chicken wasn’t very warm either disappointed as normally good from here

The food itself was good not going to fault that but I asked for plain chicken and it was on the spicy side I understand that the rice was spicy but the chicken had more of a spicy bite than the rice did. The salad side of it could do with a few more slices of cucumber and maybe some tomato! Ordered from here before and will order again

Changed my original review, second time here and the customer service is Bollox, ordered to collect only to turn up 20 minutes later to find shop empty and they hadn’t started my order. Won’t be using them again. One burger lovely and hot the other was tepid. One person in this shop isn’t enough. When there’s a lot of competition in the area you need to be on your game in a Saturday afternoon.

What is this delightful place ! Well it was way better than I expected. I was expecting a few chicken pieces and a chicken burger on the menu : it has WAY MORE . Fantastic selection of chicken done in different ways. I didn't expect the half chicken to come in a sauce. And it was delightful! Great service too, friendly staff! Thanks very much guys. I'll be back for sure 😃

These were the best sweet potato fries i have ever tasyed. Crispy and flavoured. Not greasy at all. A good brioche for the burger. And really reasonably good portion of chicken breast. Staff was super friendly too.top marks!

Delicious food, I order from them every week, much better than any chicken shop in Southampton, especially the tower burger and Mac and cheese bites - I'd eat them all day! -- yummy food!

Chips were good, lettuce in the chicken burger was on the sad and brown side, the chicken wings had been chilled then reheated, weird texture.

Day by day they’re being bad to worst. Took too much time. Very upset with the service.

Absolutely love chickn shack! I feel really bad as I reviewed this place on Uber eats not realising that the rating was based on the store and not Uber eats delivery it’s self and only gave it a one star and there’s no way for me to change it!! Always so brilliant and their spicy fries are my absolute favourite 🤤 will definitely use them again but will only ever collect myself from now on.

Burger and chicken wings are good but chips arrived stone cold. Wouldn’t bother me normally but I don’t have a microwave or air fryer to heat them up so I’m a bit upset especially as I’m not feeling well today which is why I ordered in

Best 'Chikn' in Southampton. Even though I live about a mile and a half away, I have to get this delivered after a long day at work, because it just is that good. Actually crispy and not greasy fried chicken, loads of chips, delicious dips and top notch burgers. Amazing value with the deliveroo promo (£7off when you spend £20) the meal you see before you cost £13!! Yet to try wings but can't wait to try them soon. Always hot and delicious. 100% recommended. Clean and fresh! Took a bit longer than expected to get my order ready. However, i was generously compensated for this with free mozzarella sticks and jalapeño cheese poppers! I recommend the crispy chicken burger (a little spicer than expected), but delicious! I also recommend the sweet potato fries, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks! I also loved the garlic mayo dip; fresh and balanced! Would order again in the future!

I liked this place a lot , but unfortunately you can't eat here, is to take out only, so no bathroom here. however, the food is very good I recommend the chicken hamburguer and the chicken box with rice. The staff is very friendly, the food is good quality-price. i recommend here.

Unfortunately, we ordered meal deals and received no drink. This is a shame as we are regular customers and Chikn Shack has always seemed to provide a reliable service. We particularly depended on this restaurant as drinks were said to be included and that is something we were looking to order.

First time here today. The food is fresh and tasty. But definitely overpriced. Shame.

Food is always freshly made, portions and prices similar as in other places. Close to my place so visit a lot

Ordered at 6pm, delivered at 7.51pm - food was cold and had to be reheated to make it edible

Great chicken burgers! Hot, crispy and tender. The cut of the onions and lettuce and amount of sauce is spot on as well, top marks. Hasn't got a dining area, just a sofa/bench to wait on so order ahead online if you want to eat right away. Fries were good but not exceptional, sweet potato chips were very good though. Usually a parking spot outside but it's on the road so no guarantees.

Delivery driver was awful, couldn't be bothered to go to the front door, decided to traipse through the back garden instead, scared the life out of me, totally unacceptable!

This place used to be good, I recently had the grilled burger meal, and asked for hot, the chicken basically had no marinade or sauce on it, was a really dry burger which had no peri flavour, even though the meal cost £14, won't be returning

Love the lunch deal, good value with the chicken sandwich and the fries are tasty. The service was excellent and it was good value for a quick lunch. Clean location and well taken care of.

When I ordered it said it was going to only be around 25 minutes and I kept checking to see if it was on its way and it kept getting later and didn’t arrive until 10 past 9. When the food arrived the chips were cold and like they had been sat out for ages aswell as the burger had gone soggy. So disappointed as I’ve used this restaurant before and had a good experience

Chickn shack is a lovely place to eat food is always freshly cooked and the chicken is cooked in an exceptional way can't stop eating it love the lemon & herb and will not stop eating from this place its a 5* for me love it also the customer service is brilliant always .

I've eaten here many times. Couldn't recommend a better place for chicken wings and burgers, Fries are immaculate too. deffo one of the best spots in Southampton

Delicious food with Excellent Quality 5/5 , Recommend for Every food lover.

No spice, tasted very plain and bland. A lot of potential but unfortunately didn’t deliver. Their hot flavours were less than mild so don’t bother getting hot, their Lebanese flavour tasted like it had no seasoning and the their wraps were very dry.

First time ordering from chiknshack, loved the food 👌🏽

I've never had a wrap where 70% of it was bread, I've never had chicken wings with floppy skin and sauce like runny dough. I was truly amazed but for all the wrong reasons

Perfect grilled chicken… you can’t find a better place. Chicken wraps are highly recommended. Chips could be better though.

£9.48 for a 'portion' of fries and a flimsy looking flame grilled chicken (undercooked) burger. I won't be returning.

This place is UNDERRATED! Amazing service and they even added a complimentary chicken for us.

Disappointed to see the prices go up so much

3.49 for 3 mozzarella sticks, 3.49 for fries, 9.49 for a spicy chikn sandwich, 1 for garlic sauce and 1 for perinnaise. Rare for food places in southampton to realise that the sauces are one of the most important parts of the meal. The perinnaise is a very nice sauce. 3.49 for a mere 3 sticks is VERY steep BUT at least I can say they are marginally better than normal sticks I may get elsewhere, a bit thicker with a nicer breading. Fries were crispier than what I get from other places, quite noticeably so. And now, the chikn burger. Very nicely done, quite minimalist in terms of ingredients but there's a reason for that and that's that they want to draw attention to the excellently seasoned chicken. I find it rare that places get the seasoning done so well, it was really good. This place is worth the money.

Best place in Shirley for anything chicken!! The chicken and rice box is great value for money and you can just taste the absolute quality of the ingredients used. Chip portions are very satisfactory and the customer service is bar none!! A multi time repeat customer here for many moons to come!!

Burger bread was stale. Hardly any flavour to the chicken. Over priced for what it was.

Their food is really good but just don't order the cheeseburger... The "cheese" is injected into the patty itself, it looks like cheese but it doesn't taste like it. Other than that, everything on their menu is really good.
