Amazing lamb doner kebab, I wanted it well done, they made an effort to understand how I wanted it. Nice meat, not the horrible after taste you often get with other kebabs. Would be great to have delivery option and card payment.

I tried pizzas and kebabs, pizzas were OK but lamb kofta was not fully cooked from inside, I wish they offer chicken kofta! Chicken donor looks yummy

I rang Chigwell King Kebab & Pizza to see if they could cater for my evening party food for my wedding, 18 large magheritas pizzas. From the phone call, to coming down in person to discuss the order, the warmth and friendliness of this establishment made me feel that I was in good hands. We ended up ordering more pizzas closer to the wedding and it was no problem at all for them! They went above and beyond to ensure my pizzas arrived ready for my evening guests. I can't thank you enough! Even those that had already eaten couldn't resist trying a slice of pizza! Luckily we did have enough pizza for everyone. Thank you 😊 when I'm around the Chigwell area I will definitely be popping in for pizza and kebab.

Tried Chigwell King tonight for the first time as the place we used to visit has both dropped quality and increased price. Rated well on Google and 5* hygiene rating. The verdict...? Glad we made the change!! The chicken shish and lamb doner were very tasty and well cooked, and the salad fresh and a good range. Portions are BIG - the shish and doner combo would have fed us both - yet the prices very reasonable. Will definitely be back, and definitely recommend!

Visited randomly for the first time Kebab shop not much to look at I was sceptical of buying food there However the staff was very pleasant to deal with. We had takeaway Yogurtlu Adana , Chicken Wings and Margarita Pizza , all dishes were surprisingly very good Will come back again One of the best tasting kebabs in the area 👍

Unmatched customer service. Every time, they give me extra food or a discount. Rustic, amazing, hearty food and never shy on the portions.

Really disappointing. Sent my child to get food. Said to him they don’t have change so instead of his order of £10. Charged him £20 and said oh we are giving you more and giving you a discount. That is totally irrelevant. He was a child. How on earth do you not have change. If you don’t - go get some. You don’t do that. Can’t be trusted.

The best food despensary in the neighbourhood. Ingrédients are so fresh it's incredible. Staff & owner are really friendly & there's always a good vibe in the place. Decent vegetarian options, though I definitely rate the wrap over the pizza. I'll come back here again and again.

Just ordered a special meal deal: Any 2 large doners, chips and can of drink £20. It was well worth the cost. I specifically asked for mixed doners in wraps instead of pitta, separate pots of salad, garlic & chilli sauce. Absolutely delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently tried the chicken and lamb kebabs at this place, and they were amazing! The food and sauces were delicious. My only gripe is that they only accept cash, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great dining experience with just that minor hiccup.

First time visiting after hearing a lot about it…I’m glad that I visited. I got the Mix Doner kebab, oh my did it amaze me everything was full of flavour it weren’t dry either as it was cooked very well. I guess no more long trips to north london..found a local gem here. Everything full on Banging!!!!

Absolutely in love with this place! 💯 The people here are generous, kind and patient in explaining the different dishes. They immediately feel like family with their warm and genuine bond on my first visit. I also love how they have a huge variety of unique dishes, not just kebab and wraps like typical stores. Each dish was rich with flavor, and I especially enjoyed their hot mixed mezze, juicy Lamb Shish wrap and Cacik dip. It is the best turkish food I've ever had with the most amazing team 👍🔥 I can't wait to try out the rest of their unique and authentic turkish menu! I would eat this every day if I could, and will definitely come again everytime I come to London Thank you for leaving me such great memories everyone ❤️

Just reporting that this family establishment continues to supply superb quality food not only to the local community but to many others who travel from far and wide. Brilliant menus which may be varied to suit individuals If you can, may I suggest you phone your order as its usually a very busy place

Chigwell King is, without doubt, the best Turkish food establishment within a very wide radius. The food is top quality, the shop is extremely clean and all the staff are impeccably polite. The queues most nights speak volumes and are a testament to the level of food that is served. I usually phone my order through so it is ready when I arrive. The portion size is great value and I have not in the years I have been going, which is since it opened, had any issue with my orders. I cannot speak highly enough about this kebab shop.

Careful! Before you buy check out what you are buying! Absolute fraud! I bought Chigwell King special, on the menu online the price is £30 but they charged me £39! Shockingly they put layer of rice, very thin layer of both lamb & chicken Donner, chicken skewers, lamb skewer, chicken wings, one skewer lamb kebab everything in one 1.5 inch aluminium container! Very small portions! I’ve had inverted my brother to enjoy the food! I was embarrassed like never before! £39 worth food wasn’t enough for three of us. I normally go to Hainault BBQ and sometimes Maidas in Limes Avenue. To me the Hainault BBQ is the best interms of price, quality and size of portions! I felt like cheated ! The chicken Donner was too dry , it was like stale chicken crumbs left over! Apart from bread and chips, all other £39 worth food in same 1.5 inches deep and 10 inches square container! Absolute fraud and cheat!

I visited for the first time this week on my way home from football so I didn’t have my wallet, I didn’t realise that I couldn’t by card but the staff let me take the food, and pay the next time. A very kind gesture to a person they had never set eyes on before. Needless to say the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, I went back again today settle my debt and get another wrap. Thanks again I really appreciated your kindness see you soon.

I remember when I used to live around the area, sometimes on Fridays or any other day, mum would take me and my sister to this restaurant. Those were the days. My sister and I decided to take a trip to memory lane and went here for our dinner. The food is still delicious and the staff are friendly.

Excellent food & service. Staff were friendly and chatted & joked around with my friends and I which was great. No queues, food came within around 5 minutes. Portion sizes are brilliant so great price value; I ordered Special Offer 2 which is 2 meals (donner kebab in bread w/ fries and salad) and it was a huge portion, yet every mouthful was delicious. The meat is also great quality.

You have sanitizer on your counter for customers to use yet you claim its for staff 🤣 Good luck in your business with the attitude you display as reading previous reviews I can see you are not very inviting as a business. Didn't even get a chance to order. I went to use the hand sanitizer and it was so clogged up it went in my eye. The workers initially gave me a tissue but as it seemed one of them was laughing I got annoyed. Instead of calming the situation I was shouted at saying it was my own fault and told to leave. Never met such rude people in my life. Will definitely not be going back here.

Customer service is bad as you can see for yourself with how the owner replies back to people’s opinions on their food. They knew what I ordered but still gave me the incorrect order as when I called they knew straight away and didn’t get a apology. Instead their response if “we are busy”, work correctly when it’s busy. You do not know me LOL so don’t get to big for your boots mate. Only moved in the area so how embarrassing is that of you.

Discovered this kebab shop after my boxing coach treated me and was really impressed by it from the hygiene to the food to the customer service. Top notch. Delicious food. Honestly for me their Doner meal is second to none. Also they have this chilli sauce which is a different level, it isn’t your everyday chilli, you have to try it to see what I’m talking about. Family run businesses are always friendly and this shop is no different. Staff are extremely caring for their customers (which i noticed by how they treated me and other customers walking in) and their customer service is again, second to none. Really impressed by it and will be my go to every time i'm craving for a really good Doner.

The goto place in Chigwell and Hainault if you're after a kebab or pizza. Lovely food, plenty of it and reasonably priced. Serkan the owner, is very well known and very well liked in Manford Way due to his caring, positive attitude, he also does a lot for the community which is clearly important to him....👍🏻

Best wrapper I've come across!! Not the Eminem kind. The chicken wrap tasted nice, it was filling and served in a unique no-mess way. Great banter and even better food.
