I had a lovely lunch at Jericho, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is 10 out of 10 and offers a great selection of vegetarian options! I will be definitely going back again soon, thank you 😊

best, tastiest, most amazing shawarma i’ve had in london frfr. for £6?? is a bbbbaargain, a very, very tasty one at that and it’s a fullll shawarma too, has all the veggies and the sauces you want. their garlic sauce??? amazing, reminded me of home, it’s how romanians make it and it’s prrroper. great fries also. very nice food all around. service was a bit slow but i think it’s because they take their time with it haha so definitely worth the wait. the interior has lovely couches, my favourite shade of green 😌 loved it and will definitely come again to try more stuff on the menu, even if far out—worth it worth it worth it

I tried Jericho cafe a while ago, and I ordered a vegetarian option ( falafel wrap) with a side of fries , the home made sauce is absolutely delicious. I've been coming back ever since I remember now. If you're looking for a cafe that is passionate about the food they prepare, I would definitely recommend Jericho Cafe. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Homely atmosphere. Good vibes. Foods great. Definitely visit Jericho if you're passing by.

I purchased coffee and falfeel, and both were excellent. I had to bring some of the delicious falafel home with me! I heartily endorse this cafe. The staff members are very attentive. I will be coming here more often.😊

If you're looking for legit shawarma, falafel, and humous then this is the place you need to go to. The lamb shawarma is one of the best I've ever had. I've lived in the gulf for a long time and been to a lot of Arabic places in London. Trust me, this is as legit as you're going to get. Prices are amazing as well. Very friendly staff. Will be back for sure insha'Allah. 10/10

This place never disappoints! My brother came to visit from Dubai and even though he's been to a lot of great Arabic restaurants over there, he was genuinely impressed by the food he had here and kept singing this place's praises - I have to agree as well! We ordered Falafel, Humous, Halloumi, Lamb shawarma, Chicken shawarma and Arabic tea. I'd recommend them all in a heartbeat as everything got full marks from us. The place is owned by 2 lovely warm people that really give great service. I would 1000 percent give this place my recommendation to anyone who wants authentic great Arabic food. 10/10

Lovely place, friendly service good food 👌

Came across this place as I was walking by. The two members of staff were very welcoming and friendly and gave me a falafel to try whilst waiting for my food. The falafel wrap is one of the best I’ve had, the falafels not dry like other places. Very affordable too. Definitely my new local food spot.

My family and I love having the traditional Arabic breakfast from here. The food overall is amazing, as well as their customer service. They are also very generous with their portion sizes as well. Highly recommend Jericho to those looking for authentic Arabic food!

The most delicious shawerma and falafel in East london

Great place for a quick bite. I ordered an Arabian Lamb Wrap for a takeaway. To my surprise when I opened the box there was shawarma wrap and chips. The lamb was tender and a lil bit chewy but I loved it. Chips were decent, crispy with a lil hint of Arabian spices on top. The owner is friendly. I can see people visiting this place just to hang out and have a good time. I would love to see more places like this one in my neighborhood, serving delicious fresh food with outstanding service.

We went bit late in the evening so only shawarma’s were available. We ordered one mix shwarma platter and one Arabian chicken shawarma. Both were good, platter was generous and came with hummus too. I ll returnto try roast chicken with rice. Recommended for shwarma lovers.

The owner Yusuf is a very friendly and welcoming man, he initially had a food van but is now making his wonderful food from inside his restaurant next door. He is making authentic and delicious Middle Eastern food like shawarmas, chips, rice and meat/chicken. He also makes breakfast dishes foul (fava beans), eggs and falafel. It's good to have a variety in the area instead of the usual kebabs and fried chicken. Highly recommend!

Walked passed this shop and fancied Middle Eastern food so thought I would try it out for lunch , I ordered a falafel wrap and asked for extra salad and sauce . As lovely as the response was from the server that ‘yes sure i will make sure it is fully loaded’ it was super disappointing to receive quite the opposite ! My falafel wrap knocked me back £5 for a wrap which felt like I was eating just bread , I couldn’t tell if there was any hummus in it , hardly any salad and sauce and just about got a taste of the falafel ! I really don’t like to put small businesses down as I believe we should support them especially as the server was so kind and friendly but the wrap was definitely not value for its money so this review is in hope that they can better the quality of their food and hopefully this doesn’t happen to anybody else . I am definitely not an expert or falafel connoisseur but I usually buy my falafel wrap from garbanzos in Canary Wharf and I was hoping for something similar as they always make sure it is fully loaded but this was sadly not ! I hope to visit again in the future and hope there is some change

Absolutely love this place, I go there on my lunch breaks at least 3 times a week specifically for their lamb shawarma! They’ve got the best lamb shawarma I’ve had and the guys that work there are very kind and respectful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10, highly recommend

I literally just picked up a cappuccino whilst passing, and was served by a wonderful gentleman, very professional, friendly and served one of the best cup of coffee I had in a while. I suffer from long covid and have trouble with my taste, however the coffee was a strong blend, and great value for money at only £2.20. I'll be definitely passing by for the food next time. A business which cares for it's customers will go a long way. Highly recommend!!

The food here is absolutely incredible. I have come here everyday for the last 6 months and I have no regrets. From the communication to the service to the food, everything is first class. Looking forward to having my lunch here for the next coming years ;)

Love this place that Yousef runs. The best thing they do is their shawarmas both lamb and chicken are succulent and super tasty. Reminds me of my days in Bahrain. They also do some amazing Algerian sweets made of almonds which go with coffee nicely. Jericho is a great addition to Goodmayes where we didnt have any shawarma stalls or shops. Try one yourself and I am sure you will go back again and again and again.

This is my second visit to the jericho cafe, I ordered two lamb shawarma wraps and two lemon and mint drinks for me and my partner, the shawarma wrap was soo tasty and flavourous that one shawarma wasn't enough, definitely need to do a supersize version and the lemon and mint drink is soo refreshing definitely will be returning for more very soon, the host was also very friendly as always.

Ordered a chicken shawarma for collection 10 mins before they closed and they happily accepted my order, the food was cooked fast, the people were very polite and friendly and the wrap was tasty. Sauce is amazing and the pickle went a long way to compliment the whole wrap. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t already! & thank you to the staff 🙏🏽

This was a restaurant in van a couple of months ago and now a small cafe. They serve tasty shawarmas and really good desserts. Have been there a couple of times and suggest everyone to try it.

I used to love it in the beginning. Good quality food. But now is a different story. I went Saturdays with my sister and bought of us got a shawarma and it was horrible. It came out/ was given to us :COLD and Soggy. It was so small barley eany meat and 2 little pieces of Salad! Not even vegetables they don't give you in it . Sorry Jericho but I'm not coming back. I know you were not there( and I'm not sure you know) but your staff are ruining your business with the poor quality food that they are serving.

I had the lamb Shawarma and every bite was full of flavour, also the staff are so friendly and welcoming they really do make time to engage with their customers .
