Everything was good. Staff were friendly, and the food was amazing. They also arranged us a place to cut birthday cake. They also decorated it. Restaurant was very neat and beautiful.

This place offers an amazing culinary experience and an excellent atmosphere. It was a lovely venue to host my wife’s birthday celebration in a private seating area. The owner is incredibly accommodating, and the service is exceptional.

Came here for dinner with my friend. This place was highly recommended and it did not disappoint. We had the mixed grill for starters. The waiter also recommended an off the menu item being Sri Lankan style fried prawns, so delicious! For mains we had paratha and mutton curry on the bone. The price a bit steep compared to other places but I think it’s worth it due to the taste of the food items we had. Will definitely return to try out other dishes.

Excitedly hosted a surprise bridal shower in their private room. Staff were helpful in the set up and accomodating which was a great start. As booked on the phone, the price was £35 for a set menu with 4 starters, a main & dessert and unlimited soft drink. This sounded reasonable but once we arrived it seemed that individual guests cant pick their own starters, they are to be shared. Despite this, we ordered and starters were delicious, the paneer and masala prawns were a favourite. Service was excellent. Mains came in and the biryani was tasty, the rest of the food was okay but we were quite full on the yummy starters. Waiters happily refilled whatever was needed. Unfortunately, when payment time arrived the lack of communication and clarity left a sour taste in our mouth. One person our of 12 was unable to make it to the party and we were not informed we had to pay for them. We were also told we have to pay 20% on top for the noise and popping balloons?! This was very shocking, there was no indication of this from the get go. Another waiter changed the reasoning to 'service charge'. So in total we paid £45 each, £10 more than we were expecting. Very disappointing to find that they are not clear whatsoever group bookings and were very rude to charge extra for 'noise' and 'mess'. We cleared the decorations as best as we could but wish we did not bother now. Overall, good dining experience but cost clarity needed.

Very rare to find a sri lankan restaurant with top tier service as well as food. Owner is a lovely man and made our evening feel very special as it was my wife's birthday. Prices are reasonable. We ordered mutton curry, chicken and mutton kottu, fish curry, peshwari naan, parotta, mutton rolls, chicken 65, nethali fry and kaya roti for kids. The restaurant itself is one of the best interiors for a sri lankan restaurant I have seen in London. The food arrived quickly, waiters are very responsive and knew what they were talking about. Please please continue this level of service as time goes by as many others have failed because of consistency! We will be back very soon 🙏🏽

We had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while after friends and family had highly recommended it. We were not disappointed at all. The food was excellent, the mixed grill was a winner with all its flavour. The lamb chops were a little on the tough side however, and the Ceylon chicken curry was mostly bone. But again, cannot fault the flavour. The service was brilliant, with special mention to Abi who kept checking in and making sure everything was ok, especially as we had some dietary requirements. Will definitely be back!

Poor hospitality by the staffs. Was told to wait for another table to get free. But then later another staff came and asked us to leave saying that restaurant was fully booked. He did not communicate with the other staff who asked us to wait in the first place.

We hosted my sisters and brother in laws wedding after party on Wednesday. Amazing service and food. We had guest going back for their third plates at the buffet! We also had a live appam station, which was a hit! The staff were very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely have many more parties here!

Most of the food was not up to par, for the prices. For the price I expected better food. Service was amazing, but the food let the experience down. Especially the seafood meals they were edible but not something which I would eat again, the seafood kothu smells of something strange as-well, would not recommend.

Giving this place a overall 5 star. We visited here with not much expectations as it's a new place and it was my first time with a Sri Lankan cuisine, my party thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes which we had ordered. We didn't reserve a table and there was a private party going on in one area of the restaurant, but the manager found us a table despite it being busy. Taste: The chilly paneer was amazing along with bhindi. We ordered a mild dish for the kids which was butter chicken. (Not on the menu) But they made it for usz the kids really enjoyed it. The biryani was very different as it comes with some sort of pickle which is very taste and something different. The garlic mogo was very different to the usual you get in normal India restaurants. All dishes were freshly made and one can tell the difference so kudos to the chefs for providing such tasty dishes. Service: excellent service with staff doing their absolute best to give you a great experience. They were very fast with ordered and serving us. Warm plates is a good touch not often you get this in alot of restaurants. Parking: Lots of street parking available around the restaurant. I would highly recommend this if you are yet to visit. Support the local business.

We recently hosted our wedding dinner and dance at Singam Bay, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing—our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. The service was first class, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The owner was incredibly communicative and accommodating throughout the entire planning process, making it easy to coordinate all the details. We hired out the entire venue, and they even managed to accommodate our DJ and let us use the projector. Later in the evening, the team seamlessly rearranged the tables to create a dance floor, which was a huge hit with our guests. If you're looking for a venue to host your event, I would highly recommend Singam Bay. They truly made our special day even more memorable!

We had wedding after party on Saturday 10th August and what an amazing service. The owner was really good and went out of his way to help us and gave us this delicious 😋 food which all the guests loved it. Just wanted to thank Abi he helped us so much and basically ran the whole party running around trying to serve all our guests and made them all feel happy and welcome. Infact all the waiters were so efficient and brilliant service 👏. Arul the owner was the best and how he helped us through setting up for the party and carried on with out plan how we wanted it to be decorated. I suggest everyone if u haven't been to Singam Bay please do go u want b disappointed. Once again thanks Arul and Abi.

Got a takeaway. The food was average at best. In my opinion there are much better South Indian places places e.g. Indian Aroma. It was busy and seemed popular with families so maybe it's not to our taste.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, attentive service with a positive attitude and pleasant manner. An authentic Sri Lankan banana leaf thali experience. Arun - the owner even held my baby to facilitate me enjoying my meal whilst it was still hot.

Cauliflower Manchurian - delicious! Chilli Paneer - not chilli at all. Paneer a little rubbery. Veg Fried Rice - extremely bland but cooked well Waiter said its a combination of South Indian and Sri Lankan food however it tasted more Sri Lankan which wasn’t to my liking. May go back but only to try their veg dosa as it’s usually the safe option.

Nice selection of Curry dishes and Briyanis. The prawn devil is fresh and very tasty. Tried chicken Chettinadu with parotta amazing. Will go again … all the staff are nice and friendly. 👌👌

We love love love this place! It's a shame it's so far from where we live. Food is so flavorful, been twice now and we have tried a lot of their menue, absolutely amazing food! Still thinking about the chicken dosai, chicken varuval, and wattalapaam! Service is wonderful and atmosphere is perfect for a lovely evening! And not forgetting the lovely mocktails!

To find a restaurant with this type of decor in Zone 4 is unheard of. The attention and cost put into the ambience and decor of this place is akin to something you'd normally find in Mayfair! Great food too and very authentically Tamil which we loved. They were a little short staffed which meant the order could have been taken a little quicker, but can't fault them. We got the private dining area for 25 of us and had a great evening. One of the best old fashioneds I have tried in a long time too. Thanks again!

We held a private function here, guests were really impressed with the delicious food, in particular the mutton devil, veechu roti, kothu, mixed grill… all really yum! Spice and flavours 👌🏻 perfect! Arud and his team are really welcoming and attentive! Being able to use the projector was a fantastic feature at our function! Will definitely be visiting again soon to try more of the menu! I would say this is a decent restaurant in the Gantshill area. Very spacious, great ambience, excellent staff & service. And importantly the hygiene standards are superb. This will be great choice for Birthday parties and other celebrations.
