Service was quick the food was good then atmosphere was amazing and the staff are very nice and welcoming

Rang for food at 5.34. I rang again at 7pm as it still hadn't been delivered and was told it was being packed and would be 10 minutes. 7.25 and still waiting. Was on the verge of going and asking for a refund Will never use this place again.

Really very Slow service. Well over an hour each order and when you ring they just say they’re sorry but it’s busy. Hardly anyone ever in there but you get the same answer every time and they don’t care

One week ago, I ordered chicken popcorn and a chicken doner. The estimated delivery time was 1 hour, but after waiting 1.5 hours, the order still hadn’t arrived. I called the store, and they assured me it would be delivered in 5 minutes. When the driver finally showed up, he left the food at my doorstep after barely waiting for me to come downstairs. The food was ice-cold, almost frozen by the time I got it. I called the store again to complain, but instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the delay and refused to apologize or offer any form of compensation. I had to reheat the food in the microwave, which completely ruined it, and later, I ended up with an upset stomach. The service was terrible, and the food was just as bad. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It’s not worth your time or money.

Consistently good service and nice food.

We order for the shish and kofte kebabs. They are generous portions and fresh. Ordering can be up to an hour during peak times but if you plan ahead with this in mind, then the wait is hardly noticeable. The pizza offer is great for when we have friends & family visiting. I think I have had one mistake in 3 years, they happen.

I called in last night to pick up x2 Chicken meat and chips, with garlic mayo and salad, plus a box of x2 chicken portions for myself and my OH. Service was reasonable and didn't take too long. The food was ok..nothing to write home about, but ok. We had a chicken/chips/salad box each, and my OH also ate the 2 chicken portions. We were both woken in the night with very bad stomach cramps, and an urgent need to visit the loo. Both of us have had extreme diarrhoea, numerous times, and my OH also vomited. Horrible experience!! Our stomachs are still hurting today. We had not eaten any meals together earlier in the day, so know the box chicken meals and chicken portions were the cause of us being so ill. I don't know what the hygiene rating for this place is, but I do know we will never, ever eat from there again.

Ordered two kebabs told an hour til delivery, rang up after 75 minutes told food was out for delivery, still not arrived twenty minutes later rang again with concerns food would be cold if it had been out for delivery that long. Eventually turned up after one and three quarter hours, food stone cold. Unable to reheat in the microwave due to salad. Complained to store who begrudgingly agreed to send replacement but said would be at least 45 minutes so told us not to complain about the length of time it would take. Awful food, awful service 😢

We’ve been going to chicoland for a couple of years now and we love them! Best chips, best kebabs and burgers. Always generous portions. Always happy customers

I never leave a review but felt compelled. Food arrived cold despite a 3 hours wait. I was blamed for living too far away (only live 1,5 miles from the place). Then was told not to be rude. Asked for a replacement to which they agreed but told not to phone back if it took more than the 40 mins quoted for delivery. May be ok if yo pick up but DON’T have a delivery.

Food is fantastic and arrives on time plus it’s always hot so basically it’s a 100% we will be using this company again.

Lovely chicken shish kebabs here, generous portions, loads of salad and the chips are damn good too. Always delivered fast and most importantly, still warm.

Must say one of tastiest kebabs I've had in long time ,chicken and lamb cooked spot on great flavour,also portion of chips were really good too ,all fresh hot highly recommend if in area.Thanks.

Driver phoned up Effing and blinding, complaining he couldn't make the delivery because he was lost and apparently the address is out of their radius (5mile), which upon checking didn't seem to be the case... Phoned up several minutes later to speak to some young girl who wanted to bank transfer me a refund?! Shortly after she put me on to the boss who, like the rest of the crew.. was useless. Now I've gotta cook and wait for my money back, Great job idiots.

Quarter pounder with cheese is really nice , super good price and tastes lovely , staff always very nice

Delivery was about 30 minutes but food was stone cold and the cheese on the pizza and beans and chips where hard.

Been going here for years nice chicken good kebabs plus pizza's I have moved away but always go back when visiting family and friends in the area.

This place I recommend to go and order in house, food is much nicer and is fresh, deliveries are hit or miss, sometimes can be delivered quickly, but in my experience, can take upto 2 hours, especially peak times. I've given 5 stars based on ordering in house, otherwise it could be a two star..

Ordered firstly on app timed out reordered for them to call my partners phone and say we double ordered. Order was wrong on arrival called to explain they were very rude saying was our fault as double ordered. We hung up and never ever will we return the burger is like rubber and the customer service is vile Have had stomach cramps all night and so has my partner I feel food hygiene should be contacted

Lovely food and generous portions, all 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Really good food but EVERYTIME I order from here they either get something wrong, forget something or take hours to deliver (or it just goes missing)

Excellent service and food with a wide variety to chose from. Best to order online and either have delivered or pick up but pay online as they do not accept cards. They do take card payments online though.

My "go to" place for pizza, chicken or kebabs. Their online ordering/delivery VERY easy to use and no problems at all. Would definitely recommend.

Great food. Good value. Mostly chicken but pizza also available. All cooked fresh on order. Delivery available for £1. Dare I say it.. the chiken coating recipe is better than KFC!

Terrible service + rude staff. Me and my partner got told to F off for asking for food at half hour before closing time and a member of staff sneezed over another customers food, far from recommended!
