Very disappointed- I ordered the party meal £15.50 and it came with only 1 ketchup.

The chicken was pink and not cooked the chicken burger was also pink and cold in the middle

deffo store bought unheated nan was expecting fresh oven baked naan, was dry and breaking off into bits. Lamb donor was cold and not fresh. Disappointing.

Gave us the wrong burgers and was 10 minutes late. It said delivered on the system but was not delivered.

absolutely awful ,beans stone cold coleslaw runny chicken burger pink not cooked with 2 tiny bits of so called lettuce one of the worsed chicken takeaways we have ever had oh and the delivery drive basically shoved food to me at door ,won't order again!!!

Poor quality, not the normal standard! Fries stone cold! Chicken luke warm! Clearly last on a multi drop delivery from the time we were told it was sent out.

Food was fine but it took 1.5 hours to arrive when the estimated delivery times were listed as 35-50 minutes

Missing item beans from order food cold not happy

Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. Staff were rude when calling to enquire. Food arrived cold and soggy, so much so the box it was in fell apart.

Had to wait for more than an hour only to get items missing from my order Called the restaurant, and they didn't really seem concerned Completely incompetent Waste of time and money

Food was late. My grandkids were hungry and late for bed. Food was cold and chewy. Kebabs were very plain and cold. Naan bread hard. Not impressed at all

i ordered my food two hours before i received it and told it was on the way 40 minutes before it actually came. when it finally arrived i received the wrong burgers, the chips was cold and the chicken was pink. chicks, u need to sort this out!! not happy.

Beans was cold, burger bun was a bit warm not hot as it should be and was missing an item. Normally I don’t have a bad experience but today I was let down.

Food was good as always but waited over 1 hour and 25 minutes for 2 chicken burgers and some onion rings, I could have walked there and back by that time.

Order took an hour and 35 minutes to arrive. Driver was very apologetic so that’s not the issue. The issue is the chicken strips were pink in the middle so clearly hadn’t been cooked correctly.

Wrong sauce spent £3 on sauces

I ordered coleslaw didn't get it I also ordered a combo meal and had no strips with it dont know what happened but has never happened before plz make sure if I do order from you again it's correct I paid the money for this meal and didn't receive the correct meals

It's a shame I haven't got the option to upload pictures. Twice now I have bought chicken that came with battered dish sponge. The scourer side of the sponge. Because I wanted to support a local business, I sent someone to show them pictures of the food the next day. I didn't ask for a refund or replacement., just wanted them to be aware of it. They were busy telling me that I couldn't get another one. Did I was one!!?? Definitely not!! Greed over quality service. The man at the other end of the end swore at me in Punjabi, not knowing I was with someone who could understand the language. This shop is a bomb waiting to detonate. Many similar incidents have happened. All it did, was change ownership. One day, when someone dies of food poisoning, may be the sanitary sanctions will get tougher. People living in the deprived areas should matter too. Their health is at risk, yet that's what they can afford 😔

I have been coming here for a long time. In the last few months the quality has suffered. Whereas the chicken was always fresh, it has turned up a little dry a few times. I am hoping that they will improve again as they were one of the best. However they have managed to keep their fries standards high.

It was absolutely disgusting the food left me and my partner bed bound we was so ill, they need to close the place down. The food they send out is always cold and hard.

After an hour and a half they canceled our order of 8 meals. The worst experience of a food order ever. Never ever again! Bad service!!!!

Very good food very rarely in every 2months they get a mistake in the food I usually ask for plain because I don't like lettuce or mayonnaise but I usually check and ask them to change it to a plain if they do get it wrong

Fried chicken is fried chicken, kids prefer this to kfc. Stagf always friendly when go into order and driver is profeasional well mannered. Food is generally good.

Would rate a zero if i could, gave delivery time of quarter to 5 and 5 past 5, at half 5 the app said it had been delivered when it hadnt, phoned up to be told dont order till 5pm as they dont deliver till then, the driver also turned up with disgusting attitude. The food wasnt worth what it costs could go mcdonalds or kfc for the price and you get half the portion. Definitely will not be ordering or going again.

The staff are efficient and food is fresh, tastes good and you have to try the chilli sauce. Their recipe is excellent. Prices are reasonable too.

Our food came & it seemed as though our food was tampered with. The top box of chips looked as though the driver had been eating them. There were only 6 chips in the box left.. When dropping off the food, he put it in our porch & walked off instead of waiting.
