I only ordered cheesy chips, when the order arrived I was given chips loose in the bag with no cheese on it. I know it’s petty to be this upset over some cheese but when i’m only ordering one thing I expect it to be right.

I used to come here all the time but tonight I’ve ordered a grilled Chicken wrap as a meal. The wrap was really small -I’ve never complained before of anything- and filled with mayonnaise; when I get home I had to remove all the mayo from it bc it was too much and was just little bit of lettuce; the Chicken was only 2 small pieces inside the wrap ; so disappointed…the service was not service… sorry but won’t come back

Very bad taste,the fries were bitter the wings full of feathers the wrap empty the strips spicy even I didn’t order spicy strips.

I’ve been coming here for years but recently, the service has been absolutely appalling. I was served overcooked chips which genuinely hurt to swallow. The man (who did look like a new employee) was trying to convince me to accept them, and I had to fight for new chips at an edible level. He told me that all customers accept chips and actually like it this way, I begged to differ!! He then served me chips that were less cooked, wow! Sauces ran out and they couldn’t provide me with new sauces. I was then made to feel small because I had thrown the overcooked chips away, as they would have apparently fed the homeless, but in all honesty even they would not have been satisfied with it! Props to them if they feed the homeless every night. CHICKEN SPOT WHAT HAPPENED? Loss of a long-time loyal regular customer.

no drinks only 2 chips not 4 and coleslaw is a mouthful shame cos otherwise chicken is amazing

I ordered 12 inches tikka pizza on just eat. What I got was pepperoni, tomato and peppers on my pizza. This is pathetic. Now I’m trying to contact them but no response. Don’t order from them

both times drinks missing no coleslaw and delivery lady was rude

I ordered a 15” pizza and waited over 15 minutes, I tried to collect the pizza the man on the till asking me if i have paid for it, its normal when you order you pay and wait. I asked for some chilli sauce in the little pot and the man said he has run out, i asked for garlic sauce and he again said he has run out. The attitude was very bad and the service is below zero. Don’t buy or order pizza from here, pizza quality was not good at all because it was half cooked.

The food was absolutely amazing but the portion sizes are tiny literally a handful of chips and a tiny burger that doesn't even fit the bun in the fillet burger meals ....toddler size portions and the wings are lovely but tiny no meat on them....the food tastes fantastic one of the best I've ever had but the portion sizes are ridiculous for the money paid desperately needs improvement

I ordered chilli cheese bites but got chicken nuggets that was cold and the popcorn chicken was cold

the chicken wings were very dry not really edible. we had 20 +4 so quite disappointed.

Nice food, only let down was given 3 cans instead of a 1.5L bottle that was a part of the meal. (330ml x 3 = 990ml) so over half a litre short not enough for 4 people.

Don't know where to start really. The only thing was good was the friendly staff. Was passing by so i thougt let's get some good. Spend £27.50 on a family meal deal. It came with 3 chicken fillet buger, 10 pieces of chicken, 8 wings, 6 fries and coleslaw, 1.5l Pepsi. We threw away all 3 chicken burger. The Buns were very cold and the chicken fillet was very old and chewy so we just couldn't eat it. The 10 pieces of chicken was tasteless, the colour looked nice but it was not tasty at all. That's the only thing we just about at it with so much Ketchup and mayonise and other sauces. The wings was full dark. Though it was burnt but it was the oil that hasn't been changed in months. Kids ate few and threw away the rest. Coleslaw was given in a 2oz sauce pot so small nevertheless it was completely tasteless too, not nice at all. They only had Pepsi 1.5l bottle nothing else. Since we don't drink Pepsi and it supports Israel we asked if we can have 3 or 4 other cans. He just said no even after explaining. Everything was tasteless and some of it was cold. Would not recommend anyone to go there there. If you do make sure you get hot food. Was being nice and game 2* instead of 1.

Cold.. Had to reheat.. probably due to putting cold cans it the bag with our food. Was cold out, biker delivered..Burger Tasted nice but soggy chips thrown.

Paid for 12 piece meal, got 8. Tried to call restaurant and line is inactive. Forced to claim money back through refund procedure, second time in a month order has been buggered up

Food is good Cleanliness can be improved. Cheap take aways and dine in. Less veg options.

ordered and had to wait for my food to be made. brought it home to see the chicken was pink, bloody and raw. it was a leg piece so i thought it was that at first but it just wasn’t cooked at all.

Ordered a veggie burger only to get a hashbrown instead if veggie burger in the bun. Which is a pity as the rest or the food was good

This is quite possibly the worst bossman chicken shop in the country.

I paid for a Pepsi drink but instead was sent 3 cans of Dr pepper not a 1.5l drink as requested. 3 cans of Dr pepper at 330ml is not the same as Pepsi. First time this is happening to me

Beautiful food. Sweetcorn amazing. Chicken amazing and chips. Love everything about the meal. Will last me 2 days but I am looking forward to it again tomorrow. Thank you all.

Food wasn't what I expected. Chicken was dry. No flavour to the chicken coating. Chips were fluffy not a nice texture to chips. It's a shame because I used be a regular at chicken spot.

The food was disgusting, old meat re heated with fresh onions sprinkled on top as a disguise.

Disgraceful food, if you can call it that. Its obvious they just re-heated very old food. Ordered a mixed grill, sheesh kebab, chops, chicken pieces were rock hard disguised with fresh onions sprinkled on top. Will never order from them again. Places like this should really be shut down so they can't fool the public.

The garlic bread was not up to date, it was burnt and crisped. Had to chew very harder in my mouth. Very poor cooking.

Worst chicken shop in the universe. The chicken is old and dried up like a coconut, service was very bad rude and arrogant shop keepers. The wings were over spiced extremely hot in chilli powder. This shop doesn't have any fresh food, it's old and manky, sitting around for hours. If you have metal teeth and like eating chicken like leather, then it maybe ok for you.

Terrible asked for chicken breast as do not like legs but got 2 legs. Asked for large chips got 2 tiny portions with all hard bits.. Charged xtra for drink i did not get. This place was good before not sure why so bad now. We had to call a delivery out once we got home as food was awful and we were left hungry Never going back there again.

Bang on time (even though my office is not the easiest to find. Peri wings were banging as were the fried spicy wings. Fried chicken really good and chips alright. £20 fed 4 of us. First time but definitely not the last!

Food used to be good! But recently, I think I had the worst burger in my life Chicken burger seem not cooked and frozen in the middle (honestly couldn't believe it) one bite was enough... to open the burger up and see it was unbelievable

The pizza was col.ld. the chips were cold. The chicken was luke warm but was a mushy mess. Was out with the driver for about 25 minutes according to the app. Every time I pay with card it seems deliveries drop down the pecking order. If it was cash I would have sent it back. Instead fed pizza to the dog and now cooking dinner

Poor customer service, undercooked meat, day old meat. My first bad experience was the day old chicken and my second was when I ordered 1pc chicken and specified side breast and I received thigh, which was undercooked, soggy and hairy, when I went back and disputed this with the guy at the counter he told me that I should start going to kfc for my fried chicken as they'll actually care enough to do something

Fast food more like take over 1hr food. Had to wait so long to get some basic food. Do not recommend

I had the worst pizza in my life today, I didn't get the one I ordered. I called them to let them know, but I stayed on the phone for 6 minutes until they answered. But I hung up on the phone for six minutes and since then it has been three hours and I still have no answer. I would like to mention that it is very dangerous to eat from such restaurants that do not care about the customers.

I would neaver go here, hygiene disgusting, uses dirty cloths to wipe down work tops. Filthy staff, dont wash their after dealing with raw meat.

Food was lovely tonight freshly cooked, only fault wings where smaller than usually in size. However all delicious and Chips was cooked fresh. Excellent service.

My food arrived about 45mins late, then upon arrival no apologies. I wanted a full refund because when I received the food it was cold with soggy chips and terrible service.
