The Pizza was burnt and the food was all just cold as if it had been made an hour before. From our address, the shop is like 3 mins away, food can’t cool down in 3 mins?

Ordered off Uber, the guy goes down the wrong road and “confirms the order” and then drives off, fails to try and contact me and doesn’t respond to my calls or messages ! Reported on uber and had my contact blocked. Absolutely disgusting. Waste of time and money ! Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend the place to the person that owns it !

Ordered from uber the delivery guy (one of their own workers) came down the wrong road confirmed order then drove of with the food didn’t try to contact us nothing we called delivery guy and the shop neither are answering and proceeded to block the number we was calling from mhmmm I wonder why hope scamming us was worth it we’ve reported it to uber now

Food was great however they forgot my popcorn chicken meal and I received 2 wings meal instead, when it was supposed to be 1 and a popcorn chicken meal, other than that was good

First time ordering from here and the food arrived stone cold, i do beileve it could of been down to the deljvery driver though has he was lost for about 15minutes. But couldnt eat it!!

I ordered large portions but what I got was very small.

Good deals & food when your in the shop, but never order online they give less drinks than advertised & don't put the extra toppings on pizzas that costs money to add luckily I was able to get a full refund on the pizza via Just Eat.

dead chicken shop😒 chicken burger dry, tough wings and all packed together in same bag as drink resulting in cold chips. wouldn't order again

I ordered just around 6.06pm and food arrived at 7.25pm, my children were hungry and waiting patiently. Tried to call the restaurant to find out what the delay was but number is invalid.

Disgusting oil chicken is horrendously horrible couldn't even eat it I got scammed waited 25 minutes for horrible food overpriced and trash smells like there is rats in there. DO NOT GO!

The food itself is nice however they seem to make mistakes quite often. I ordered peri peri chips but got plain chips and i asked gor extra sauce but there was no sauce at all.

Would not order from here the chicken is so small!! We ordered a 12 piece party bucket and got 8 tiny pieces no dips we paid for no coleslaw we paid for and no bottle of drink we paid for!! Just don’t even waste your money

I tried there food for the first time and it was horrible chips, undercooked, chicken overcooked near enough burnt and service was appalling it felt as if they weren't listening to me

I used to come here all the time but tonight I’ve ordered a grilled Chicken wrap as a meal. The wrap was really small -I’ve never complained before of anything- and filled with mayonnaise; when I get home I had to remove all the mayo from it bc it was too much and was just little bit of lettuce; the Chicken was only 2 small pieces inside the wrap ; so disappointed…the service was not service… sorry but won’t come back

I only ordered cheesy chips, when the order arrived I was given chips loose in the bag with no cheese on it. I know it’s petty to be this upset over some cheese but when i’m only ordering one thing I expect it to be right.

Very bad taste,the fries were bitter the wings full of feathers the wrap empty the strips spicy even I didn’t order spicy strips.

I’ve been coming here for years but recently, the service has been absolutely appalling. I was served overcooked chips which genuinely hurt to swallow. The man (who did look like a new employee) was trying to convince me to accept them, and I had to fight for new chips at an edible level. He told me that all customers accept chips and actually like it this way, I begged to differ!! He then served me chips that were less cooked, wow! Sauces ran out and they couldn’t provide me with new sauces. I was then made to feel small because I had thrown the overcooked chips away, as they would have apparently fed the homeless, but in all honesty even they would not have been satisfied with it! Props to them if they feed the homeless every night. CHICKEN SPOT WHAT HAPPENED? Loss of a long-time loyal regular customer.

I ordered 12 inches tikka pizza on just eat. What I got was pepperoni, tomato and peppers on my pizza. This is pathetic. Now I’m trying to contact them but no response. Don’t order from them

I ordered a 15” pizza and waited over 15 minutes, I tried to collect the pizza the man on the till asking me if i have paid for it, its normal when you order you pay and wait. I asked for some chilli sauce in the little pot and the man said he has run out, i asked for garlic sauce and he again said he has run out. The attitude was very bad and the service is below zero. Don’t buy or order pizza from here, pizza quality was not good at all because it was half cooked.

The food was absolutely amazing but the portion sizes are tiny literally a handful of chips and a tiny burger that doesn't even fit the bun in the fillet burger meals ....toddler size portions and the wings are lovely but tiny no meat on them....the food tastes fantastic one of the best I've ever had but the portion sizes are ridiculous for the money paid desperately needs improvement

I ordered chilli cheese bites but got chicken nuggets that was cold and the popcorn chicken was cold

the chicken wings were very dry not really edible. we had 20 +4 so quite disappointed.

Nice food, only let down was given 3 cans instead of a 1.5L bottle that was a part of the meal. (330ml x 3 = 990ml) so over half a litre short not enough for 4 people.

Don't know where to start really. The only thing was good was the friendly staff. Was passing by so i thougt let's get some good. Spend £27.50 on a family meal deal. It came with 3 chicken fillet buger, 10 pieces of chicken, 8 wings, 6 fries and coleslaw, 1.5l Pepsi. We threw away all 3 chicken burger. The Buns were very cold and the chicken fillet was very old and chewy so we just couldn't eat it. The 10 pieces of chicken was tasteless, the colour looked nice but it was not tasty at all. That's the only thing we just about at it with so much Ketchup and mayonise and other sauces. The wings was full dark. Though it was burnt but it was the oil that hasn't been changed in months. Kids ate few and threw away the rest. Coleslaw was given in a 2oz sauce pot so small nevertheless it was completely tasteless too, not nice at all. They only had Pepsi 1.5l bottle nothing else. Since we don't drink Pepsi and it supports Israel we asked if we can have 3 or 4 other cans. He just said no even after explaining. Everything was tasteless and some of it was cold. Would not recommend anyone to go there there. If you do make sure you get hot food. Was being nice and game 2* instead of 1.

Cold.. Had to reheat.. probably due to putting cold cans it the bag with our food. Was cold out, biker delivered..Burger Tasted nice but soggy chips thrown.

Paid for 12 piece meal, got 8. Tried to call restaurant and line is inactive. Forced to claim money back through refund procedure, second time in a month order has been buggered up

Food is good Cleanliness can be improved. Cheap take aways and dine in. Less veg options.

ordered and had to wait for my food to be made. brought it home to see the chicken was pink, bloody and raw. it was a leg piece so i thought it was that at first but it just wasn’t cooked at all.

Ordered a veggie burger only to get a hashbrown instead if veggie burger in the bun. Which is a pity as the rest or the food was good

This is quite possibly the worst bossman chicken shop in the country.

I paid for a Pepsi drink but instead was sent 3 cans of Dr pepper not a 1.5l drink as requested. 3 cans of Dr pepper at 330ml is not the same as Pepsi. First time this is happening to me

Beautiful food. Sweetcorn amazing. Chicken amazing and chips. Love everything about the meal. Will last me 2 days but I am looking forward to it again tomorrow. Thank you all.

Food wasn't what I expected. Chicken was dry. No flavour to the chicken coating. Chips were fluffy not a nice texture to chips. It's a shame because I used be a regular at chicken spot.

Chicken peri peri and salad was lit! Service fab. A kitchen that actually includes the bits of a takeout. Chips was not the best but I've had worse.

The food was disgusting, old meat re heated with fresh onions sprinkled on top as a disguise.

Disgraceful food, if you can call it that. Its obvious they just re-heated very old food. Ordered a mixed grill, sheesh kebab, chops, chicken pieces were rock hard disguised with fresh onions sprinkled on top. Will never order from them again. Places like this should really be shut down so they can't fool the public.
