Food was ready in an instant. The young chap at the counter (blonde boy, charles or lee -didnt catch his name) was very polite. A real gentleman and scholar! Will come back! Rufus F.

I ordered food, i spoke to Lee who was really polite, my food was delivered quickly and tasted delicious,, we will definitely be ordering from there again

Waited 1 HOUR AND 25 MINUTES for our deliveryCalled to see where it was as 10 minutes late compared to delivery time we were given - the man was rude to start and told us to wait another 20 minutes so I told him to cancel the order.Within 2 minutes he called back apologising and offered a £4 discount if we waited the additional 20 minutes, we agreed.ANOTHER 15 MINUTES LATER get a call from just eat saying that they will not be delivering.1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES we were waiting for food that never arrived

I ordered my dinner at 3 o’clock asked for it to be delivered for 5:30 I paid by card ordered ,through just eat . The man turns up with the right recipt but the wrong food the delivery man said sorry mate be back in 5-10 mins. 30 mins later still nothing so I ring up chicken max and demand to speak to manager he replies i am the manager I’m busy you come to my shop and get your food I explained I have 5 children and I am unable to get to your location . My patience just went through the roof I started calling them thieves he didn’t like that so he replied f**k you now you have no money no food Told me to ring just eat . Wtf terrible service .

Son muy groseros. Llamé a una orden y la hizo el hombre que contestó dijo que tienes que esperar más de una hora. Le dije que me recogerá el pedido y dijo que era ocupado para hablar por teléfono. Y le colgó el teléfono. Nunca nuevo yo tengo una familia grande, así que la orden habría sido grande viniendo a 40 libras, así que su pérdida.

La comida llegó después de más de una hora y media después de haber llamado y me dijo que estaba tomando más tiempo de lo normal debido a Ramadán. Hacía frío.Llamó y el personal se negó a hacer sustituir alimentos o restitución, diciendo que yo era un mentiroso y colgó. Robaron dinero y no bienes.La comida horrible, terrible servicio - personas increíblemente grosera.

Hice un pedido hace una semana. El total de la orden estaba equivocada. El gerente dijo que la próxima vez que la orden se asegurará de solucionarla. Sólo me llamó y preguntó por el gerente y él afirma ser el gerente y él estaba gritando en el teléfono diciendo que no había orden equivocado la semana pasada. Yo soy un cliente regular por 2 años. Nunca pedir agai

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE! The food is usually good quality but this take away has gone down hill. Food is always late and always cold, don't waste your money not to mention the service, we ordered over the phone yesterday evening and waited about an hour and a half for delivery when it came the order was wrong (about the 3rd time they've messed up our order) we called the shop to explain we didn't order a burger they called us liars and refused to bring us the correct order. We'd just spent over £20 and tipped and they delivered cold rotten food that wasn't even ours. The guy on the phone said he was too busy to deal with me and hung up. Complete arseholes. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! They don't even deserve one star....

I can now honestly say I will NEVER order from here again! The last couple of meals we have had from here were ropey at best so we had a break, in a moment of madness I decided to order one last time as I couldn't be bothered to cook. Big mistake. My whole family including myself have suffered with stomach upsets, the food wasn't even worth the discomfort! The chicken was dry and tough and overly chewy like an old leather boot and the chips were floppy and undercooked. Do yourself a favour and order a curry instead as at least then you will have a legitimate reason to have the shits.

Ordered today 29/02 which resulted in me having to cancel my order via Just Eat because of the long delay on delivery. Such a shame as this is never usually the case and the food is lovely. Will try once more again soon

Every time I order they call me and ask to leave them a review on Just Eat. This is annoying and if you need to pester your customers to leave reviews then you're doing something wrong. Stop it.

Okay well the last thing i wanted to do was leave bad feed bk. But wiv in 15 mins of me making my order the food was out my door the food was not fresh i feel let down the chips was not fresh nore was my chicken and the burger.i feel bad leaving bad feed bk but i felt let down so after this i wont be ordering frm here again

This is my favourite Chicken shop, chips are legendary, chicken is always perfectly cooked, only one I ever buy from.

So it said the latests I'll get the meal is 19:20.... By 19:45 we was still waiting for it! Then when I contacted the takeaway they was rather rude on the phone to me. I find it rather disrespectful definitely not worth the money or the time waiting. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE

The best ever chicken!! Seriously. We have had this take way twice this week. The fried chicken is crispy and very tasty. The spicy wings are spicy but not to to spicy. I highly highly recommended. They are also quick!!

ordered a beef burger, a bbq chicken burger came. and it wasn't even nice. overcooked burnt chicken. ordered a supreme fillet burger.. don't even know what been sent instead. its really spicy and not nice. we ended up throwing the two burgers away rather than wait another hour for our actual order. won't be using chicken max again.

The food was okay but by the time it turned up it was stone cold. we had to heat it up in the microwave.. The delivery service was terrible. It took 1hr 20 minutes to arrive. When I telephoned to find out what happened to my order. I simply got told it's on it's way. Absolutely no apology for the fact it was so late. When the food finally arrived we again received no apology. I like my food hot and on time so we won't be ordering from here again
