Chicken marinade was watered down, the flavor did not travel through the chicken and was very bland, masala chips did not taste great either. To be honest all the flavour tasted watered down. The Donner loaded fries was alright but nothing special. The guys behind the counter are friendly and welcoming

Jumbo wings now halved! Who does that? How can you cut a wing into 2 and call it jumbo wings! The real grilago sauce is nowhere to be found..2 years ago you hot succulent lamb chops..bow its more of bone chop..Not wasting my time there again. The classic burger was tasteless.

Went today with my husband and four hot and hungry kids. The brother at the counter was very patient while we figured out what we were ordering and then offered a tray of chips to the kids while we waited for our order so they'd be "happy and calm" 😊 which I thought was very thoughtful. We ended up making quite a big order and were offered a big bottle of pepsi for free. They initially prepared our order for eat in but happily packed it away to go when we told them we wanted it packed. The lamb doner was really tasty and the chicken wraps went down a treat for the kids. Salad was fresh and refreshing. Would definitely visit again.

I've been coming here for years now. Grilled food is always decent. It's a bit expensive post covid, so I only ever get this every few months.

Even 1 star is too much for this place. Food is rubbish and expensive. Staff are rude especially to delivery riders. AVOID.

Placed a order through uber eats restaurant gave the drinks but not the food to the driver. Driver asked the shop is there any other bags answer was no. What a poor service, definitely wont be coming back or recomend this place.

Take this in, the Chops here is 10/10. If its your first time here grab the 6 piece, switch up your chips to curly fries and tuck in. (for £17 pricey but you wont regret it)

Very standard and expensive for cheap cut of doner meat. Large wasn't filling either and service was dull with no smiles or thanks. Definitely won't be going there again. So many better places in around the area

First and foremost, I do not often go out of my wag to leave a review for restaurants however, on this occasion, I will... So here it goes; Bravo!! The food from Grilago was absolutely fantastic. The taste, flavours, portions, quality were exceptional. I cannot believe that I had food with actual taste, texture and quality. For me, this is my new favourite place to order food and I WILL be a regular customer from now on. The chefs here all deserve to be recognised and I hope this post finds its way to all the staff.

Ordered food from just eat which they said they delivered but they delivered to the wrong address and when we called to ask for help they would not help and told us to direct just eat directly, useless never ordering from here ever again

After seating down, I was not approached by a member of staff. When I asked for a menu I was told to go and pick one up from the counter. I did not expect every place to have an AC but they didn’t even have a fan on a day of 34^c. The drinks were literally warm as if they came out of a cupboard and not a fridge. The food was served with a fork and no knife. When I asked for one they said they had NONE. I mean it’s 2020 and you still find places to dine in the UK which don’t have the proper feeding tools. The place was very noisy as staff members continuously shouted across the room to each other. Food was okay at best and price was reasonable.

This is the most unprofessional restaurant i have ever come across. They do not have any knowledge about customer service. I went inside to order and I see two guys bumping heads behind the grill as if they had no idea on how to control their orders. No multitask skills whatsoever. Whilst standing there, I thought maybe they're busy and will ask me what would i like to order once they're done. But guess what, another dude comes from outside, shouts at them like its a fish market, and gives his order before me. Do the customers have to shout their heads off for us to gain your attention? What's this you're running? Some fish market in Bangladesh? A customer will be standing in front of their eyes and they will be oblivious to their presence. Food might be alright but that's if you get to order. If your running a business teach your staff to pay attention to the customer. Extremely poor service and bad management skills guys. Great food, been here a fair amount of times, never disappointed me. Food is always hot, fresh, no missing items. Pleasantly surprised by this place abit out the way and seems to be hidden, driven past a few times but never really paid attention to the restaurant. I have had the chicken and beef burgers from here and they were Amazing. I have ordered a takeaway from here a few times now and everytime the food has been very good. Great flavours and sauces. I highly recommend the burgers the chips are really good as well. Will definitely recommend.

STOP!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! The description on the menu and the portion you get will not match at all. On the menu it said 3x Chicken Sheesh and 3x Lamb Sheesh which in their head means 3 "pieces" of chicken and 3 "pieces" of Lamb NOT 3 PORTIONS of chicken and lamb, but on the menu they never actually say "pieces" when I called they weren't very helpful at all the guy on the phone just said they "mean pieces" and also the food didn't arrive on the scheduled time either! So don't get conned like me.

Great chops. Quite expensive for what it is. Delivery is sometimes poor so i suggest collecting or eating in.

Rude staff. Poor quality and bland food. Not worth your money here. Staff just ignore you and touch and wipe their hands everywhere and on themselves. Felt sick.

Ordered 2 X Beef Classic Burgers,Peri wings,Chilli chips & Kebab Roll.Burgers were nice but wings were Hella dry as if they were boiled in Mineral water .So please take this into consideration.Cjilli chips use to be fun but now they just ok too.Kebab roll Was an average one too.But on plus side They gave salad and 2 dips sauces and free delivery so I would recommend 👍✌️

Everything tasted the same. Not that their was much to taste. Fresh and quickly delivered, taste needs to be improved.

Unfortunately wasn’t a fan at all. The ingredients were cheap and nasty, the ‘Mr Naga’ doner was not Mr Naga and instead was just basic chilli sauce squirted over, the £2.50 cheesy chips were very bland basic chips with oily mild cheese microwaved over. Nothing was tasty.

Late night eat, chicken soprano burger was tough but sauce was good, lamb sheesh was like leather and chips not great. Buffalo burger was good.

Quite disappointing as I was recommended this place. 3 of us bought a burger meal - all different burgers and unfortunately they were all bland. No taste or flavour in them. I had to douse my burger with a lot of chilli sauce - something I never do but it was that bland! We never want to come here again.

Amazing food. Amazing value. Just absolutely delicious in a very non pretentious way. These guys know what theyre good at and they do it well. Whats great is that you dont feel youre getting ripped off at all. The price reflects the value. If anything its excellent value as the food is great. Its a little pricer than standard pfc because its a grillhouse duh, but its well worth it. Everything on the menu is delicious and top class especially the chicken, wings and lamb chops. The burgers are good quality although maybe not worth £4/5 each. The doner kebab is my least favourite but its still better than the average doner.

One of the fascinating place for grills. Yummy. Ordered and everything came swiftly. Manager was very attentive to every customers. Drinks was good too. Absolutely fantastic food, have tasted the lamb donner, chicken/beef/lamb burger and it's all so delicious and cooked just perfectly. The wooden tables do however have a sticky feel so would require a deep steam clean perhaps.

I'm giving 3 stars for presentation and friendly staff, but the quality was utter disappointment. and the quality wasn't good either. i would advice them to be generous with the sizes and try some different recipes. it will make a huge difference. they got a prime location and they need to take maximum benefit of that.

Since the revamp of ths is place the menu has been extended. I have only had the lamb doner meal from here and every time it hits the spot! Will try other items soon. Good service despite being so busy. *edit Ive noticed that when the manager/owner is not around the customer service and food standard rapdily declines. Went in last week and despite there being no customers and hardly anything on the grill, the worker who took my order kept on asking for money and looking anywhere but me! I was attempting to order 4 meals and had to tell him 4 times ive not finished ordering! Took the food home (less than 1 mile away) to find that everything was overcooked including chicken burger, quarter pounder and donner. Fries/chips were also re fried. *plea to management -please stress importance of customer service to staff and ensure that food remains fresh and cooked to perfection. I have to admit 8/10 for me food has been good but last 2 times hasn't.

Lovely food, love the doner here which is probably one the best around East London. I don't visit them enough but when I do it's too good! 21/Oct/2017 Unfortunately it seems like the staff have changed and it's no longer a 5 star from me. The doner did not taste the same. Not sure if I will be going back.
