Yesterday evening I ordered mega platter but i got disappointed to have the chicken not properly cooked from inside. Wings were ok but the chicken… seems like to be grilled by some untrained staff. Extremely disappointed

I love this place. At least ones a week I have a pizza, specifically the peri suprise. Also grill chicken is so good. Best pizza for price. Service is also good. However the muslim girl could improve her welcoming attitude with more smile and warmth. Probably how sheis but, feels like she is about ask why are you here .

Went with high exspectations, because of the reviews but pizza was average, wings nice and spicy, but small and boney. Chips were just okay. Normal kinda spot not that great.

I had an incredible experience at roadhouse grill. The ambiance was modern yet inviting, and the service was top-notch. But what truly stole the show were the burgers! Good place food looks nice and great service

Pizzas were great, fresh and soft. The grilled chicken tenders stole the show for me. I got medium and it was perfect. Chips are very good too but be careful with the Peri peri salt as it is a bit spicy. I also got a couple wings in lemon and herb but they weren't anything special. May have just been because they got cold. The seating area is not bad either.

Food is excellent absolutely delicious. The staff is so friendly and wonderful.

The food was fresh and tasty. Customer service was brilliant. The girl was so good, especially since I had a lot of last-minute changes to the order, but she was so accommodating! Definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

Absolutely disgusting i ordered they're hot dog through Uber instructions were clearly on the order notes no jalapenos as I'm allergic my food was covered in jalapenos couldn't even eat the chips as they were stoned cold called up to resolve the issue lady on the phone very very rude not wanting to give me the owners name or even let me speak to him, then she rudely hung up tried to call back no answer, I will never be ordering from this company again they cannot follow simple instructions and clearly don't understand English as the way the lady spoke to me, nipped in to resolve the matter the store stunk of rotten meat chef not wearing proper clothing or netting for his hair, floor dirty covered in people's mess food tissues, non of the tables cleaned while the lady I spoke to is sat behind the desk busy on social media taking selfies, i really dont know how this company is still open and allowed to serve the community food also trying to fob me off back to Uber! Uber don't make the food or read the notes! Invoice provided as they clearly like to see proof well they're it is Again I'll say this as I mentioned to your member of staff, Uber don't make my food your employees do, the issue is not with Uber it's with the negligence of your staff, as I can see on the responses to other reviews you have written you keep blaming Uber!! Best restaurant in the area. Their special rice is the best ive had, better than nandos spicy rice. Have to try their Thai sweet chilli sauce on their chicken as well, 10/10, even their pizzas are really nice, I'd recommend the BBQ one. Their gourmet burgers are really good as well. Can't go wrong with whatever you order.

Since, moving to the area not long ago. I have become a regular customer of Roadhouse Grill. My family and I absolutely love their Burgers and Pizza's. We always tend to order via Uber Eats. However, their in-store promotions are much better. I have nothing to dislike, great customer service, excellent food, they have some of the best quality burgers in the area and it would definitely make you full. However, room for improvement I would love to see a loyalty scheme being implemented and would love to buy more if better promotions were granted. But, hey - that's me being cheeky! Ordered a pizza and chips from here. Deffo the best pizza I’ve had in ages, on par with papa Johns and domino’s. Wasn’t overly oily and tasted like quality ingredients were used. Food was well priced and hot. I ordered takeaway and the packaging excellent. Will be returning! Thank you

Always been spot on good food, ambience and hygienic!

Since 2 years this place has been outstanding. The food is still great but over my last two visits we have found the cleanliness of the place to have become really bad, almost filthy. The toilets completely put me off my food. The baby chair was dirty. Dust has settled in many places and the window is dirty. The heater makes an annoying crackling sound which has happened for a long time but is bearable. I hope the kitchen is not as dirty. I am from the community and do not want to smear this gem of a restaurant. I just want to pass this message on to management. I’ve been put off going recently having been going every week or so. If the cleanliness improves I will change this comment and give the restaurant 5 stars.

Tried out this Restaurant after going through so many. It shows on the 20th place is search when I look for a burger joint. Sad how google adds work, because it's one of the best burger I have ever tried. Ordered HAWAiN chicken and gourmet. Loved it. Price not too bad. Bun tasted fresh ingredients and sauces just right. They might ask you how hot but not for every burger. Gourmet spices are standard/ mild to taste and HAWAiN medium spices are a bit above medium but still get 5 stars. Will be visiting soon to try some more

When in the area and I fancy a pizza, this place is my go to. The spicy chicken pizza with the yellow sauce is so nice! Their grilled chicken is nicely marinated too as a side snack and their bbq wings and pizza are good too! The shop is ok for eating in but I find it better to grab the food and eat at home!

Ordered 2 pizzas, the pizzas were good but cold. Drivers need to have a better insulated bag.

What an utter disappointment! I heard about this place through a family member and placed an order on 14 Feb through uber eats. After waiting for more than an hour and multiple calls to the restaurant, I was then told they were swamped and preparing my food and the drivers were waiting for more orders. After further 20 minutes of waiting, I had to cancel my order because the food took so long. They charged me for food that was never delivered to me and took no responsibility. Uber eats outright refused to refund my money back. Due to everyone's greediness and not to mention negligence, my entire family went hungry, including the kids. Safe to say I will not be placing an order with restaurants who scam their customers.

Working away from home came across this place welcoming pleasant staff food very fresh and hot totally delicious

Food was cooked nice and fresh and came promptly. Service was good. Prices were slightly higher than what I would expect. Restaurant was nice and clean. Overall pleased but because of price would probably only go once in a while as opposed to regularly.

Food from this place is amazing EVERY TIME! This is by far one of the best gourmet burger joints we've ordered from. Our picky kids love the kids cheese burger meals AND the chicken burger meals because they aren't spicy. The burgers are generous, always fresh, always hot on arrival, and delicious. The grilled chicken wings were still so hot I could barely touch them at first! The pizzas are always fresh and hot too! We've tried a variety of everything now, burgers, grilled chicken, wings, salad, pizza, kids meals, flavoured chips...and ALL have been well made, fresh, tasty, good quality and overall very impressive! The bonus is, that they are HMC! One of very few HMC certified places in this area! Only thing we might comment on, is the price. If the prices were a touch lower, we'd be happier I think, but nevertheless we are dedicated to supporting the few local HMC outlets we are lucky to have in this neck of the woods.

Simply fantastic. All their food is just WOW! So lucky to have a Gourmet burger place round the corner from us. Guilty of ordering from here a lot but not leaving a review each time. They just never fail to impress. Their burgers, fancy chips with toppings, pizzas are all so juicy and satisfying. Plenty of space to sit and eat too, although no harm in calling before going to check how busy they are. Very friendly and quick service. To top it off, their burgers boxes of very high quality and even recyclable. They don't usually get dirty and can be recycled. They don't use those yellow rubbish polistyrene boxes. 10/10!

I order pizza and mentioned for no spice as kids will eat but it was too spicy and wings were too spicy as well . Not happy with services as I complained but they said next time we will make it right. I clearly mentioned 3 to 4 times that half pizza is for kids . Mild mean mild not spicy so you guys should know about it . That was too spicy food . Very disappointing response from owner

Wings are really great with piri fries. Food excellent. Only downside is tables should be cleared quicker for hygiene reasons. Otherwise for food a top choice. 5 star for food but let down by not keeping the place clean.

These guys cry and moan over sauce. Order a burger meal costing over £10 and they give a tiny tub of sauce which isn't enough. When ask for more they want money. Money ain't the issue. I pay it. It's pathetic that you're the only ones who are stingy over sauces. Never had this issue elsewhere. Never came back after that

The absolute best burger place around. Bit more expensive than the usual but 100% worth the price.

I don't bother going here anymore. Good food bit overpriced but they cry over sauces. So stingy that I don't even order take away or delivery. When I was in the shop they get funny over sauces when you buy two meals and spend £20 they give only 2 sauces tiny cups. They moan if you ask for more. Pathetic. We stopped going here.

Lovely yummy food and will be coming again

I discovered this place recently after visiting with a few friends, so I decided to go back with the family. There were six of us, which included three adults and three children. As you can imagine everyone wanted something different, in that respect this place caters well, as it has something for everyone. Good selection of gourmet burgers, with a broad range of sauces and toppings, etc. For me, the star of the show has to be the grilled chicken, juicy, and flavoursome. The loaded chips weren't the best and can do with some improvements. I saw a pizza go out to another table, which caught my eye, as it looked really nice. Will definitely go back there again and might even try the pizza next time. Didn't manage to take pictures of the rest of the items that we ordered. Price wise, it was reasonable.

Sauce options was really good and the drinks selection was spot on, but the burger patty (6oz) was dry. Flavour was really good though, and my friend got the chicken and said it was really good.

Poor customer service poor delivery service

This used to be one of our favourite places for burgers. It has always delivered promptly and the burgers were delicious - until today. It has been a few weeks since we last ordered, and when we went to open the carton boxes, you could clearly see that the burgers are no longer made from fresh beef but this time we got frozen processed patties. I don't know whether this change is temporary or permanent, but if it is the latter, stop it and go back to the freshly made ones. You're ruining what made you stand out from the rest. The burger is dry (despite the mayo and oil) and tastes absolutely awful. Truly a big disappointment. The chips are standard but when you receive something you didn't expect nor pay for, it's difficult to enjoy the rest of the meal. A shame and won't be coming back unless they bring the original recipes with real meat.

Since the managment changed, quality of pizza and timing gone really bad, I ordered 2X 15 inch Pizza over the phone, they said it will take 25 mins when I went to collect the Pizza it wasnt ready they took 45 mins to give both pizza and one pizza was really cold.Will never ever recommend to anyone.

Roadhouse grill has an amazing menu with lots of different flavours, the staff are friendly. First time having peri chips and it was fantastic. Decently priced and the eating area is modern and fresh. Thank you for a lovely meal and experience. 5/5

Overall, everytime I have ordered from hear the burgers, and fries taste fresh and the flavours are always on point. I would say the prices sit below more premium places like Cristinas, but it doesn't detract from the taste or choice thats on offer.

First time here, I thought the food here was OK.. nothing special really. The food presentation and cleanliness was good, service was OK.. The staff seemed helpful. There were 3 of us. We ordered pizza and a meal each. I went for Roadhouse OMG Burger meal with peri peri fries and a drink. The pizza looked really nice and full of flavours but wasn’t as tasty as it looked. Maybe it was the topping. I might try this place one more time. The burger again looked appetising but again the taste wasn’t there. And for the fries, it was disappointing. I found the fries to be very dry and hard. We did go late at night, around 9:30 pm, so we were not sure if they were old fries. But hey, I would have given it 2 stars but the service and presentation of food helped the place redeem itself to 3 stars. I might give this place one more try and adjust the rating accordingly. This place gets it right everytime! I no longer live in the area but I come back just for Roadhouse. I wouldn't be surprised if they used a food thermometer to check when the grilled chicken is cooked, obviously they don't, but I wouldn't be surprised! They get it right everytime!

Have ordered out and find their burgers nice and filling. This time we went to eat it and I like the rustic decor and the tables were nice and clean. Ordered a pizza which was nicely and freshly cooked, hot and tasted good. Can’t fault our dine in experience.

Without doubt the best burger, chicken and pizza place around. Pizza's are betta than pizza hut! 100% less greasy too. Honestly try it, you won't be dissapointed! halal too
