Ordered Full house Meal Kebab which says All kebabs served with fresh naan, drink, salad, & sauce, well mine came with no Naan but chips instead which i didnt like ,wanted a Naan. The donner meat was too thick cut and i wasnt keen, not best meal ive had.

Absolutely disgusting, been a regular for years and all I said was the chips were under cooked and they couldn't even send some straight away and when I said you expect me to eat under cooked chips and I won't be ordering from here again he said ok no problem, after years buying from you thanks for the rubbish service. And for definite I won't ever be buying from here again.

ive always ordered from chicken hut am a regular customer with the chicke pieces i orders were soo dried and seemed they werent fresh i threw them away

Chicken was DRY sand burnt. Chips weren’t cooked they were very pale and soggy. Ordered the food at 19:22 delivered 21:30. Whole service was horrific. Will not recommend or order again

The food was delivered late but the delivery guy did apologise and explained there was some road incident on the way. The food was still warm and fresh, they included separate sauces even though I did ask for chutney and this was not added in. Would still recommend.

Chicken was dry .. used yo like the chicken not anymore. Skins are hit and miss the chicken is soo dry it's like cardboard now 😩

Bit late. For a chicken shop they should put more coating on and make the skin crispy. Plus no gravy option....

The food came early, it was fresh, they gave me extra sauces and also made sure no jalapeño in the burger as I liked the chicken fillet in that burger. Would recommend again 👌

Disappointed with the portion size for the donner kebab and chips that was literally 2 pieces of donner in their for £5 it was extremely poor for the takeway to be charging that much for soo little. Would not order this from here ever again.

Starting to think the food is microwaved as its the 2nd time my Grilled chicken was fairly warm and not hot...Ordered Biriyani too, That seemed like it was just warmed up in microwave...let me down :(

The pizza looks burnt hence I couldn’t eat it

My peri peri burger was over done. I had a fries missing. The order time was long before i had placed my order but then it ran late too. Over all it was ok

WOW the half chicken was just amazing tasted wonderful. Pizza was spot on. Chicken popcorn was just right. Would recommend the half chicken totally. Thanks guys.

Amazing food, best grill chicken in town! The piri burgers were so good, soft and cooked to perfection. They give good portions for a good price and the sauce on the grill chicken is delicious!! Will definitely order again

The food was horrendous. The wrap was extremely salty and was spat out. The burgers were good. However the chips were extremely salty too. Drinks were not correct.

Excellent food, will definitely be ordering again! Got the family box meal for 2 and the chicken was cooked to perfection, seasoned just right and they also threw in some dips for free.

Garlic bread was hard an overcooked an didn’t taste of garlic at all wouldn’t recommend buying it

I ordered chicken hut special comes with a piece of chicken and wings. Got no wings I’m assuming they had none I got 2 chicken thighs instead

I highly recommend the chicken BBQ and the meat feast pizza. Chicken fillet burger meals are excellent also. Consistently good standards. Very competitively priced. Highly recommend.

Food was cold and chips were rock hard

Again for 2 meals we get one sauce, just one of the chilli sauce and no garlic mayo the sauce we like and ask every time this happens all the time. I want a bottle of garlic mayo if they keep leaving it out

Chicken tikka wrap awful, couldn't eat it. Chips cold. Burger greasy, soggy bun and luke warm. Will never order from here again.

Wanted donnor meat chips but gave me donnor n nan also sent me chicken tikka with nan which I wanted with chips but food was good

Beautiful food always get half a chicken and rice they never ever fail to deliver ! They also do amazing pizzas Thankyou chicken hut !

I find it frustrating that when you find a good takeaway, their standard of food can be great, but after a few visits their standard of food quality becomes inconsistently hit and miss. But with Chicken Hut, it is ALWAYS good, and for that reason I know I will always enjoy their food when I visit and they've never dissappointed me yet. I would offer 5 stars, but I have to say 4 stars is realistic. My only gripe is that they will only put napkins and a fork in your bag if you ask for it. And often they don't even stock napkins, only blue roll ( below par ). If you forget to ask then you arrive home and discover you are missing essential eating utensils and something to clean up with after. Surely a napkin is an essential if you are eating messy food? Come on guys, just include it every time and I can increase it to 5 stars in a year or two. Deal?

Food arrived late. The driver said they only had one driver, that's why. Food was cold and soggy by then. Fried chicken that was soggy and cold.

Portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller over past couple of months. No dips to go with kebabs even though I asked for some. Naan bread stale.

The fish tasted like mashed potatoes in a batter and the wrap was nice. Never seen a fish cooked so awfully.

Ordered at 6:30 delivery time was 7:40.. food came at 8:50 after i rang them and had to contact just eat via the sms service...

Absolutely disgusting! Both the chicken and the chicken wings were absolutely burnt beyond edible - this is the 3rd time that this has happened; do yourself a favour and avoid this establishments poor - quality food and service!

I didn’t not like the nacho burger meal. The nachos were all soggy. I had ordered wings meal but didn’t receive the chips and drink. I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

I would not feed this food to my animals never mind my family. Absolutely disgusting. When we called up to fix the matter the staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. If you would like to be poisoned and find hairs in your take away, by all means order from here, if not I suggest you never. Order from this take-away.

Came 20mins later than stated...couldnt find the house,delivery driver dropped change on floor and just walked off leaving me to try find it...i stated no sauce on kebab,it came WITH sauce,ended up leaving was to warm to eat....on a good note the burgers and chips were 10/10 the best chicken burger we've had on a long time 😁

Took over two hours to deliver. I ordered at 8.30PM and it was delivered just after 11PM. The food was lukewarm and my pizza was not cooked properly. The chips had clearly been reheated and the chicken showed signs of pinkness. I could not eat any of the food. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

Was charged 2 quid extra when delivering because they said prices were wrong online cause they put prices up. Not that 2 quid is a lot but shouldn't of had to pay for their mistake new prices should have been updated
