Chicken Hut in Wiltshire

Food was cold on arrival, Wednesday night, May of been busy, photo attached of a popcorn chicken box which cost £8! Used to be a much larger box. Chips were soggy as were the onion rings. Expected better to be honest.

rude staff when we rang to find out where the order was after waiting over an hr and was saying would only be half hr wait. never had any problems on many previous deliveries. nearly 2 hrs wait from ordering to delivering.

Good food but wrong drink delivered and no salt or canton chips as requested in the notes section. Slightly disappointed overall

We order from here a lot and are always happy with our food, we had an item missing on this one but a quick phone call it was all sorted and quickly delivered.

Always our go to but tonight dry chicken wraps, bread hard, a tiny amount of sauce, salid not like normal, kabab hardly any sauce and full of greese. Let's hope this is not a sign of things to come as this is normally such a great place.

I think when a customer has ordered online and requested for extras and have paid it would be in your interest to action this and ensure that the customer receives their order correctly. We've ordered from you now twice and both times have been appoling. We shan't be ordering from here in the future.

Orderd twice this week first time almost no salad iven know we put extra chips was cold and dry. Second time 36 pound Orderd put on salad in each section fir extra got 3 base salads like 3 strings and no tomatoes or cucumber. On all plus asked fir no onions and get extra of that couldn't eat it. Asked for sweet chilli got hot now im drinking milk. Chicken wing was fried not the spicy wing asked for it that was them then there are not spicy one bit. Won't Orderd again next stop kabab house last one felt to try the rest are all gone down hill

Can I just say that was the worst kebab I've ever had... We will not be ordering from you again and I will be putting out a review. Our order was incorrect. No garlic mayo on the mixed kebab. Lots of gristle in the meat and the chilli sauce was disgusting. The portion for what we paid were small and definitely not value for money. Never again.....

We ordered a extra large it came in a small takeaway box , the meat was low quality and there was personally nothing special about it all. The staff weren't too friendly. To expensive compared to size and quality!!!

The kebab we ordered was delivered without the pitta bread and the chicken burger was a bit on the thin side. Disappointed as previous orders have been good.

no idea what time this was delivered, it was left in porch and no one let me know it was there. milkshake was a shop bought yazoo so disappointing also the salad in burger was lacking no tomatoes or fresh lettuce & Chip were dry/rubbery

Overly greasy burgers - chicken kebab dry but salad nice and fresh and lovely garlic mayo . Overall ok with quick delivery but unlikely to order again .

Always order from this place but Wings tasted like pure coal this time, barely edible.

Kebab didn’t seem cooked enough, threw most of kebab meat away. And collection was at 20 past but was ready at 10 past. Proberly won’t eat there again

I preordered for delivery at 7pm, I did this in order to make sure my children were settled and in bed so I can enjoy my food. The delivery arrived at 17:40! And sneakily they marked the order as delivered at 7pm. Good thing I took a time stamped photo of the delivery. By the time I was able to eat the chicken was soggy and cold. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Ordered it for collection at 7pm but got notification it was ready at 6.40pm hence it was cold when collected.

Chips were great. The wrap was very tough, chicken was abit to hard.

Order 3 lots of chicken wings, it all went in the bin, it was old and dry where it had been left to stand, might of even been from the might before. Not edible. Waste of money. Never again

Not even reviewing food was apparently freshly cooked but chicken was dry and cold chips came with cheese even though I stated no cheese on chips as I couldn’t find just chips as I’ve got allergies to cheese

Chicken pieces were mostly bone and very dry, not much meat on them. Chips tasted stale, and kebab wrap was overpowered with onion and without the sauce I ordered it with. Unlikely to use this take away again.

Was pretty good. Everyone was really happy with their food. I had the mixed kebab and the only bad thing I have to say is that the lamb wasn't that great. Just donner and chicken next time for me. 9/10

Happy to admit that I fell asleep waiting, upon waking, money was taken and marked delivered, I respect they couldn’t of got hold of me but it was a pizza. Didn’t have the decency to leave it by my front door for me to collect now. Won’t be using again.

Alls good and ever been since today I’ve left note about salad preferences and guess what… haven’t got salad at all, as well ask for make it spicy it was barely like left overs of chilli sauce… thank you will try next time hope it’s better.
