the food quality was not good at all. chicken was very hard. coleslaw got opened in the bag and was every where. the onion rings where soaked in the coleslaw.

Completely wrong order! Won't pick up the phone - very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

The food was stale, hard and rubbery. So nasty my cat didn’t even eat it. I called up for a refund and they told me NO. The food quality is just horrible. The chicken is more like pork. Will never order from here again. AVOID PEOPLE AVOID

Food was to cold when it arrived and the chicken was far to spicy. My chicken burger was rubbery and also had a bone in it. It took my 3 attempts to contact the shop about my order. I will not be ordering again.

Cannot put zero stars so theyre lucky they even got the one! Ordered my food at 6:51pm and received it at 8:40pm no amswer from the restaurant so had to go through customer service. The fod was warm, chips not fully cooked and a poor excuse from the delivery guy with not even an apology. On one of the biggest days of the year this restaurant is poorly orgnised with a large lack of customer service. Will not be ordering from here again, no courtesy for customers and a complete lack of regard for the product!

Everything was tasty and amazing, food arrived warm and the quality of the food has definitely improved.

I asked to cancel as I ordered just after midnight and was given an approx time of 2 am. I assumed there had to be some mistake so I left a message asking to cancel and hoped they wouldn’t show up at my door. They arrived at 2.30 waking the whole house up. needless to say I didn’t eat any of the food. I would like a full refund please

Food is always delicious and good quality. Food also came hot despite our address being quite far from the restaurant. Great service too! Restuarants never listen to me when I ask them to not press the doorbell, but they did! Their piri piri chicken is amazing; especially their chips!!

Our delivery time was set back 30mins from out original time which we called and asked why. The guy explained the delivery guy had just gone out so he wouldn't be on time which was fine. It hit the time we were meant to get our food and they changed it to delivered and it hadn't been. We called around 6 times with no answer. We then ordered from else where only for our food to arrive 30mins after the delivery time (just as we had ordered from the other place). When we got the food the order was completely wrong and we couldn't eat it due to allergies. Very upset as we get from here often and love their pizza.

The service was good, the food came early but the quality wasn't great. The burger bun was extremely hard and the chicken was dry and has no sauce to accompany it.

Always order from here. Today was late for some reason. Could not get through to the restaurant. As an apology they gave me 2 portions of chips, which I did not want. The quality of food was well below the standards from previous orders.

terrible. simply terrible. food was awful, food was cold, food was 20 mins late. the order time was about an hour and a half. I called the restaurant about 10 times and no one answered. I called just eat and was on hold for about 30 mins. ordered at 10. expected delivery 11:20 actual delivery 11:40.

unacceptable. didn’t ring doorbell then return to shop without delivery. when I ring their restaurant they were incredibly rude and insulting. I demand a refund please.

hello, I placed the order at 2:20am and the delivery time was 3:40. The food arrived at 3:55. After me and my friend trying to call the restaurant, just to check that the food is on the way, and they didn’t answer the phone for like 7 times. Once the food arrived all the food was cold already. So I eat my cold food 15 minutes late.

I'm very disappointed! this restaurant is ridiculous! át the first 2 times they forgot to send my drinks. ones they called me they can’t do crust in the pizza that day. second time they forgot my extra topping from my pizza. I said ok everyone can make mistakes they are humans. but now I’m so angry. after 30min late I call the restaurant. they just ask me to wait. no refound or anything. my pizza was completely cold! I think this is very unprofessional! this is not a restaurant. this is a joke. they cheating with your food and With your order! they doesn’t know how have to delivery food. if u guys wanna order with them please select pay with cash. and bytheway their seefood pizza is the worst in the world!

They completely forgot my grilled chicken on the order. When I called up to complain, no answer. Essentially pad £14.00 for a chicken burger meal, 6 fried chicken wings drowned in BBQ sauce and 1 peice of chicken. Food was way too cold and dry. I made the mistake of ordering from here despite the bad reviews, hopefully you don’t.

Delivery still not here as i am writing this review. 25 minutes was added to the original delivery time, its not 20 minutes after that 25 minutes and delivery has still not arrived. No one answering telephone, called 5 times. Appalling. Never ordering from there again. Wish I opted to pay by cash, would have rejected delivery when it arrived, if it ever does arrive.

Totally worth it! The food was really nice, cheap and the restaurant was very generous...! (They forgot one chips, but still it was totally worth it!)

Chicken burgers went down a treat, kids loved the chips. Piri piri wings not too sure about-a little bit tough for my liking., People should be aware that the piri piri chips is not a dry spice but liquid that is generously poured over...maybe a little too generous as chip became soggy however i was impressed with their intention to not short change the customer.

after 2 hours of waiting MY FOOD NEVER ARRIVED! when I called they had the guts to say there was no orders and I was calling the wrong place! what a shame! never ordering again!

Called to find out when food would be delivered, restaurant told me 15 minutes. Was 45 minutes later food arrived cold and in the meantime they didn't pick up the phone. Also they forgot the sauces which I paid for.

I was meant to get wings and instead got a fried chicken breast, the garlic bread was soggy and the pizza was one of the worst I've had in a while. Very disappointed.

The food can be better sometimes and the quality of the service are poor. The wait is too long for what I ordered. Plus the distance between my house and the restaurant is less than 20min.

Refused to deliver even after confirming a delivery time.

The food was late by half a hour although they put it though as delivered then the quality of the food was very poor as if no care was given. Will not be ordering from then again. 1 star rating not happy feels like a waste of money.

I ordered the food at 2.15am and it estimated arrival before 3am. It then changed to 3.30am. I tried calling the restaurant numerous amounts of times but did not get and answer until 5 minutes before the order was out for delivery. Very bad service.

Rubbish. Took 1 HR 10 min to arrive. Delivery driver was very odd. Reversed down the right hand side of the road and seemed very weird. Cold food, and poor quality

3 portions of chips worth £1.49 each were missing . The food arrived very late, we called the restaurant to ask for a refund they said they will give us a free chips next time . not planning on ordering ever again from this place.

They changed the delivery time to 10 minutes more, which would have been done, had they stuck to it. We ordered at 18:45. Delivery estimated 19:35. Delivery time changed to 19:45. Delivery arrived at 20:05. I called at 19:55 and was told the driver would be 5mins. Didn't even ask me what my address was. Asked how did he know when he hasn't asked for my address? Then asks for my address and tells me driver will be 5mins. No apology. Food showed up at 20:05. I wish I could say it was worth the wait, but it really wasn't. It wasn't great and I will not be ordering from there ever again.

ITS BEEN 2 hours and a half, I ordered my food it says delivered. Me and my family are waiting we haven't ate food for 18 hours. The food was supposed to be here at 21:10 and it's still not here. There is nothing to eat at my mums house.

Horrible service, lazy people who didn't bother to get in contact when the order was delayed. Had little kids waiting for 2 hours with no call but apparently they didn't get through then they didn't bother trying to get in contact with JustEAT. When I called, they gave the most lamest excuse, despite the fact that I scanned the area for any motorcyclist or delivery man yet they claim they rang and went.

I had to wait almost 2 hours for the food today. By the time it arrived it was cold and soggy.

Took more than 90 min to arrive, on top of that arrived soggy and with very little toppings. Driver arrived by car so was obvious that he stopped in many places along the way. Had to wait outside so won't wake up the kids since it was so late.
