Came in here tonight for the first time and the service is second to none, they didn’t have what I liked on the menu but it was no problem and they made it. The food was insane, tasty, authentic, everything about this place was special, nothing was too much trouble and they was very warm and welcoming. Forget Brick Lane! Head to Moorgate and around the corner you'll find the Indian 2 (they have a few, shows how good they are!) The food was absolutely delicious, I've had lots of curries in my time and sometimes I'll leave feeling a bit lackluster about the money I've spent for the food I got. But this is not one of those times, the service by all the staff, especially Tanha was impeccable. Food came out fast (but not suspiciously fast), the atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely and the prices are more than reasonable especially given we're in Central London! I highly recommend the lamb, it's a huge serving and it tastes delicious, we're taking home the leftovers! Plus we had complimentary drinks after too! If you're looking for a banging curry, forget bricklane and the rest, head to the Indian 2! (I'm sure 1 and 3 are great too based on this)! I'll definitely be sharing and coming back again!

Najmul was fantastic. World class customer services. Food was delicious and fast services.

Forgot to take photos as the food was so well presented and appealing that we tucked straight in. We had onion bhaji’s, chicken rogan josh, rice, keema nan and a vegetarian dish made with aubergines (can’t recall the name of the dish but it was amazing). Very good quality tasty food and excellent, very prompt and professional service. This is our second visit here and we will definitely be back. Absolutely delicious 😋 Thankyou so much.

Excellent food and service. We had dinner for 5, 3 daughters of 5, 17 and 17, my wife and I. We chose 1 starter, 4 seconds, rice and bread. We almost finished it! Very good portions, great food, the spiciness is not excessive, depending on the dish it changes, there were some that were not spicy, whoever likes spiciness should ask beforehand, and the service was very good. It deserves 5*.

Excellent food and service. Jow was my waiter for the night and he was very polite. The food was delicious and the entire personnel treated me like a Queen. They offered complementary Indian appetizers and coffee or a drink at the end. I would recommend the restaurant 100%

Excellent food and amazing service! Our host Tanha was lovely. The food is amongst the best curries I have had in a while, especially the rogan Josh which tasted superb. I would also highly recommend the chefs special Nawabi lamb shank which was really flavourful. The portions and prices were good considering how much food we got! Would highly recommend! I would also suggest having the masala chai to conclude your meal - it’s the perfect end to a brilliant meal!

A restaurant with many good ratings, but it feels like the reviews are fake, as we didn't think the food was particularly good at all. First we ate papadums, there were 4 more dips but none were particularly good. One was way too salty and sour. The other dip was mostly raw onion. The third was a sweet and sour sauce but it had an underlying weird taste. The fourth dip was a spicy tomato sauce that was unexpectedly strong. The papadums themselves tasted a bit old (stale). The main course a tikka masala chicken which according to the menu should be mild and creamy but which was way too strong! Then you don't feel any taste if the heat takes over. In addition to that, they came in with Naan bread which we had not ordered but which was still included on the bill. Not worth the price.

A delicious meal - thanks to Ash for your food recommendations and attentive service. Best curry we have had in London. Chicken Karahi and Keema Naan delicious.

Nice spot. Good vibe. Service was really attentive. We order a few vegetarian options tonight and thought they used a lot of potatoes in every dish. They could get a little more creative with the vegetarian options. A lot of cheese on the naan which over powered. But other than those minor things we loved it. Great flavors. Great textures. Will come back!

Too sweet sauce, but very good naan, very friendly personnel. They should hang up some tapestry to reduce the noise in the back because it gets trapped and kinda loud.

Rude behavior from manager if you were closed that time he would have said in a good way that restaurant is closed now instead of the way manager said to me. Zero professionalism!

This place is incredible! Super friendly staff, fantastic Indian dishes with good descriptions and good allergen information on each and every item. Definitely try the garlic Naan and the other fruit juices. All made extremely well. Don’t miss it!

They’ve done it again. It was excellent as last time. This time I came with my friends And had a get together in this lovely establishment. Today I had. Lamb Naga with a lovely garlic man which completed my day. I highly recommend this restaurant and they definitely don’t let you down.

Best paneer jalfrazey and peshwari nan I’ve ever had. Excellent service from Raj. My meal was a little spicey for me and they went above and beyond and brought me out yoghurt and mango lassie. We will definitely come back!

My sister and I had an amazing lunch today at this restaurant. The place is really nice, tables are very well organised and the service was great. Najmul was very pleasant and took very good care of us during our meal, always making sure that our glasses were always full of water and that everything was going well. The food is amazing, they also have very convenient prices for lunch time which was a plus. 5 stars for me!!

Food was ok. Naan was the best I have had in a long time. It was fresh. Service was underwhelming to say the least. If you really care, servicing has to improve. With main dishes lamb was the one that's without sweet, dhal was very good. 3* for Naan and dhal.

“A Nightmare Dining Experience” I recently visited the Indian restaurant and I must say it was an absolute disaster. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The behavior of the waitstaff was shockingly rude and harsh. It’s as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to dine there. Now, let’s talk about the food. Oh boy, where do I begin? The dishes were lackluster, tasteless, and downright disappointing. I’ve had better microwave meals at home. The chef must have a vendetta against flavor because everything on my plate seemed to be competing for the title of “Most Bland.” In summary, this is a place I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. If you enjoy terrible service, tasteless food, and the thrill of finding foreign objects in your meal, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, save your money and sanity—go anywhere else.

Never experienced such worst service in London. Way behind the expectation and not at all good service. Food was quite good.

I’m writing this review after considering the service and food I had in The India branch earlier along with my Team. I would like to cover positives first. Food - 4/5 Pros- Taste was good and we enjoyed the mango lassi. Prawn masala was wonderful and all item was well done. Cons- Guys please inform the costumers and mention the quantity. TBH we were puzzled seeing the quantity and sitting there thinking more to come. When the staff see a volume of customers it is their responsibility to guide them. And also this is not an Indian style restaurant guys rather I would say a Bangladesh cuisine restaurant. Atmosphere - 4/5 I can see mostly all pros because it is in the heart of central London and easy access. Good ambience and well managed. Service - 2/5 I can’t describe the way the service was done. There is no politeness, no smiling face, tone was so demanding that we choose what they say or show us. We were denied what was mentioned in menu for desert. This is not the way to treat the customers. My entire team felt this and they just don’t want to come to this place in future nor suggest to anyone. Only gave 2 stars just for people who served us.

Thank Najmul Good experience. The environment is very nice, and it feels like there are rich people around. The service is also good, neither attentive nor neglectful. The taste is okay, a little bit greasy. Be careful not to order too much, otherwise it will be a waste.

Dinner at 6:30 p.m. It was loud. The chair vibrated from everyone passing behind you in the hallway. Did I mention it was loud? The menu was below average. The leg of lamb stood out positively. Because it was so loud, we wanted to pay, but the dessert from the menu just fell under the table (figuratively speaking). If you have a pub-canteen atmosphere (loud) and a strong voice, this is the place for you.

It is only after eating here I realised how Indian food does not take. The cuisine seems Bangladeshi and not Indian, there's a thick difference. The staff seemed to be super busy being arrogant:) I would say something about the portion size but it looked like the restaurant was running out of groceries so it's okay, understandable yeah?
