Absolute waste of time and money. Really disappointed, ordered large donner got a small one and it was old. Ordered 20 chicken wings got 10 wings. Ordered just after 1pm, got the food just before 3pm. Restaurant said they'll add wings next time or will deliver the order a long time later. Really disappointed!!!

Ordered food from there for the first time, delivery was late and once I opened the boxes with the food I was absolutely disgusted because the chips wasn't freshly made the wings just didn't look right and finally the sheek kebab was not what I expected.

Absolutely brilliant food. Burgers, wings, chips were all good, best part is they give chicken wrap in naan bread rather than in pita bread. Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered hot wings along with other stuff like grilled chicken wrap and was disgusted to find a hot wing that smelt and tasted horrible, which only leads me to believe that the takeaway are storing extremely old chicken that have gone stale and way past it's sell by date I'm really not one to complain and have never left a negative review for any takeaways. Guess there's always a first for everything

Food was late the restaurant is near my apartment and when food was delivered it' was ice cold driver said they made it an hour ago. And worse thing they didn't care bad very bad

The best thing about the food was the cold coke just like the food. The Pesto pasta had nothing pesto in it. Disappointment to say the least.

Normally I love the food from this place. But this time food was cold, tasteless, and chicken pieces were just rock hard. The peri peri flavour was also hardly there. Just dry rock hard chicken pieces and bland spicy rice.

I asked for Peri Peri and received tandoori chicken. Also asked for sauces, the chili sauce was like flavoured water, chips were cold.

I don't think a delivery time of over an hour is acceptable. Also the 6 piece meal was 3 quarter chickens cut in half and it was tandoori chicken not peri peri. Food was also bland

Wedges and chicken were great as usual. But first time ordering biryani and it was very greasy, no flavour and seemed to have been pre-cooked. Chips were refried in old oil definitely.

I ordered the food at 6pm. It got delivered at 7:35pm. The website said 45min approximate time. Estimated delivery after placing order was set for 7:05pm and when time came, the restaurant added an additional 25mins. Delivery time was terrible. Quality of food was mediocre towards poor, and service wasnt anything in particular. The delivery guy gave me a call that he is outside. I opened the door and he was sitting in the car till I come out. I understand its cold, but he could have made a move towards my house when we hang up the phone. He waited till I open the door, which for me isn't taking the extra mile to exceed good quality of customer service. First time ordering, and very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Took a very long time to deliver. Good cold. Asked for 2 out of three burgers to have cheese. All three had cheese. Would not order again!

Very dissapointed with the service. Delivery took forever to arrive, over an hour and a half for the food to arrive. The food wasn't much to talk about and there were no salad with the grilled chicken where as other grill takeaways usually give salads for free. Overall I wasn't very impressed!

I would rate this place 0 if I could. The food was rubbish and over priced. The wings were tiny and burnt. The burger bun was really hard. Please avoid this place. There are much better takeaways on the same road.

Food quality was poor. Burger was frozen patty not home made. And who puts carrots in the burger bun??? The wrap is not a thin wrap it's so thick the dough that it's almost double the calory of a normal bun.

The delivery came on time, food was hot. However there is no difference in taste in the peri peri and bbq wings, they all have been coated in red food colour and grilled. Seriously.

I believe in giving chances but with this takeaway, don't even bother. It took 2 hours to get here, the guy who took the 3 calls I made to ask where the food was lied through his teeth, then hung up on me. Excuses first being they hadn't gotten the order, then that there was traffic, then that they had gotten the order late. The food while alright, was cold when delivered. Worse service I have received from Just eat or any take away. Waited 2 hours, simple instructions not followed, wrong order, food arrived cold. Driver could not locate address when is 1/4 mile away from him. Address clearly stated, ended up else where. Called take away several times to find out location, member of staff very rude and kept hanging up rudely. A total waste. Please avoid such uneducated people Excuse after all that was we had the wrong number. When 2 right numbers were provided. If your hungry, avoid this place.

The lamb doner and chicken burgers were ok. However the chicken hot wings were disgusting. They were basically overcooked burnt, rock hard and hair on them. For HMC food, it's disgraceful.

Chicken tandoori style was tasty but could have done being a bit more sweet, supplying fresh salad with large orders should be done by management.

I've ordered from here previously, and although usually 15-20 minutes late, the food is usually still warm enough to eat. Today, however, was a complete fiasco. I placed my order at 4pm and was told to expect it at 5:10pm. I left work (Central London) at 4:30pm and drove home (East London), arriving at 5:30pm and expecting my food to have also arrived. Nope. Called them up and the guy, whilst laughing, said the food would arrive in 5-10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and called again - this time the man on the phone became defensive and started shouting about traffic etc. I explained to him that while his restaurant is 12 minutes away from my house, I'd managed to get through the same traffic but from much further away. When I asked to cancel my order, he panicked and said he'd call the delivery driver to check where my food was. I was shocked - he was only calling the driver now? Meaning he'd previously been lying through his teeth when giving me time estimates. After speaking to a couple of drivers, he finally managed to get through to the right one. Not realising I could understand every word of Bengali he was saying, he asked for the driver's whereabouts and I gauged that my food was still 30 minutes away. The man on the phone lies once again and tells me the driver is on my road. At which point I asked to cancel my order and get a full refund. Still haven't received any food nor my money back. AVOID.

Food, no complaints whatsoever because their peri peri flavouring is the best. The service today however was TERRIBLE! It took them 90mins and 5 phonecalls to get them to deliver to the road behind their shop. Eventually we had to get down to the other end of the road and pick it up. DONT HAVE A DELIVERY SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER.

Food was brilliant as usual, delivery was 25 minutes late, take away is a 5 minute drive away, should not take too long, but will go back because the grilled chicken and wings are epic
