Really friendly driver appreciated the call

Food was good and the alterations I asked for were correctly administered (unlike the chaos that I get if I order from the “Bow Kitchen” which is always wrong). Despite an insulated bag, loads of paper bags of varying sizes the food was just warm.

Very poor delivery service. Instead of coming upstairs he left me a message saying he called and that if I didn't come downstairs he was going to leave my food in the lift porch. He was very rude

Driver complained address and phone not available (which show on the order). He complained we are wasting his time (and yet I had added a £5 tip). Please provide better training to your drivers.

Food came and was freezing cold

We did not receive our order?! It was clearly delivered to someone else or the driver couldn’t be bothered and cancelled the order.

Do not read instructions my meal never said cheeses on the meal i order 4 sausages egg muffins and even wrote a note saying no cheeses with any of the muffins try call the mc donals lots of times no answer my whole meal wasted as I can’t eat cheese

food was cold. order was confirmed at 6.55pm and the order said was ready at 7.15. order arrived after 8pm. I only ordered it because it said 10-25 minutes delivery time. food was cold and couldn't reheat as it was a burger. I couldn't track order either and Kept saying courier at the restaurant. the travel wouldn't take him 45 mins, not even if he walked.

I ordered my breakfast only for it to be ruined, because the hot chocolate in the bag was not sealed correctly. The delivery driver gave me the bag of food and it was already leaking before it reached my hands. It was leaking everywhere.

Drinks split second time ordering rude

I ordered my meals, waited over an order and when I delivery turned up, the meals was melting, cold and dry. what a disappointment. I am sure it was because of thr month of Ramadan. I ordered twice in March and all the delivery was late or you had to wait on delivery. what a let drown. This app only gave me £4.06 after spending 18plus pounds. a slap in the face.

I came at 21:15 they are closed although the sign says closed will be 21:30! Very terrible staff behave disgustingly! I recommend changing the staff or not visiting this crazy place

AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered on the McDonalds app, said food with be delivered within half an hour. 1.5 hours later and still no sign off the food. After getting through to the useless customer support, I was issued a refund. Now I have to wait up to 15 days for it. Don’t bother wasting your money, would rather throw my cash in the Thames.

Chips in the happy meal were warm but tasted absolutely vile and like they had been sat around a long time. Cheeseburger contained a tiny few miniscule pieces of onion and the whole thing looked like it had been stamped on, it was that flat and squashed. Rest of food was fine.

he lied and said my gate was open and it wasnt and when he said he will close it he then proceeded to drive off. I have a disabled child who runs out if she can so it was extremely dangerous and he was very very rude about it and lied

I ordered food last night with my last bit of money told me food would arrive at 19.10 sat there like a fool to go on app to see it stated delivered me and my children did not get our food sent about 7-10 r-mails on app and woke up next day and still no response it’s not acceptable how you can take peoples money not give them the food they ordered and completely ignore them that was my last money yesterday and I wanted to treat my girls to end up with NOTHING upset is an understatement

service was good delivery on time and driver was polite and understanding when I asked to leave out side door as I said our puppy would run out door only thing is food came cold today which it normally doesn't so had to heat it up a little ourselfs apart from that good service fast and poilet drivers.

The food once again was lukewarm with hard chips but I don’t think it is down to the courier but the restaurant and preparing it too early. Food doesn’t go from hot to barely warm in the time it shows being prepared to out for delivery

The delivery guy spilled half of my drink on the way to delivery. I'm very disappointed. He even told that the drink is safe and not to worry about it. I have pictures of how bad it was.

Drinks emptied all over food and in delivery drivers bag. Bags tore as they were removed from delivery drivers bag. Coke all over my porch and through my house. Soaking wet food straight into the bin. Just Eat refuse to refund or acknowledge despite sending photographs at their request. SHAMEFUL.

Very DISAPPOINTED every time I go to the drive through they always give me half empty drinks this is getting ridiculous if I’m paying for a drink why must it be half empty ? I paid with full money I did not pay half price for the drinks ! I complained about this to the guy who served me he told me it’s half because there is no ice in the drink. Common sense not everyone likes to have ice in their drink people have sensitive teeth and this does not justify the reason why the cup should be half empty its like saying your drink it not full because you requested for no bubbles or fizz in the drink ! When you go to the shop to buy a drink do you ever buy it half empty ? No it’s always full so this Is really a scam I request for a refund the member of staff told me mc Donald’s does not give refunds to customers!!!! I returned all 6 drinks and told him I want my money refunded !!!!!! he went away and filled the drinks after he had said to me the drinks can’t be filled up to the top it’s done by a machine don’t human have to press start on the drinks machine that’s a complete lie! now when I got the drinks they were still half empty and only to find out he had added water to all our 6 drinks it had zero taste the drinks were very plain it was basically water this is absolutely shocking behaviour. Chips are cold not enough sauce added to the burgers it’s pure lettuce dry food !!!! Never again
