Update 2025 Never ever eat from McDonald's

I’ve ordered twice from this branch and they never fail to give STALE COLD CHIPS. Once I ate in and they did the same, at least I could send it back and get fresh chips

This place wasn’t that busy, the place was clean as the cleaner was on top of cleaning everything. The customer service was great, the lady who served us was really polite.

Very DISAPPOINTED every time I go to the drive through they always give me half empty drinks this is getting ridiculous if I’m paying for a drink why must it be half empty ? I paid with full money I did not pay half price for the drinks ! I complained about this to the guy who served me he told me it’s half because there is no ice in the drink. Common sense not everyone likes to have ice in their drink people have sensitive teeth and this does not justify the reason why the cup should be half empty its like saying your drink it not full because you requested for no bubbles or fizz in the drink ! When you go to the shop to buy a drink do you ever buy it half empty ? No it’s always full so this Is really a scam I request for a refund the member of staff told me mc Donald’s does not give refunds to customers!!!! I returned all 6 drinks and told him I want my money refunded !!!!!! he went away and filled the drinks after he had said to me the drinks can’t be filled up to the top it’s done by a machine don’t human have to press start on the drinks machine that’s a complete lie! now when I got the drinks they were still half empty and only to find out he had added water to all our 6 drinks it had zero taste the drinks were very plain it was basically water this is absolutely shocking behaviour. Chips are cold not enough sauce added to the burgers it’s pure lettuce dry food !!!! Never again

Just been today at 7pm they didn’t give my Burger and I ordered plain one really disappointed. Please note I have ordered filet o fish burger meal with extra 2 medium fries, happy meal and Mc flurry plain by drive through but you guys didn’t give my main meal which is filet o fish burger and my son is crying.Very bad service you are providing .

Ordered a chocolate milkshake, wasn't until I got on the A12 I took a sip, strong chemical flavour that was disgusting.

Standard McDonald's experience, staff speak very quietly and in the summer there's a lot of flies, toilets could do with more attention, however, it is a very busy restaurant due to its location.

Dont use the delivery service, things are missing every time. Ive used them 3 times and the order has never once been right and the app doesnt allow you to do anything about it. Avoid at all costs unless youpick up or eat in.

As usual, burgers are rather thin and palette like cardboard. Big macs should be made with 4oz burgers not 2x half oz burgers. Sort it out macd's

ORDER 89: Today at 3.48am I made an order through the drive through, where the assistant made an error with my food, on return I spoke to the assistant in regards to the error, instead he gave me a dirty look “what error, what order”, after checking the order he returned and said he’ll give me a set of fries for my troubles……I asked for the manager Amir whom wasn’t of much use and didn’t seem to correspond well….very disappointed and upset…..Mc Donald’s is normally my go to for a quick meal…..I’ll think twice when returning to Mc Donald’s really upset with the quality of service….

Drive through was quick ask for 2 straws if you get a milkshake as 1 straw just dissolves

Usually ok but today ended up sitting in drive thru with no one communicating. When mentioned staff just brushed it off like it was my problem. Breakfast items ordered absolutely soaked in grease and had clearly been sitting for an extended period. Won't be visiting this location again.

I got issued a £60 PCN for stopping in a disabled bay by the drive thru in the BOW MCDONALDS CAR PARK. This carpark managed by MET PARKING SERVICES 5468096 obtained my details from the DVLA and sent a £60 PCN via post with photos of my car. Beware of these disgusting people.

My burger arrived in a MOULDY bun! Do not order from here, it’s a health hazard.

All the burgers, fries and shakes in one location. It also has a well lit drive thru with plenty of bay parking for your requests. My observations are if you’re driving, don’t miss the turning into it. Also has accessible parking for disabled persons and for kids.

Like any other mc Donald at 5 am. Messy, dirty, flies flying around, dodgy guys, run out of stuff such as milk shakes or paper in the order machine to get the receipt. Food as expected, big mac as usual, what do you expect, Michelin restaurant level burger? Good enough on the way back home from rave, that's it. So called salad as usual, so a slice of tomato with a slice of cucumber on a heap of lettuce that started to rot. It's still healthier than chips, I suppose. The best in my meal was a carton of organic milk, I think. At least there was no issues with parking.

We often drive through for a takeaway.

Fries quality was so bad. Burger the sauce coming out for burger before even touch. Take out they trying to give me food on hand then i had to ask for bag for carrying food.

You get what you pay for.. I normally take the kids there. Cheap and makes them happy win win.

I don’t normally leave reviews but had to this time I can’t believe my order wasn’t delivered at all. I’m so upset how is that even possible when you have to give the driver a code (mine was 6031) so they know that they have the right person. I have to now go an reorder something else. Disappointing Experience Due to System Issues** I visited McDonald's today and was really disappointed. The system was down for 10 minutes, which made ordering frustrating. I understand that these things happen, but the lack of communication from the staff made it worse. We were left waiting without any updates, and it just felt chaotic. I hope they can improve their service during technical difficulties in the future.

Absolute joke the order was never delivered!

Beware of ordering via drive thru. Always missing items in order. Won't get time to check the items properly due to vehicles behind. Missing Dippers share box which is £6.49 and when calling the store, there will be no response. This is not the 1st time and a rip off. irresponsible staff not paying attention customers item. And drive thru always busy and need to be keep moving. Take time and check all items before moving away, even queue behind. Better to avoid this restaurant. Highly disappointed.

That's always problems with delivery,mistaken orders,or empty fries,still same problem ,empty fries 🍟 At the driveway, staff aren't paying attention when customers are placing the orders, so it comes out ,wrong orders ,then you have to wait again. Having said that,for the 1st time in years since I have found a lovely staff ,believe is called Ioana,she was so lovely and greeted us with a smile ,very polite and apologies for mistaken order. 3x is only because Ioana is a lovely ,professional lady who puts a smile on our face. Worst McDonald’s ever!!!! Staff useless, never have certain items, milkshakes, ice cream, coffee , sugar. Self service screens always malfunctioning and drive through prioritised over in restaurant customers. Food also not as well put together as other McDonald’s restaurants. Restaurant home to all down and outs, drug addicts and drunks. Do not go to McDonald’s bow!!!!!

The map showed the delivery guy didn't know where our address was. He spent time sitting in Fish island. By the time the order was delivered most of the food was cold.

very cramped and crowded due to location in busy spot in east london. food was fine and service wasfast and good. not so nice to eat at given the comings and goings being in big volume.

Terrible, hope you don't have any allergies as they never adapt the meal to what you ask. It's always cold as it takes forever to be served. There's also a car outside that's advertising to buy your car which has been there for over 4 months, either management have a second income or they just don't care

After receiving a call from the driver saying he couldn’t find me even tho I put a pin point location then having to walk and meet him to get my food all this time wasted causing my food to be cold.

Used drive through. At 9 pm it was empty. Very quick and food was especially good for a Macdonald's. Very crispy fries. Will stop again.
