Received my order with loud my drink

They have made consistent errors in orders. Employees are predominantly teenagers...

The service is very quick. The staff were great too! And the store was clean and maintained!

Russian food and rubbish service! Everything served was cold and stale!

Fast food is killing so slowly but you can't knock the service

Has recently stopped taking online orders until 11am

Was nice, friendly staff. Only 3 cubicles in the women's bathroom and 1 had no toilet roll, small so taking children in was a struggle. Tables were not cleaned to quickly but they looked under staffed. The kids tablets only had 2 working.

Most of my order was missing spending £25 for most to not arrive, no contact from courier or McDonald's when I tried to contact them

Barely spoke English and no suprise to find after leaving the drive through and on the A12 found my order was wrong. Oh and suprise suprise no receipt to complain or complete the survey

Food was good and the alterations I asked for were correctly administered (unlike the chaos that I get if I order from the “Bow Kitchen” which is always wrong). Despite an insulated bag, loads of paper bags of varying sizes the food was just warm.

Very poor delivery service. Instead of coming upstairs he left me a message saying he called and that if I didn't come downstairs he was going to leave my food in the lift porch. He was very rude

Food came and was freezing cold

Do not read instructions my meal never said cheeses on the meal i order 4 sausages egg muffins and even wrote a note saying no cheeses with any of the muffins try call the mc donals lots of times no answer my whole meal wasted as I can’t eat cheese

We did not receive our order?! It was clearly delivered to someone else or the driver couldn’t be bothered and cancelled the order.

The toilet stinks of urine. Not frequently cleaned.

Sent me carrot sticks which after I fed to my child, noticed they are out of date.

Gave me a banana milkshake instead of vanilla, not happy with the substitution, not even a freebie for the inconvenience.

Not happy at all as the driver did not deliver my food but said it had been delivered, whats the point of having a code if they can do this

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. Staff are very rude, restaurant was filthy and the food looked like it was kicked around the floor before being served.

I only ordered it because it said 10-25 minutes delivery time. food was cold and couldn't reheat as it was a burger. I ordered my meals, waited over an order and when I delivery turned up, the meals was melting, cold and dry. what a disappointment. I am sure it was because of thr month of Ramadan. I ordered twice in March and all the delivery was late or you had to wait on delivery. what a let drown. This app only gave me £4.06 after spending 18plus pounds. a slap in the face.

AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered on the McDonalds app, said food with be delivered within half an hour. 1.5 hours later and still no sign off the food. After getting through to the useless customer support, I was issued a refund. Now I have to wait up to 15 days for it. Don’t bother wasting your money, would rather throw my cash in the Thames.

Chips in the happy meal were warm but tasted absolutely vile and like they had been sat around a long time. Cheeseburger contained a tiny few miniscule pieces of onion and the whole thing looked like it had been stamped on, it was that flat and squashed. Rest of food was fine.

I ordered food last night with my last bit of money told me food would arrive at 19.10 sat there like a fool to go on app to see it stated delivered me and my children did not get our food sent about 7-10 r-mails on app and woke up next day and still no response it’s not acceptable how you can take peoples money not give them the food they ordered and completely ignore them that was my last money yesterday and I wanted to treat my girls to end up with NOTHING upset is an understatement

service was good delivery on time and driver was polite and understanding when I asked to leave out side door as I said our puppy would run out door only thing is food came cold today which it normally doesn't so had to heat it up a little ourselfs apart from that good service fast and poilet drivers.

The delivery guy spilled half of my drink on the way to delivery. I'm very disappointed. He even told that the drink is safe and not to worry about it. I have pictures of how bad it was.

Drinks emptied all over food and in delivery drivers bag. Bags tore as they were removed from delivery drivers bag. Coke all over my porch and through my house. Soaking wet food straight into the bin. Just Eat refuse to refund or acknowledge despite sending photographs at their request. SHAMEFUL.
