McDonald's in Tower Hamlets

Quarter pounder was burnt, missing cheeseburger and no sauces whatsoever. Only good thing was the delivery driver who was quite cheerful and very polite. Great driver, terrible food.

Missing the sausage and egg McMuffin, so only had hash browns, very disappointed.

All the drinks were half full the bag had spilt and was dripping on delivery plus Mc flurry’s full of soft drink and ice from drinks. Would like a refund very dissapointed

We ordered 4 sauces and they gave none and no straw for drinks.

the delivery man dropped the coke in ordered but he kindly went shop and bought me a bottle of coke thank you very much

The chips, burger and cheese dippers were stale. All cold and old. Nothing seemed fresh. I want a refund.

The chicken pattie on my Mc Spicy (franks hot sauce) burger was almost burnt and had one jalapeño on it, was rather disappointing

Delivery said it would be 15-20 mins and then changes to 26 minutes which wasn’t an issue, but then it took an additional 20 minutes because the driver went in a completely different direction to another location. He then didn’t go to the marker on the map and the food was left in the cold.

Absolutely rubbish did not receive the food

You need to go easy on the salt for the chips mine was really salty I couldn't eat the chips

Quick delivery but food was still cold

My order come cold and the burger wasn’t the right one I asked for

The sandwich seamed off I only had a couple of bites

Time said 15mins until delivery then went up to 45mins! Eventually Came the happy meal box wasn’t closed properly and all the food was freezing!! It’s only 10min drive up the road

Drink leaked and spilled everywhere made a big mess

My order never arrived after saying it was delivered

The driver gave me the bags and left quickly and when I turned the bags around was completely soaked from the drink! All the corridor of my building along with the food was dripping.

The sweet and sour dip is missing

The salad was only lettuce , no tomatoes, no onions. It’s pricey and doesn’t qualify to be called salad

My drink came leaking/ busted open. When I asked the guy about it he replied “what leak?” Then looked me in my face and said it wasn’t leaking. Then said “I think this bag is a drink” and gestured at the bag leaking cola.

Sprite leaked everywhere and he was going to give our order to different house

Was nice, friendly staff. Only 3 cubicles in the women's bathroom and 1 had no toilet roll, small so taking children in was a struggle. Tables were not cleaned to quickly but they looked under staffed. The kids tablets only had 2 working.

I ordered two fish filets meals and only one drink came with it

I left a note for restaurant saying no ice in coke and they put half a cup of ice with hardly any drink in it. almost like they did it on purpose!

Barely spoke English and no suprise to find after leaving the drive through and on the A12 found my order was wrong. Oh and suprise suprise no receipt to complain or complete the survey

Really friendly driver appreciated the call

Food was good and the alterations I asked for were correctly administered (unlike the chaos that I get if I order from the “Bow Kitchen” which is always wrong). Despite an insulated bag, loads of paper bags of varying sizes the food was just warm.

Do not read instructions my meal never said cheeses on the meal i order 4 sausages egg muffins and even wrote a note saying no cheeses with any of the muffins try call the mc donals lots of times no answer my whole meal wasted as I can’t eat cheese

We did not receive our order?! It was clearly delivered to someone else or the driver couldn’t be bothered and cancelled the order.

The toilet stinks of urine. Not frequently cleaned.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. Staff are very rude, restaurant was filthy and the food looked like it was kicked around the floor before being served.

I only ordered it because it said 10-25 minutes delivery time. food was cold and couldn't reheat as it was a burger. I couldn't track order either and Kept saying courier at the restaurant. the travel wouldn't take him 45 mins, not even if he walked.

I ordered my breakfast only for it to be ruined, because the hot chocolate in the bag was not sealed correctly. The delivery driver gave me the bag of food and it was already leaking before it reached my hands. It was leaking everywhere.
