McDonald's in Tower Hamlets

You get what you pay for.. I normally take the kids there. Cheap and makes them happy win win.

Fries quality was so bad. Burger the sauce coming out for burger before even touch. Take out they trying to give me food on hand then i had to ask for bag for carrying food.

I ordered online, and I ordered a vegetarian option, and they delivered me meat. Never got appropriate compensation

I don’t normally leave reviews but had to this time I can’t believe my order wasn’t delivered at all. I’m so upset how is that even possible when you have to give the driver a code (mine was 6031) so they know that they have the right person. I have to now go an reorder something else. That’s so not good

You know the score with the McDonald's, average food not particularly cheap but convenient when you're on the move However on which side this one is one of the best ones I've been to the food was hot and ok

Disappointing Experience Due to System Issues** I visited McDonald's today and was really disappointed. The system was down for 10 minutes, which made ordering frustrating. I understand that these things happen, but the lack of communication from the staff made it worse. We were left waiting without any updates, and it just felt chaotic. I hope they can improve their service during technical difficulties in the future.

Drink was thrown in a bag, completely no fizz at all to the Cocoa Cola and spilt everywhere all over my meal!!!!!!!!!

Absolute joke the order was never delivered!

Beware of ordering via drive thru. Always missing items in order. Won't get time to check the items properly due to vehicles behind. Missing Dippers share box which is £6.49 and when calling the store, there will be no response. This is not the 1st time and a rip off. irresponsible staff not paying attention customers item. And drive thru always busy and need to be keep moving. Take time and check all items before moving away, even queue behind. Better to avoid this restaurant. Highly disappointed.

That's always problems with delivery,mistaken orders,or empty fries,still same problem ,empty fries 🍟 At the driveway, staff aren't paying attention when customers are placing the orders, so it comes out ,wrong orders ,then you have to wait again. Having said that,for the 1st time in years since I have found a lovely staff ,believe is called Ioana,she was so lovely and greeted us with a smile ,very polite and apologies for mistaken order. 3x is only because Ioana is a lovely ,professional lady who puts a smile on our face. Delivery should be checked ✔️ before being handled out, and fries should be full, not half,

Worst McDonald’s ever!!!! Staff useless, never have certain items, milkshakes, ice cream, coffee , sugar. Self service screens always malfunctioning and drive through prioritised over in restaurant customers. Food also not as well put together as other McDonald’s restaurants. Restaurant home to all down and outs, drug addicts and drunks. Do not go to McDonald’s bow!!!!!

Ordered the food easily and received food quickly, hot and tasty!

I am no happy with my order at all I want a a refund!! My coke was not full to the top half of it was missing and my chips were not full ether and I have pictures to prove this my burger was missing and another of large chips was missing my food was cold I didn’t no enjoy . I want a refund NOW

The map showed the delivery guy didn't know where our address was. He spent time sitting in Fish island. By the time the order was delivered most of the food was cold.

He spilt the drink on all the food

very cramped and crowded due to location in busy spot in east london. food was fine and service wasfast and good. not so nice to eat at given the comings and goings being in big volume.

Terrible, hope you don't have any allergies as they never adapt the meal to what you ask. It's always cold as it takes forever to be served. There's also a car outside that's advertising to buy your car which has been there for over 4 months, either management have a second income or they just don't care

After receiving a call from the driver saying he couldn’t find me even tho I put a pin point location then having to walk and meet him to get my food all this time wasted causing my food to be cold.

Delivery was speedy and food arrived hot, almost as if I was at the restaurant! Special thanks to my delivery driver who was absolutely amazing and so so kind.

Went in and asked to use the toilet while my friends ordered, I asked if they could open the disabled toilets as I have a medical condition with my digestive system therefore making it not visible. The first guy looked at me and laughed saying "you do not have a disability" he called someone else who had a white shirt on for me to talk to who then said "how are you disabled you do not look it" I told him my condition and said not all disabilities are visible, he then told me to stop and use the normal toilets. Disgusting and outrageous behaviour from the staff, especially the manager working who just dismissed my simple request, this was on the morning of the 10th of July.

the driver has just left the food at the door and left, it was the wrong order, there were only drinks not food, which we didn't order in the first place

Not much to say, quick easy and cheap as a person who works out regularly, this is my go to local mcdonalds for a cheat meal often getting my self a mayo chicken, sweet chilli chicken warp, some nuggets and a quick little drink Cant go wrong really

Driver got lost because the map isn’t accurate despite me reporting several times. Fries were an absolute disgrace - large fries was smaller than a medium portion (not even half full) and the 2 medium fries that came with the two Big Macs were only half full. Only received 4 cheese bites when I was meant to have received 5. I gave the branch another chance and yet they never failed to disappoint again! McDonald’s Payne Road - you have lost another customer!

It's a McDonalds, you know what your getting, but it's also a very busy one, so maybe swerve it if your in a rush
