Lady who works evenings always knows I'm in a rush as catching last bus always fast very polite

Ordered takeaway from here, some of the best takeout pizzas I’ve had. The vegetarian hot one is also amazing, with it actually being spicy and soooo good. All in all, amazing food, pretty good price and I think I’ve found my new favourite pizza place!

Ice cream had melted and had been refrozen. It had gone all crunchy

Was waiting 2 hours for my food to be delivered and the driver was rude.

Good never arrived. I had to collect it and ended up paying for delievery for. Nothing!

Food took ages to come, come cold. When we ask for salt and vinegar put it on. Why say on the phone yes when clearly you don't do it

Had 2 previous lovely meals, this one was barely warm, chips were cold and not crispy at all like previous ones. Normally like their food , but this was a £12+ letdown , not happy

Concrete cake was very dry and crumbly but the doner and chips were crispy and fresh

chips weren't packed properly just thrown into a bag.

My food was over an hour late, when complained to shop they said its been delivered, when it wasn't i had proof of not delivery due to cctv outside the house. Majority of my family fell asleep while waiting for food.

3rd time but was last time , disgusting and low quality food collected grilled burger meal not properly cooked not even grilled staff tried to charged me £6 mention prices was £5 . Not only once but twice has our kids had food poisoning from your food. Sort yourselves out. Cook your food properly instead of it being watery and pink. Not very happy with you service and food.

Ordered donner and chips and got sent some beef burger with peri chicken and chicken wings Ordered the new spicy dipped burger and asked for NO mayonnaise as I deeply despise mayo and they completely ignored all notes I left and sent it with mayo.

Try putting napkins / serviettes in with your takeout food. Incase it’s not clear what that is, it’s something to wipe your hands on. Wake up, you’re serving fried chicken with nothing to clean your hands on. What the hell.

I'm a regular customer here, their pizzas are really nice and the menu is reasonably priced. They have various meal deals.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Our food arrived but missing the main meal (pizza) £11 it cost for the pizza alone and we were basically robbed of the money as we never had the pizza arrive. Even the food we had delivered was cold and chips tasted like cardboard. Poor service and we even called and they hung up on us so we had to call back and still got no where. We are usually regular customers of chicka filla but because this has happened TWICE now we won’t be ordering again and you will be reported to uber for bad service and missing items.

You forgot the chips with the 8 pc hot wings n a can of Fanta fruit twist

Honestly I came here a few times because I saw they had a lot of choices in their menu, but these past two times that I came here the quality of the place hasn't been very pleasant and neither the food. I had my order mixed up two times and the workers were just Straight up rude to me shouting at me for no reason while asking what I wanted thus is because I wasn't comunicating well with his teamate but I was trying to be as calm as possible to get my order right. I waited almost an hour while they did 10 plus orders. And after eating the food I just felt very sick and bloated. Also the hygene of this place is just very rancid and they barely clean the tables let alone the bin doors.

Standards have really dropped and the taste of the food is really bad. My order got mixed up I had chips in my wrap and asked for six wings but end up getting 2 piece chicken and chips and got charged £4 extra for 1/4 of peri chicken single. The lady can't communicate in English and continuosly denied charging me more . I was a regular customer but not anymore that's for sure . DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

The food actually has potential to be nice. The fillets for the burgers are too thing double them up thickness Fries should be fresh to order Front of house staff should not be on the phone Clean the shop regularly If you change your ways you could actually make double. If not youll be closed in a few years

Although the wrong order was sent, it was sorted very quickly. We have been a customer here for a long time and they have never failed us. Although tonight the wrong pizza was sent. However they were quick to sort this out and send a replacement. Never had a bad order from here. Always hot, tasty and provide excellent customer service.

Food was cold when it arrived and wrong pizza

Unfortunately I think our mozzarella sticks and hash browns were forgotten about in the deep fryer as they were cremated and rock hard

I will never order again. Really disappointed.

We had pizza family meal, chicken burger, nuggets and peri peri wrap and burger and everything was hot and tasted very nice. delivered slightly early too.

Customers were cleaning the tables because they were filthy. Staff were rude. Food was cold, we weren’t the only ones that complained. They put it into the microwave for so long it was way too hot to eat ( this was a burger that had lettuce on which was also microwaved to within an inch of its life) Would most definitely not recommend

If I could give less than one star I would after waiting 10 minutes or more and seeing several customers complain about cold and uncooked food I saw my order being passed around from staff member to staff member I promptly cancelled the order and demanded a refund the place is un hygienic and should be closed down I will report them to Dudley council Monday morning it’s extremely disgusting

my family went here on saturday, after having a look around the town. firstly “the cheeseburger” was lamb. and the food was disgusting, the place was disgusting. my whole family felt unwell, after 10 minutes of eating it. all with stomach problems. we might all have food poisoning. don’t ever go here. it’s awful. i hope the place shuts down.

This review is actually for today's order. My daughter notices the delivery drivers passenger eating and we thought nothing about it however when we unboxed our food we were missing a whole chip packet ! Disgraceful ! Bet she ate it 🐷 I even have evidence . This meal originally comes with 4 chips packet but we only got 3. Horrible lady she should get fired !
