Tasty food as always and delivered on time

was told be here at 7pm came at 730 pm I ordered food at 6pm won't be ordering again

Food was 10/10 crispy chicken, crispy fries, 😋

I really wanted to try their spicy dipped burger... the flavours were unique and quite pleasant, but the food, including the fries, were only like warm. If the food was served hot, I would have given chicka filla a 5 star. The service was very good - friendly and helpful staff; though the atmosphere was a little "gloomy". It's definitely worth a try... but maybe if you decide to pop along, demand that the food be hot... lol. Anyway, this is my honest review and I hope you found it helpful.

Only thing i wasnt happy with was that the driver wudnt come up the few small sets of steps to my door as live in small flats. He said the drivers never do, you have to come down and collect thel food. drivers have before as i am regular customer.

One of my fav places to order, nice big portions, obsessed with the fully loaded fries !! 👍

So I say to them no lettuce on the burger burger proceeds to taste like pure rubber then I had some wings me and all my friends got the shits will never eat here again food wasn’t even nice food wasn’t worth the afterwards risk and the prices are horrible please just go to uks much cheaper better quality and you won’t be food poisoned!!!!!!!!!!🤢 🤮

chicken was way over cooked couldn't eat it was so hard to chew yet mushy on the inside wouldn't recommend this place

normally deliveries are well within the estimated delivery times but order was 20 min late and missing the drink from meal deal.

food from here is great. their hot wings are amazing. kebabs are different meat texture from normal chip shops BUT IN A GOOD WAY. feels more actual meat content. i like their chicken supreme burger with cheese and Hash brown. would recommend that.

to say how late we ordered it I was pleasantly surprised how hot & fresh the food was. really good value for money aswell. thumbs up from us all 👍

food was late, called the restaurant and he said there was technical issue on there end and the order had just left the restaurant. 30 secs later the food arrived which was 30 minutes late and cold. Don't appreciate being lied to.

After using this place for years, last couple orders have been bad. ordered the peri peri chicken strips salad, there was no chicken just a box of salad. ordered concrete cake and they sent chocolate fudge cake. not good.

Pizza was all over the place it was like someome threw it was very unhappy

Amazing food. The ladies at front offered a free cone icecream which tasted absolutely delicious. The wings are 10/10. Been coming here for almost 5 Years now and everytime it tastes better then last time.

Excellent food, piping hot. Quick delivery around 30 mins from order to door. Delicious chicken fillet dipped burger, spicy wings. Will use these guys again.

WORST ORDER! Food was COLD! BUNS WERE FROZEN. Chicken was alright. CHIPS WERE MISSING! EXTRA WINGS WERE MISSING. Absolutely disappointing. Might have to change the go to takeaway shop. Utterly disgraceful

The mix meat & chips was dry because no sauce or salad + the chicken wings were not fresh & they were dry. Never had any issues but tonight i was dissapointed.

As we where eating loaded fries we discovered there where two thick black hairs in our food. And resulting is in us being sick. Do not recommend!!

Ordered takeaway from here, some of the best takeout pizzas I’ve had. The vegetarian hot one is also amazing, with it actually being spicy and soooo good. All in all, amazing food, pretty good price and I think I’ve found my new favourite pizza place!

3rd time but was last time , disgusting and low quality food collected grilled burger meal not properly cooked not even grilled staff tried to charged me £6 mention prices was £5 . Not only once but twice has our kids had food poisoning from your food. Sort yourselves out. Cook your food properly instead of it being watery and pink. Not very happy with you service and food.

Ordered donner and chips and got sent some beef burger with peri chicken and chicken wings Ordered the new spicy dipped burger and asked for NO mayonnaise as I deeply despise mayo and they completely ignored all notes I left and sent it with mayo.

Try putting napkins / serviettes in with your takeout food. Incase it’s not clear what that is, it’s something to wipe your hands on. Wake up, you’re serving fried chicken with nothing to clean your hands on. What the hell.

I'm a regular customer here, their pizzas are really nice and the menu is reasonably priced. They have various meal deals.

Love chicka filla, my favourite place when you have people who want different things.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Our food arrived but missing the main meal (pizza) £11 it cost for the pizza alone and we were basically robbed of the money as we never had the pizza arrive. Even the food we had delivered was cold and chips tasted like cardboard. Poor service and we even called and they hung up on us so we had to call back and still got no where. We are usually regular customers of chicka filla but because this has happened TWICE now we won’t be ordering again and you will be reported to uber for bad service and missing items.

You forgot the chips with the 8 pc hot wings n a can of Fanta fruit twist

Honestly I came here a few times because I saw they had a lot of choices in their menu, but these past two times that I came here the quality of the place hasn't been very pleasant and neither the food. I had my order mixed up two times and the workers were just Straight up rude to me shouting at me for no reason while asking what I wanted thus is because I wasn't comunicating well with his teamate but I was trying to be as calm as possible to get my order right. I waited almost an hour while they did 10 plus orders. And after eating the food I just felt very sick and bloated. Also the hygene of this place is just very rancid and they barely clean the tables let alone the bin doors.

The fillets for the burgers are too thing double them up thickness Fries should be fresh to order Front of house staff should not be on the phone Clean the shop regularly If you change your ways you could actually make double. If not youll be closed in a few years

Standards have really dropped and the taste of the food is really bad. My order got mixed up I had chips in my wrap and asked for six wings but end up getting 2 piece chicken and chips and got charged £4 extra for 1/4 of peri chicken single. The lady can't communicate in English and continuosly denied charging me more . I was a regular customer but not anymore that's for sure . DONT RECOMMEND!!!!
