Chick-o-land in Wiltshire

The sop was closing as I placed my order because of a mistake on just eats hours and the manager cooked the food him self after hours and delivered straight to my gold star service. The food was delicious and cooked well and their cake is amazing

The food tasted as good as normal however I ordered and paid for a 1/2LB MUSHROOM BURGER and only received a 1/4LB burger.

Seafood pizza base completely soggy. Cardboard box base so soggy it was disingrarting whilst eating. Couldn't eat it in the end & only ate the topping

Food was 45m late after spending £35 I would’ve thought they would atleast delivered on time Best thing about it was the coke. Food had sweated in their boxes and spoiled. Deffo won’t be ordering again. I binned majority.

The Food was actually vile, the doner meat was dry and the chicken wings had pretty much no meat to it.

The chicken wrap was nice despite falling apart as I opened it, the chips were cold and soggy, and the fried chicken was hard and also cold, not what I expect for £13 of food, if you’re looking for chicken in melksham chicken hut is the place to go, got the two mixed up and ordered here by accident

Not good at all everything over cooked did not taste very good at all definitely will NOT be getting again and definitely not worth over £30 not a happy customer.

Lots of blood in the chicken, Indicates poor treatment before slaughter. All fried food was soggy and soft. No crunch to it. And very late with a surely delivery man.

Shocking food. Dry crusty donner meat and small portion, dry old fried chicken, spicy chicken wings with no spice and nearly no meat. Even the 1.5l of coke was only a 1.25l coke. The only thing we are in the end was the garlic pizza bread. 30quid for garlic bread and coke basically. Absolutely shocking!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I am making a review about service from you. Always when I did a order, something gone wrong. Even the food didn't come on time; even something is missing but always when I make a order I specify that I order for more that one person and considering this, never is writed on the box what's the content. The only reason that I carried on to make orders is because food is quite tasty. Sorry to say that I am very disappointed and I am thinking to give up on making any other order.

Phoned twice to be told it had left and was on its way; we ordered at 6.20 and it arrived at 8.10! Food was cold and tasteless, chicken was dry

had made a note to put sauce on my chips which there was none at all, completely bland. chicken was vile, I’ve had chicken pieces in the past which had no bones in and were appetising, these on the other hand were absolutely disgusting, only thing I had enjoyed was my can of rio

all of the food tasted/looked microwaved. it was all soggy, wet and mushy. nuggets were horrific. burgers were pink inside, the buns moist and soggy. chips inedible. spent just under £30 and could only really eat the pizza. bought from here before and it’s been okay, but tonight was just ridiculous. disappointed.

Got the order wrong and replaced a super burger with popcorn chicken

Food was good, had boss man deliver the order himself on which he provided good customer Interaction. Followed allergy request which is great as some places have ignored them before. Only downside was the pot of chilli sauce, just wasn't chilli sauce in our opinion apart from that great service, keep it up👍

Really annoying - this order went through to the wrong Chick-O-Land they knew it was wrong 'cos they called me and then insisted on cooking it and delaying it 45 mins, when they could have let our local Chick-O-Land cook it, just money grabbing! NOT HAPPY

Quality of all parts of the food order was poor at best. The chicken was old and tough. Granted I did order late but that's no excuse for poor quality food. I will definitely not use this restaurant again

The worst takeaway i have ever had the displeasure of recieving in my life. Food completely cold and wrong items delivered also after waiting an hour for delivery. Phoned store instantly to demand a full refund but the store would not answer. I Will never order from any Chick - O - Land ever again and await a response regarding my refund.

was half hour late, chips were dry and just horrible, salad was soggy. worst chilly sauce I've ever had in my life and was soaked in it! kids didn't like the chicken nuggets or popcorn chicken. had to spend £25 for delivery then charged £3 for delivery and 50p service charge! NEVER AGAIN...

The margherita pizza had hardly any tomato puree on it, more or less just cheese on pizza base. Was told an hour if we wanted another sent.

lovely pizza, plenty of cheese but sadly not very hot should be transported in something to keep it hot.

Food was disgusting. Opened bags to find everything was wet. Dripping. Grease had soaked through paper bags they wrap it in and we opened the wet cardboard boxes to find the food itself was horrible. The wings were disgusting, tge chicken wrap was disgusting, it was so wet the purple cabbage had stained the paper wrapper it was it. We immidiatly rang the resteurant to complain and was told there was nothing they could do and woupd have to wait a month for a refund.

Forgot to deliver the Pizza, so we ended up eating in two sittings! The burger lacked the requested salad. Disappointing for a cheeky take out at the start of the week!

Food was very good - chicken and chips could have been a little crispier. Pizza was great - had a good base and great BBQ sauce. Garlic dip was good. Kebab was nice. Price was good - would order from again. Only problem was the driver had a problem finding us but that's not new for where we live.

Wouldn't order again, there was hardly any chicken on the southern fried chicken mostly just bone, it was dry and not juicy and was warm not hot. The cheesy chips were not hot, it's like the food had been sat around for a while, not worth the money.

It was a great meal very fresh.

Ok so delivery was only 5 minutes over the time but the Chicken wings were very dry and certainly not the Hot Wings I had ordered, they tasted plain and ordinary. Certainly won't be ordering again!

The food was half an hour late from the time I was told it would be delivered, when it arrived the food was lukewarm and the chips were soggy from condensation. Very expensive meal considering most of it ended up in the bin. Have eaten from here before, but won't again.

For the first time in 3 years we were not 100% happy with the meal. The fries were overcooked and approximately 30% had to thrown away as they wer to hard to eat. Otherwise the meal was ok but ruined by the fries. Sorry.

I paid for Donner meat as an added extra to the pizza and it came without. The chips were soggy and Cold I also ordered a chicken kebab and got a lamb kebab instead. By the time I'd have called to complain I'd have had to of waited for another delivery. I won't be ordering from here again.

My food was delivered stone cold and chips were chewy. I contacted them to complain and was offered a free can of drink. They could have at least gave my money back.

The burger was okay... The fries, were like cardboard. The fried chicken, was dry, to the point it needed plenty of liquid to swallow... Now the wings, that's a different story because nowhere on the Just Eat info page for this takeaway, does it say "HALAL". I cannot eat Halal chicken, because it disagrees with me. Which I only found out after biting into them (that reddish pink on the meat is the sign) and a day later, I'm still feeling the effects. 😞

The chips tasted like they had been cooked an hour before as they were so dry. As soon as you ate one and went to swollow it it stayed in the back of your throught. The chicken wings were dry. And there was more salad in the wrap then there was anything else.

Delivery speed was good but the food quality was awful. Ham tasted disgusting and the donner meat was terrible. Chicken very dry also.

Chicken was bone dry, the milkshake was a yazoo which i paid £1.50 for, the child were green and soggy, also cold. Would not order again, was disappointed, all the chips went in the bin!

Stood outside from 10mins before scheduled delivery time, for a total of half an hour, when I then called I was told that the doorbell didn't work. My order was finally delivered well over an hour after the order was placed. Ironically, I chose the takeaway I was getting, not based on food, but delivery time, because I wanted something quickly. The food itself was fine. The only thing I can't say for sure was if delivery had been attempted only 20mins after placing the order, but I can't see that's possible when you'd wait 20mins for it to be made, let alone delivered.

Food was cold when arrived and was not enjoyable the fact we had to reheat everything that we ordered. Ordered a takeaway for my boyfriends birthday but how it came he wasn't very happy about it, so bad start to his birthday!! Driver was apologetic but not satisfied at all. Very disappointed. Feeling it was a waste of money. I would like a refund but don't think I'd get that. Sorry, just don't think I'd order again.

The chicken kebab looked and tasted nothing like a Normal chicken kebab that we were expecting.

Didn't read order properly got wrong drinks and onion which I specifically said I didn't want. Wraps weren't warmed well and were doughy and the chips could have done with longer! Food on Saturdays not great
