I paid £18 for 2 MEALS a meal normally comes with a drink I got a 6 nuggets chips a double chicken burger and very little chips no drinks and I had to ring the shop as the status was telling me it was delivered the man I spoken to said 2mins it came

Food was 20 mins late and it was really cold

use to be good here but now guy not polite on phone don't even offer delivery

Best tasting chicken. Customer service was brilliant. Worth coming to this shop.

Do not order from this place unless you want FOOD POISONING, my dad ordered from here Friday night and was throwing up & on Saturday night my step mum was throwing up and now today my sister is throwing up and is in and out of sleep. Absolutely disgusting. Should be ashamed🤮🤮🤮will NOT be ordering again!!!!!!!

I honestly have no idea how these guys are so highly rated, the chicken fillet burger was small, the batter was soggy and flavourless, the chicken wrap was…awful, the tortilla they used was stale and I’m not exaggerating when I say this, there was hardly any chicken in the actual wrap. cheese burger was bog standard but they didn’t even melt the cheese slice, only decent thing was the fries, crispy and seasoned well with red salt, overall I won’t be coming back, sorry guys.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers and never got one of them they told me that they wouldn’t come back as there there “not gonna keep coming back” cleary just lazy would never order again the food was greasy and not nice atall DOMT ORDER FROM HERE for ur own good

Ordered from here and got 2 beef burgers and chicken strips and it added up to £15 and then the order came missing 1 burger which was for my sister and i phoned up and they kept on answering then hanging up and when i eventually got through i said i have got the cash here i will happily pay (because all i wanted was for my sister to have her meal)and they said they wasn’t going to come back… i thought the burger was ok but it would’ve been nice IF I GOT BOTH BURGERS…it’s a FASS

Buns were stale chicken was like it had been sat there all day, restaurant wasnt bothered in the slightest just got tild some people cook different shame really used to eat here years ago and it used to be one of the best but not even close now

Walked in with a works order on 1/07/22 at just before 5 ....guy was on his phone in the back talking in a foreign language Waited about 3 minutes and he never came to serve so walked out and want to Biggies over the road. Their gain as the order was just under £40

The chicken was okay could have been better though, it tasted bland needed a bit more seasoning and the wings were dry. The chips were nice and hot.

My order was never on its way and then was marked as delivered when it hadn’t even came

Put up their prices and give you smaller portions not value for money anymore

The burger buns had clearly not been warmed up, they were cold. The chicken was of bad quality, it wasn’t soft and tender it was chewy. They didn’t add my garlic Mayo & it was supposed to be spicy but it wasn’t at all. The chips were okay and the spicy wings were delicious. Won’t be ordering online from here again but if I’m local I would defo stop for the wings

My son orders regular, til they phoned me, and said the delivery charge was £2.50, and in less than a wk, it's gone up to a £5, it's absolutely ridiculous, and will lose a lot of customers, plus some of the drivers are useless

First lot of food was cold as had a lot of trouble with delivery rang up they dropped more food off and took the first cold lot away and forgot a can of Pepsi but when we got it second time it was hot and tasted alight

Really tasty chick-inn! On time and still hot. Perfect crispy chicken skin with amazing flavor. Fries very nice, chicken sauce (gravy) was very nice. Very nice milkshakes. Will be ordering again!

Food great quality, driver polite and friendly even though our house is a bit hard to find. We've had some drivers from other places be a bit ratty when they've phoned to find us but not this one.

Good food but missing one portion of chips

Everything was hot and fresh when it arrived. 'Chicken sauce' very nice. Excellent customer service, very polite and well mannered. Lovely, hot and fresh chips with nice red salt. All salad fresh too. Only thing I would say is maybe add a little more flavour to the chicken strips but can't really complain as most places are too salty.

they charge you 50P for paying by card which is been illegal since 2018..even after pointing it out to them they were still asking for the extra charge or cancelling the order!!

The food was 25 mins late. I rang the take away and they didn't know where the delivery driver was but said he was on the way. The food turned up 5 mins later. The driver wasn't great at communicating where he was. Rather than coming to the door of the block I had to go to him. The food was a little cold so needed reheating. The chips were nice, as were the burgers (a chicken and a beef). The chicken wings were tasty. The fried chicken.was really soggy though. Not crispy at all. That was majorly disappointing. Also the gravy was absolutely vile. It was grey/beige, jelly like and just tasted like cornflour.
