Nasty disgusting food , bangtan korean chicken GHOST KITCHEN DO NOT ORDER. Nasty wings stink of off meat, burgers are dry and tasteless , only good thing is the chips and gotta be abit special to mess them up. £17 for a meal and it literally makes me want to gag. Ordered with a group of people who all got diffrent flavours and e wry meal was DISGUSTING. Tried to get a refund but it says content not available.

The food was absolutely perfect the wings were juicy and succulent the burger was good and delicious to eat the chips were very nice and crunchy and the delivery driver was nice and polite so I recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy there food this place is really good

Food was okay,had to wait 45 minutes just for 8 wings because the guy FORGOT and the had to ask me for what I ordered again.The light broke before I even got my food 😭.Wasnt offered any compensation after waiting so long,not even a discount or my money back.Very disappointing.

Tried to scam me through my Uber Eats order by telling me I’ve only ordered 1 meal and 2 burgers alone. The delivery driver came to me to explain what the kitchen had told them which made no sense. I checked my receipt and called up the shop to see what was going on as I had clearly paid for my 3 burger meals which are 7.99 each. The guy on the phone was so unprofessional and not helpful at all. He told me it should say on my hard copy receipt what I had ordered but the delivery driver took it with him so I only had the digital copy from the app. Very confused as to why the delivery driver took the receipt back with him too. He would not let me get a word in when I explained to him that he had got it wrong on his end. I have attached the receipt to show that I HAD ordered 3 meals and NOT 1. I have ordered from this place multiple times in the same way but apparently I was wrong. So disappointed.

Burger was absolutely slathered in mayo and salad to the point the bun had gone horribly soggy, everything else was fine, easy on the mayo/salad please!

your staff are so rude and they are impolite they also dont care about your business as they ask your customers to leave the resturant and buy from somewhere else .. all this happened when I asked for Halal certificate to approve it's halal. I have the right to ask for Halal certificate and it must be displayed as government obligation requirements. btw, I know more than 15 person eating from this restaurant and I'm pretty sure they will leave it if you don't display Halal certificate.

I used to buy from this restaurant but I literally shocked when someone told me its not Halal anymore

Beans cold. Wrap was very hard, not fresh. Shwarma was hard and chewy not fresh. Poor food this time, seems to have all been reheated old goods. Have ordered once before and it was good hence why I ordered again but live to regret it.

chips on both meals were cold and unpalatable. the chicken was lukewarm and not crispy. the rice bowl was the only decent thing in the whole order.

I ordered 2 extra chicken pieces only got 1 but other than that everything was perfect

Delivery was good and on point but Food was terrible, Undercooked Chips overcooked popcorn chicken and the spices on the chicken were bad. couldn't get past a few bites of sampling. if your expecting anything like kfc you'll be disappointed

Amazing and tasty freshly fried chicken visiting Ipswich for a training course and was after halal fried chicken came across Chick Fried I’m glad I did i recommend to visit if you’re after good food and service.

I recently moved here from Birmingham and was on the lookout for a burger that reminded me of home. This place did that for me - the chicken fillet burger was so soft, alongside the wings and mozzarella sticks I ordered. All very tasty and cooked to perfection. Only slight downside was that the chips portion was a bit small, but honestly so tasty and would highly recommend!

What a shame a box of chips sold to my son for £3.50. So expensive should avoid

The highlight of the meal was the chips , the original recipie chicken was overly greasy not drained enough , chicken strips tasted mostly like cumin and the hot wings could have been hotter however the texture was great on the wings and strips

They sent me a fillet burger covered in burger sauce and chilli sauce , no option on fillet box to select salad or sauce assumed it would come with lettuce mayo not covered in chilli sauce as i don’t eat it, sent full fat coke when asked for diet so can’t drink as i’m diabetic - chicken was dry, first time ordering , only good thing was it was delivered on time. disappointed.

Food was tasty, good quality food but not very warm as the delivery was quite late but was expected with it being a new restaurant ect. Will try again as the foods decent and hope for quicker delivery.

Ordered 2 piece chicken and chips in-store to takeaway. When I got home and opened my box the chips was very small, idk if that’s there portion size although the chicken is very tasty but they gave me a chicken that was just bone couldn’t enjoy the food well.

Only place I order from now . Nice food , great portions and really reasonably priced especially with their 20 percent online discount . Never had a bad experience and alway quickly delivered and hot ! Delivery drivers always polite

Ordered a chicken burger meal and the chicken burger was raw and had pink in the middle, didn’t realise until I ate half the burger, now have food poisoning from it.

Lovely food as always but if you order anything other than a meal any extras they are always forgotten. This has happened multiple times to me. So make sure you check your orders before leaving.

Wonderful food cooked really nicely. Priced well and get value for money. Staff are polite, friendly and appreciative which has become a rare thing in many places nowadays. You can eat in, yes space is somewhat limited to do so but they use the space well and can't exactly knock a business for the fact they can't expand the walls to accommodate. Polite and thankful to customers as you have finished eating and leave. Would highly recommend them and thankyou for today

Why have I never left a review? Chick Fried has hands down the best chicken strips in all of Ipswich. Their normal fried chicken is good too, but try the strips. They're absolutely banging and your tastebuds will thank you. They're fresh, handmade in store. None of that shipped in frozen pre-breaded strip nonsense. Real chicken with real flavour. They're a bit zingy so maybe not for the truly spice intolerant, but otherwise? Give them a try.

I orded the wrap meal for 5.49 (including chips and drink) which was I was worried waiting for quite long, but it turns out the chicken came crispy and juicy , chips came fresh (average portion) with a cold refreshing drink and it filled me up perfectly and the staff were nice as well and respectful.The place was very clean as well and that's why I gave it a 4.5 to 5 stars.
