KFC Ipswich - Felixstowe Road in Ipswich

Food was bang on as usual. The security of the food, all that tape, is useless when the driver just rips open the bag and takes items. What a let down.

Some bits of food arrived cold

obviously food was good, it's KFC.. but the service my gAWWD it's bad. the delivery time just kept getting made later (which also means you can't cancel), you cant contact anyone at the resturant to find out whats going on. I can only assume they have no managers or supervisors actually monitoring shift?

The portion size of chips was small, too much salad dressing was put on a salad box it was saturated. And the food was lukewarm warm.

My order never arrived. Contacted the restaurant and it was confirmed to me, the driver had stolen my order. I waited almost 2 hours to be told this. Currently waiting to a response from yourselves for a full refund. Will never use just-eat again!

Food was delivered on time, packaged well, all hot and fresh. Best KFC I’ve had in Ipswich area.

Chips were barely warm and soggy, fillet burgers overcooked and dry - 4 pcs chicken ere all drumsticks no thigh, were at least not dry but in the whole disappointing

Awful experience! The app clearly had a malfunction and selected a random location of the town, when I entered entrance 7 of Ipswich Hospital. When the driver rang me he was EXTREMELY rude and said it’s not his problem and hung up. He kept telling me that I did not understand, when he could not speak English.

Just got food from here. Had to wait 30 minutes but that’s standard for KFC. The girl behind the till had us say the order twice and kept messing it up like she knew nothing about the basic menu. The drink was the wrong one and 2 things we asked for was missing from the receipt but by the time we noticed we had already waited long enough. One of the drinks we paid for we never got but at that point just wanted to leave. The best part was whilst waiting for the food in the car FOUR of the workers were said on the floor outside stroking and picking up a stray cat ( very sanitary ) if you want clean food don’t come to this one.

The worst KFC I've ever been to I waited 40 mins for food and the attitude from some of the staff was a joke , they prioritise delivery pickups over customers in house consistently Hope they can improve this system

had left over tiny pieces of chicken which were dry and mostly bone. poor. however the fresh fries were nice

Quality food and friendly driver

Firstly I ordered gravy with my meal and I got coleslaw instead which I would never order as I don’t like it. Secondly, the actual pieces of chicken were tiny. For a mighty bucket for one, it was less than described. Overall the meal was cold, fries were like eating pulp. I’m used to better from KFC but I wasted my money this time.

Dreadful service half my order wasn’t there no receipt couldn’t eat the chicken as it was dry and I had not received gravy £55 spent I will not be ordering from just eat again as this happens a lot of the time

My order never even turned up, it said corrior at the restaurant at 6:20 was still at like that at 20:15 just checked the app and it’s come up that my food got delivered at 19:40 when it did not. No option or anything for a refund

The delivery driver was extremely rude. I ordered on the app to my work address . For some reason it ordered to my home Address. I explained to him that I couldn’t pick it up as I was at work (which is just down the road) could he come drop it off to me? He then said not my problem and left it at my door. I want a refund as I’m not even sure that it’s at my house or if he drove off with my food

Took forever for a driver to be found. Fries were inedible, overly salty. Can missing from meal. Rice box drenched in sauce making the chicken soggy, and only salad leaves and sweetcorn for a dressing. Won't be ordering again.

ordered from this kfc many times over the years but today alot of the chicken had really over crispy skin it literally snapped!

we got a great order, however it wasn't what we ordered. we ordered a salad box and chips and received a boneless dipper box with 4x chips 4x dips and large 7up. when we contacted the restaurant they just said complaint to just eat. feel sorry for whoever got our order.

Arrived at 1045pm for the girl behind counter say I've just sold the last chicken didn't offer any to be cooked either winter be using that place again!!!!

Have just ordered via Just Eat, we ordered 3 meals and a popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken, a corn on the cob, a drink and a dip were all missing. The bag was sealed so the meal was not loaded correctly. Tried calling the store, no answer

Walked into this little hidden kfc . Blink and you may miss it. A small kfc takeaway with friendly staff who are amazing. They were just easy to talk to and helped if you needed it.
