Took forever for a driver to be found. Fries were inedible, overly salty. Can missing from meal. Rice box drenched in sauce making the chicken soggy, and only salad leaves and sweetcorn for a dressing. Won't be ordering again.

ordered from this kfc many times over the years but today alot of the chicken had really over crispy skin it literally snapped!

Food wasn’t nice horrible bits of chicken and over cooked not nice

i had 3 items missing from my order they were the popcorn chicken and 2 large beans.

Run by teenagers no customer service skills rude several of us waited for 25 mins or more

all the food was cold the chicken in the fillet burgers were hard and chewy the pieces of chicken was so small it was mostly bone definitely not worth the money anymore

This order took 2 hours to get to me. I tried to cancel it as time kept getting longer and longer it would not let me. Now my, food is here it is cold the guy jus handed me the food and not out of a bag to keep it warm nothing

we got a great order, however it wasn't what we ordered. we ordered a salad box and chips and received a boneless dipper box with 4x chips 4x dips and large 7up. when we contacted the restaurant they just said complaint to just eat. feel sorry for whoever got our order.

Have just ordered via Just Eat, we ordered 3 meals and a popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken, a corn on the cob, a drink and a dip were all missing. The bag was sealed so the meal was not loaded correctly. Tried calling the store, no answer

Walked into this little hidden kfc . Blink and you may miss it. A small kfc takeaway with friendly staff who are amazing. They were just easy to talk to and helped if you needed it. watched delivery parked at a shopping centre for over 10 minutes. Order in self was cold and item missing from order. NOT IMPRESSED

We haven't received our KFC delivery in Ipswich for the second time. The driver didn't even call or knock. I sat on my doorstep to make sure I would hear the driver when they arrived, but it turns out I am waiting for nothing.

4 piece Meal. Order 2039 6pm ish 01/05. No white meat, all dark, odd taste. Service was ok when the lady came off her break, but the lads making up orders ignored customers waiting to order….all in all a poor show from from one of the longest standing takeaways in Ipswich. Won’t go back again.

Very slow at processing your orders

No gravy and wrong sauce. About 4 chips! And 1 piece of chicken was basically just all bone! burger was lovely tho

From the original time which was between 6:50-7:10 we did not receive food until 7:58. There was no update either. The food also came poorly packaged and was extremely cold. Not happy at all. I’d like to be compensated for such poor service.

The food never turned up! We call the restaurant they said just eat had taken it but it had never been delivered to the address!

Sigh. This KFC was peculiar some very odd characters entered KFC whilst I was receiving sub par service from Tanya. The service was slow, minimal chips served, and everything was thrown into one bag with no thought. Do not visit this KFC if you want a decent meal visit another restaurant, Tanya (the employee serving at the till) was unhygienic, slow & should give up on customer service. Awful experience, and I will never return and I will make sure the football academy community are aware of this disgraceful service and encourage them not to visit this restaurant. Nandos & Burger King are literally 2 mins up the road. Awful.

Told we had to wait 15 mins before we could order food and some customers had been waiting 20 mins after ordering Saturday night 6pm Manager waste of space service the worst I have ever seen walked out and got fish and chips People were extremely angry about on line orders still being taken when we couldn’t order in the store Won’t be back !!!!!!!!!

Awful. I can so be sympathetic how they’re busy, but to wait 20 minutes to order, to then wait 25 minutes for food and to watch people who’s waited 10 minutes get their food before us while our food sat there not being bagged was ridiculous. Asked for a refund. Not even an apology

The chicken in the burgers were too dry to eat without me putting on loads of mayonnaise. I also looked in the buns. The lettuce was limp and the mayonnaise was hardly visible. Yuvk

Not a fan of "signature fries". Much prefer plain as you have enough flavour from KFC original coated chicken pieces (which are getting smaller and smaller). Unnecessary salt addition, should be able to swap out to alternative.
