Full of deliveroo etc drivers waving their phones at staff and pushing. Very slow service. Staff polite 😁

Horrible, disgusting. Just ordered Boneless Feast meal. After got back back home which was 5mins food was cold and half way cooked. 1 of the 4 beans was missing and one of the fries as well. Also they didn't put in all 3 sauces which supposed to be included with the meal. Blonde girl on the till was on her phone so her job was definitely been on the second plant. From this point I swear I will never go to any KFC again as this not first time. Multibillion company and service is so bad everywhere. Even then I will always talk people out of going into KFC.

I went to order some lovely chicken, sadly it was vile,,dried out ,spice burnt, chicken slimey,,, never again

I am not happy as I only received part of my order. The bottle of Pepsi Max 1.5 L that comes with the box meal was not in the bag. I also ordered a bottle of Orange Tango, that I received. I must also say that the bag the food/ order came in had a hole in the side - the bag is sealed - the hole is big enough to take out a bottle. I know I not be the only one but it’s not good these delivery persons are helping themselves with our orders. I know we can get a refund but it’s not good for business.

Was delivered cold chicken and cold chip surprised as we live five minutes away

Quick service friendly staff always!

Arrived in good time and was still nice and warm. It was missing 2 portions of fries, which I did not notice until the courier had left.

your maps are rubbish.i was waiting in the exact same location as your driver, however your app map made it look like he was over 1 Street away. we both stood waiting for 10mins when if the map was correct he could have delivered immediately.

I haven't received my order. placed the order around 7.03pm, and have been checking app since then , now it's showing order delivered. When I called KFC the staff said it's been delivered,but I haven't received the food. I am unable to call just eat customer care. I NEED REFUND

Rude driver gave me hes phone to put code in then passed me my food and walked off . No thankyou or anything. If he can't speak English then he shouldn't be working its very rude not to speak to a customer and why should i do hes job for him sorry

I like their food but the floor is quite dirty sometimes. It is a busy shop so the waiting time is a bit long if you order from the cashier. I suggest ordering from the app and picking it up afterwards.

I ordered a meal deal 2 fillet burgers and 2 chips twice but only received 1 tried ringing kfc but didnt answer the phone i feel this aint exceptable as the staff should have realised that 1 meal deal dont cost 20 pounds

I decided to order my family a KFC as a treat before the kids went back to school after the Christmas holidays. I placed the order online and it was delivered via an Uber driver. However, the order was missing two cans of drink and a 1.5ltr bottle of 7up. Not only that, my youngest son's meal was totally missing. Needless to say the poor little boy was disappointed and we ended up having to divvy up the remaining meals in order to feed him something. As soon as we noticed the errors with our order, the Uber driver was nowhere to be seen, nor was he contactable in any way, despite me sending several messages and calling him. I then tried calling the local KFC where the order was placed. I rang them on more than five occasions and nobody picked the phone up once. I then decided to contact KFC via Instagram and once again, totally ghosted and no reply. As a last resort and at my wits end I decided to attempt to contact KFC via their contact form. Having filled out the form twice and attaching the online order details as an attachment, the form does not actually submit and the complaint never actually goes through. I just found the whole thing a total shambles. I understand that mistakes are made, but I couldn't resolve the issue and get the missing meal and drinks sent out on the same evening as I couldn't get through to anyone. I would've been happy with this as a resolution, but I'm frustrated that I can't get through to anyone. Having been a customer for over 25 years I've had enough problems with KFC that I have finally given up using them. Avoid. I'll know better next time and go somewhere else, and for less money too --------------------- Update - if you had read my review properly you would see that I tried calling several times, how will calling again help when no one picks up the phone? It's just a copy and paste reply

Not happy at all, I ordered my children 2 kids meals, not only did the ETA keep changing but it said the courier was at the restaurant for like 40 minutes. I phoned the store to ask what was going on and the guy told me that they had handed it over to a driver who then bought it back in and drove off. So my food was essentially sat there until they found another driver which never happened. I couldn’t even get to the store myself as I have sprained my ankle and can’t drive. Shocking.

The order was over 2 hours to be delivered and in that time I contacted both the restaurant and just eat , the lady at the restaurant was really helpful and told me the meal had been taken from the restaurant and it had been “stolen “ so to contact just eat for a refund which I did ….i received a generic reply and I’m still waiting for an outcome ….. mean while our meal turned up very late and cold , not a good experience I’m afraid 😖

Absolute shambles this is now the 2nd time that I've had issues in regards to using kfc Felixstowe Road through just eat. Ordered Sunday 8th December turned up only to receive someone else's order and only an hour ago made another order thinking the first time was just by accident only to have a unopened bag with an item missing which was a twister wrap . Don't ever order from here again I don't ever recommend it you will end up with either someone else's order or the order you made but with a item missing absolute joke . Sort it out KFC or next time I will ask for a investigation to be made into this and my first issue I had

Some bits of food arrived cold

Absolutely awful the chicken was dry and as there was no customers it had ov been sat about. £18.99 for load of rubbish asked for unseasoned fries which they and then most of the fries fell out the stupid little paper bags..rank!!!!!

Food was bang on as usual. The security of the food, all that tape, is useless when the driver just rips open the bag and takes items. What a let down.

obviously food was good, it's KFC.. but the service my gAWWD it's bad. the delivery time just kept getting made later (which also means you can't cancel), you cant contact anyone at the resturant to find out whats going on. I can only assume they have no managers or supervisors actually monitoring shift?

The portion size of chips was small, too much salad dressing was put on a salad box it was saturated. And the food was lukewarm warm.

My order never arrived. Contacted the restaurant and it was confirmed to me, the driver had stolen my order. I waited almost 2 hours to be told this. Currently waiting to a response from yourselves for a full refund. Will never use just-eat again!

Food was delivered on time, packaged well, all hot and fresh. Best KFC I’ve had in Ipswich area.

Staff just ignore you until they've stopped chatting to their colleagues, sometimes takes up to 25 minutes to order and another 15/20 to receive the food. Go to martlesham or cardinal park, avoid here at all costs.

Staff here are friendly and efficient. The food was really hot and fresh. Best KFC in Ipswich.

Awful experience! The app clearly had a malfunction and selected a random location of the town, when I entered entrance 7 of Ipswich Hospital. When the driver rang me he was EXTREMELY rude and said it’s not his problem and hung up. He kept telling me that I did not understand, when he could not speak English.

Just got food from here. Had to wait 30 minutes but that’s standard for KFC. The girl behind the till had us say the order twice and kept messing it up like she knew nothing about the basic menu. The drink was the wrong one and 2 things we asked for was missing from the receipt but by the time we noticed we had already waited long enough. One of the drinks we paid for we never got but at that point just wanted to leave. The best part was whilst waiting for the food in the car FOUR of the workers were said on the floor outside stroking and picking up a stray cat ( very sanitary ) if you want clean food don’t come to this one.
