Very disappointing and frustrating to place an order on their website only to get a text 40 mins later to say they can't complete our order as they're too busy! Won't bother with them again

This once amazing fast food place, now has fallen. The restaurant changed hands, now all they provide is inedible food, unreliable delivery, and terrible customer service. The old owners were polite and always happy, this is no longer the case. They now make you feel like you are a burden. I used to order from here basically every week. I no longer go here, infact look at the reviews on just eat, since the change the reviews dropped. Just plain bad now. You're lucky if they don't drop your food, then lie about it, I couldn't bealive it.

Been coming for a few years now and they do the best spicy chicken burger and chips I highly recommend this place Edit: iv come to order tonight and the menu has changed I don't see any spicy chicken burger meal anymore I'm not happy about that.

This was the first time I ordered something from here and it was worth it the food was amazing and the driver was really kind, I will definitely recommend it.

Pizza looked like it was shop bought And had chopped garlic pushed in to it . Chicken meal with chips , chicken under cooked chips cold .

I order here often, usually late at night. Food is good, would recommend the chicken wings and chicken burger as they are amazing. Good when ordering through just eat, but calling up... Simply put, sub-par service. I got many of my orders rejected when I call in, but when I order through just eat they still deliver. Don't know what to say... .Just a heads up, if you call you'll rarely get an answer. Avoid the Donner, I think it might be bucket Donner that is heated up as it's super dry and fairly hard. Trash, Avoid this place like the plague.

Terrible service from this place. Driver started banging on the door at 2.30am. No common sense or regard for anyone else sleeping. Woke up people in the house and neighbours on both sides. When I asked him why he's knocking so loud he started getting aggressive. Here's a suggestion... ring the customer, send them a message and then if there's no answer leave the food at the door or take it back... it's been paid for already! There's 100 ways to handle the situation. Punching someone's door isn't one of them!! I'll be posting the cctv video on Facebook at some point.

The past few times I ordered from here the bald old man who does the deliveries has knocked on the door like a wild animal waking up the entire family multiple times in the middle of the night. Not sure if he knew he could just call or leave the food at the doorstep if no one answered but doesn't matter. Not ordering from here again.

Great spicy chicken wings value for the money

10 spicy chicken wings. .value for money really tasty Garlic bread....not very good..overdone Burger&chips...chips overdone and a very small portion..burger bun was not toasted so all the toppings soaked through making it not edible 2 stars off for all these points...if they could correct these points and improve on the overall greasyness of the food will rate 5

Really tasty boneless meal, dips are fit and food is always hot even though we're a bit far away. Plus its open super late every night, cant fault it! Garlic bread has no right being as nice as it is

Freind Placed a £50+ order at 1am on 31st of October and it did not come until 3am, delivery man was unapologetic and didn’t even bother saying sorry for the wait. When the food did eventually arrive it was cold and not very nice, also made a few of use very poorly the next day. Worst takeaway about

Absolutely fuming I paid £1.50 extra for peri peri salt what salt not even ordinary salt. Then to top it all order a strawberry cheesecake and wasn't even big enough for a toddler. When I tried phoning on two separate phones they didn't answer. The only good thing I will say is the delivery driver was lovely very polite and friendly. Would definitely not recommend.

Had food there tonight with my son and I had a double cheese burger and it was just bland but my son had a chicken burger and on the muffin there was little dots of red on the muffin and I spoke to the guy about this and even asked him if he had a cut on his hands or Anything he replied no and started checking if all the muffins were the same and this wasn’t the case. I have never been this disgusted in my entire life I’d never eat here again. I am not 100% sure if it was blood but no apology was offered or refund. Vile place please do not order from here

Ordered food from here for the first time, no word of a lie I was not disappointed at all, food was on point and came on time! Deffos about to become a regular customer 🤤💯

Food is much better than you think from looking at the place

Normally order from Chick Corner and didn't have a problems until tonight. My wife rings up and asks why something that we regularly order online is not there to order. The person on the phone was very rude and no customer service skills. He said its not on the menu and put the phone down. How rude. Didn't even let me place the rest of my order.

Is this place actually open until 3am??

Food from here is always good!! Arrives on time and hot . Chicken fillet burger is tasty the red onion seals the deal 🤤 peri peri chips and the best chicken gravy ever 👌

Don’t order from here, I ordered off just eat and never received any food. They’ll take your money and you won’t be able to get it back. The man will get aggressive and rude towards u for even asking what’s happening where your food is and will u be able to get a refund. Disappointment. Should’ve known since I had to use card payment because they don’t take cash???? Definitely odd. Never heard that one before.

First time ordering tonight and the food was fantastic. I had a burger meal and the burger was better than most chicken places in tameside.

Excellent place for chicken, and pizza, I have been getting food from here for years. I have moved from the area but tonight I was going to fill my van up in Stalybridge and thought hmm, got a party pack for 3, 12" each pizza, was delicious and we enjoyed them all. Now here is the awesomeness I asked for a bag as had to get from their shop in Ashton to near Glossop, then asked if the pizza would still be warm by time I got home, the guy said yes. But we sorted out a bag, and you know what it was all still hot when I reached home. Fantastic people, lovely food, friendly. Delivery never had a problem with when I lived in the area.

Customer service I received tonight has been appalling -rude, ignorant and wrong order came again! My partner rang and ordered 1 dinner kebab one peri peri wrap meal and a kids meal. The man was not listening to the order and put the phone down as my partner asked how long it would be. When I rang back and told him he had put the phone down and asked the question No apology, then surprise surprise -the order came it was wrong. I rang and told them they had it wrong, which I wouldn’t usually do but it was their fault for being ignorant and rude which he then claimed we had said burger not wrap which is not true. I will not be using them again!

Best quality food in a Ashton under lyne

I ordered a family meal with 2 lots of BBQ beans and gravy. The gravy was thick n sloppy and had a funny smell to it... also the beans tasted rank. The chicken breast was pretty naff and more ligaments than meat. The chips were cold and had no taste to them at all. I knew there was something off when a white man said hope you enjoy your meal in his monotone voice. I’d have more chance of enjoying a funeral.

Very nice place to eat but don't pick up the phone just to let people know they are busy. Advice let customer's know your Busy!!!!!

Good food but don't expect food with a smile! the main guy always looks at you as if your an inconvenience to him!! You will not feel rewarded for your loyalty here!! Otherwise food here is always good!!
