KFC Manchester - Ashton Retail Park in Tameside

This is such a shame because we usually love it here, staff majority are amazing, but one woman designated at the window of giving the food was so ride and question our honesty when food was missing. The lady who served us for the order was lovely, food not great. Such a shame.

clearly don’t put there customers first. asked for a fork 4 times for my chicken bites and she said no each time i asked why she said i don’t need them, very disappointed wont be coming back.

Imagine being so useless you can’t get a basic order correct. Ordered the 8 piece dipping boneless feast and didn’t receive the 8 pieces or the popcorn chicken, upon contacting them, they said they couldn’t re-dispatch due to it being through just-eat, even though it was there own ineptitude to not give the driver the full order. Utterly useless avoid at all costs.

The food is a bit expensive. The serving especially the fries is very small but the quality of the food is excellent

Purchased a bucket for one. Disappointed with the 2 pieces of chicken I received as they were very small. Other than that, this particular KFC is very clean with plenty of seating available.

Had the stuffing stacker for xmas, it was absolutely rank. Horrible. I felt ill after eating it. It should be banned on the grounds of how unhealthy it is.

Burger and chips was nice but the place looked dirty and tables not cleaned often enough

Very bad staff. Staff is behaving rudely with delivery drivers. They keep close delivery windows and when the food is get cold then they give it to drivers after 30 to 40 minutes. The whole staff should be changed. They don't have manners, even they discriminate the drivers on the basis of racism.

Attention required: Head of kfc branch It is stated that your staff is showing racist behavior to people. They prepare food for delivery drivers but don't give them on time .we as delivery drivers keep waiting for 40 to 50 minutes every time.They always keep their window close and show no response, and they try to be rude with us. You need to change your whole staff otherwise it will be a problem for you in the future regarding customers.

Very bad experience. Staff is not cooperative. Delivery drivers wait for hours & don’t open the window for delivery driver if some time drive thru costumer any item is missing thay from same window and staff are opening for them and provide them service

Need attention of the head office. Please change the staff, because this staff is not good with delivery drivers. They take 40 to 50 minutes to deliver the parcel to drivers while food is already prepared and when the food is getting cold they give cold food to drivers. Manager and staff is non cooperative and they have very rude behaviour with drivers all the time. They keep close delivery windows all the time. Please change the whole staff of this branch.

Very shameful staff thay don’t opened the door for delivery driver and don’t care for delivery order we don’t understand why KFC head office don’t take action against this staff

Lovely food our Friday night treat after a hell of a week

Just got home after using the drive through and the order was short not for the first time. I tried to phone when I got home and no one answered. The last two times we had deliveries from there they were short as well.

Ordered from here via Uber Eats. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty.

never answer phone can only order on uber eats no option to remove sauces so have to keep ringing. most time just dont even order after getting tired or calling and no answer.

How can KFC serve undercooked cold food? I have even seen a documentary where they have someone from Head Office visit branches to test food etc. I recently visited this store and ordered some food. The food was cold and clearly had been sat for a bit. I think I received somebody else's ordered they had not collected. Tried complaining to a member off staff who was incompetent and did not really care about the level of food being served.

Chicken to dry, overcooked. Fries cold and dry, disappointing, grandson enjoyed the bucket for one, two chicken pieces were items that were dry

Nice clean shop, staffs are helpful, most important the food we got is really nice and hot meets our expectations. Not all KFC outlets now a day provided this kind of good food and service.

First time in KFC since I couldn't dine in Bella Italia. Was amazed at the quality of the food, the fast service and the low prices. Great location with open views. I will go again.

The chicken was good, nice skin unlike some of the others close by where it's always soggy. Food arrived fairly quickly. KFC on the whole is just getting too expensive, you even have to pay 50p per ketchup. Theres lots of free parking, we went on Saturday at around 6pm and it was pretty empty so no problem getting tables

Everyone loves KFC yum yum. I have never had a problem with the KFC in Ashton but I have heard stories with pictures on Facebook regarding the state of their chicken. I personally have never had an issue with them here.

Haven't been to KFC for a while and what an absolute scam it has become. £6 for a large popcorn chicken and over £12 for a meal. KFC is an absolute rip off, I won't be returning ever again at those prices.

Food was cold, sat down then told to move so they could mop floor when halfway through eating when they could have waited for us to finish. Receipt printer wasn't working on the kiosk we used so couldn't complain because they ask for the reference number off the receipt

Absolutely shocking food establishment ordered on Uber eats, they confirmed the order was on its way then immediately cancelled order ! Tried ringing them that was pointless as it appears the phone is for out going calls only as it's either number busy or they don't bother answering the phone, avoid avoid avoid !!! As they're useless

Friendly staff. There's a cute chubby guy that works there with a beard and always has a cool t-shirt on. How you doin? Chicken tastes like chicken and the gravy tastes like pure heaven. My only complaint would be that when I walked in to get some extra salt for my chips the woman that was mopping the floor went mad at me and said she'd just mopped. I was like. Well. There's nowhere else to walk to get to the salt dispensers. She was fuming and started wrestling me to the ground whilst using the mop as some sort of jousting stick. I became unsettled and confused and said I only came in for some salt and my food was going cold. She then replied..that's not the only thing that's gunna be cold when I'm finished with you..one could only assume that she meant my cold dead body. I then remembered what my grandad had taught me back when I was a lad. He used to be in the royal navy and they taught him all the fancy moves from those Bruce lee films. Bam! Roundhouse kicked to the face..that was it...it was over. And I flew home to my chicken 🍗😔

Went to drive through today (22/12/23). The woman at counter is proper confused, kept telling me incorrect prices and seemed lost. Needs better training or someone else.

Convenient with the drive through and short wait, food good as expected.

Poor service, after waiting for 15min, I had to ask what was going on with my order only to realise it was not being prepared.

Wouldn't give it a one star but it makes u ,service was a joke person behind the counter on the drive in bit ,couldn't speak a word of English I felt sorry for her to be placed in that environment where you have to serve customers and not being able to communicate with them, when I spoke to the manager he simply said got no one else to do it , well do it yourself then simple, also the food was very poor ,so kfc big bosses shame on you for letting this go on in your stores

Possible the worst kfc I've had for a while now, I mean the zinger burger looked like it had come from Ethiopia, tasteless and Steve Austin " stone cold "popcorn chicken jheeze must have been sat there waiting for the 168. Flaming wrap I'm 99% sure someone had stood on it wrapped it & slam dunked it in the bag. The chip was huddled together trying to maintain the heat from what tasted like a month ago. Needs sorting absolute joke of a mean, even the dogs walked away. I mean the lad in the bin and the bin threw up! Sort it out KFC!

They are serving uncooked food. I had box meal come with zinger burger was uncooked , freezing cold I understand it'd cold outside however they are not even bothered to toast the bun. Had complained and they served the new ones which was same. Complained again and manager did not except the mistake and I ended up having a one piece chicken. Look at the pictures guys . Only went because its halal now never again. Staff needs lots of service training.

Just ordered a take away food turned up late and when eating the food it had black hair in it I have put the lot in the bin disgusting they should have hair nett's on will never go back makes me feel sick

The food doesn't let this place down. It's the staff. Some are very welcoming particularly the staff on the drive through #Young guy on the til at the drive through the one with glasses and blonde hair....he's a nice chap#. Some are not so welcoming, particularly the management - they seem very shut down shall we say. Manners don't cost a thing but they make a world of difference

Ive been in this KFC several times now and I am so certain this is the best KFC in the UK. The customer service is second to none. Very friendly people. Ordered a sundae and they said they can give it to us when we finish our meals. You wont get that service anywhere else.

Tam pracują ludzie którzy nie potrafią liczyć albo są oszustami, 3 zamówienia ze skrzydełkami, 2x zamówione 8 a dostałem 4, dzisiaj kupiłem tylko skrzydełka 10 sztuk a w pudełku było tylko 9, sprawdzajcie bo oszukuja. People who can't count or are scammers work there, 3 orders with wings, 2x ordered 8 and I got 4, today I only bought 10 wings and there was only 9 in the box, check it out because it's cheating.

Order wrong again I went through the drive through to order a 10 piece family bucket. When I got it home there was one piece of chicken missing and no coleslaw only give me one of the sides I asked for . This is rediculous there is always something missing from my order everytime I go. I've tried to phone to complain but no one answers and when you do leave your name and number like it requests no one ever gets back to you. Stay away from this place the staff are rude the atmosphere is uninviting and they can never get your order right. I have paid for items I did not receive and there's no one to contact because they can't be bothered answering their phone .

You will never get everything you order. Every delivery has at least something missing. You get refunds for their incompetency but that's not the point

Rotton , dry and cold food , 3 times on the bounce this has happened there won't be a 4th , dirty floors sticky tables and most of the kids what work there have bad attitudes.
