Beautiful Food get it every Sunday usually spend £30 ish pounds get chips pot curry sauce 2 salt n pepper chicken egg fried rice soft noodles crispy chilli beef to share between 3 more than enough lovely food !!!

Ordered quite a large delivery for family dinner. Came within half hour, all present and correct, all delicious. Ribs to die for and everyone happy with choices. ⭐

Ordered Beef and Tomateo rice and Chips, When I got home the chips were all bits and a small portion compared to what you used to get from there. Although the sauce was nice the meal should have been called Tomato and beef due to the amount of tomatos they crammed into the tupperware to save on Beef, Time to look for a new takeaway cant be doing with places trying to rip you off oh and miserable too.

I have used this take away for a long time, but after tonight i will never order again!!!! Absolutely disgusted with what they delivered, all sauce and onions hardly any meat, it tasted old🙄went straight in the bin 🤮You call yourselves chinese meals! My 2yr old grand daughter could do better, lost our custom never ordering again.. Hubby get the wok out😡😡😡😡

Bought from here for the first time tonight and this is the best Chinese we have ever had. We ordered at the shop which was really clean and the staff were really nice. The food was perfect. We will be ordering from here again.

Very poor value for money. Asked and paid for a large portion of chips and got given a normal size. Staff very rude. Avoid at all cost!!!

Not a good place I do not recommend getting food from here the food was cold and I got the wrong order too, I explained it to her it was wrong and the lady said no that's what I ordered, the order on the receipt was completely different 👎👎

Worst place I've ever been too it smelled and the food is not good

I ordered fish chips and gravy and I had to tell The lady 4 times it wasn’t fish chips peas and gravy, got home food cold, no gravy on the chips hardly and no salt and vinegar as asked for extra. Bland food. Missed my Dr Pepper off my order also. Called to complain and the lady was so rude she told me the order wasn’t wrong and that is was fine. How would you know are you eating the cold food. Will never eat from you again ever! The chips/ rice and curry sauce aaa dry and inedible. Worst I’ve ever bought from there.

I have been using this chip shop under various ownership for the last 38 years & never had reason to complain. Food always piping hot & excellent quality. The staff are always friendly & the shop it’s self is spotless.

Visited today pudding and chios Chips inedible!! Under cooked. And had to wait for the pleasure . Won't be going again even though its local

Ordered a meal for collection but when I returned home it was missing an item. Called them and they said I could drive back (40 mins round trip) to collect it. I asked for a free additional meal instead for the inconvenience but they refused.

Visited recently for the 2nd time, fish and chips again very nice. Curry sauce a bit on the thinner side, although tasty. Frustrating that they only take cash and am surprised as during pandemic most organisations now use contactless too.

Ordered a takeaway after a recommendation. Worst thing i could do. Was told an hour wait after 1 hour 30 mins I rang to see where my order was. I was told by a lady they were busy and if I didn't like it cancel order. After I said I have waited 1hr and half she put phone down. I tried ringing back and she wouldn't answer my number. My husband rang and she answered straight away and said on way. 2 hours and 15 mins later it turned up. Food was awful and I had to bin it. We rang and explained it wasn't right and again she was rude and put phone down. I will never order anything from here again and not recommend it. Rude and disgusting management

Great Chinese and English food nothing I wouldn't eat love it

Worst service I've ever had. Ordered Singapore style vermicelli no pork kung po chicken (comes with either rice or chips) salt n pepper chips, got home there was pork in the vermicelli. Called back they wouldnt deliver so had to go all the way back for it. Went to get my meal out (kung po) there was no rice or chips. So I called back and apparently they dont ask if you want chips or rice anymore because if you order any other form of chips on the order they will automatically decide that that's your side for your meal. I said no one mentioned that to me but apparently it was my fault for not listening properly when she read back my order like I'm supposed to be a mind reader.

Visited Fai Wong for a rare treat Ordered salt and pepper ribs, vegetable spring rolls and chips and prawn toast When I got home, a 20 minute walk, there were no chips. The rest of the food was just pure grease and inedible. Had to throw it all away and make a chip sandwich with oven chips Cannot recommend this takeaway under any circumstances

Been going downhill for a while with prices going up and portions getting smaller. Salt and pepper was the driest I've ever had

Fantastic two meals for me and my wife very nice and friendly staff , looking forward to next vist.

First time eating here, order was wrong so I took one of the meals back to ask what it was, ordered satay and when asked the lady said it was Cantonese sauce, then once she checked the order she told me it was satay and accused me of being a serial complainant despite it being my first time. I left before I got angry, food was genuinely lovely even if it was wrong.

Ordered food at 7:45pm. Told it would be 40 minutes. I have just rung to find out where our order is - it’s now 9:10pm - only to be told she doesn’t know if or when the order will be delivered as they’ve got a new delivery driver!! Unbelievable! Won’t be ordering from them again ☹️

Ordered from here numerous times, usually collect but last time we got it delivered. Was an hours wait which is to be expected on a Friday night though this didn’t impact the food. It was as good as it always is. Can’t recommend enough.

I recieved chicken chow main tonight along with a few other things the chicken was not cooked it was pink and looked like plastic I rang the place to complain and got told to "do what I want" this is absoloutly out of order I was going to go down myself but my partner stopped me, they wanna be thankfull for that absoloute tossers

Ordered fish and chips and the fish batter was rock solid and nearly broke the enamel on my tooth! The service was shocking as they refused to refund the money I paid for the food. Wont ever be buying food from them again.

Come here often for food it’s great ! I wouldn’t recommend taking notice of other reviews until you tried it, they could get a little busy there but that’s because they’re very popular! Great food great service!

Misses phone up and phone was put down3 times we thought it was her phone so I rang and the woman said sorry we are busy, if you want a delivery it will be in a hour, we shouldn’t we have the choice in the first place to say yes or no ? Bad manners 1 to 2 weekly orders you just lost

Fish and Chips...they need to learn how the professionals make them. This is a poor excuse for a chippy.

Ordered set meal for 3 came with no beef curry which is on the meal for 3 also the pork was krunchy with fat and bones my son threw up and I snapped a tooth then to top it off there was an unidentifiable thing in my soup we returned very upset with the £38 meal to be confronted with three aggressive not even Chinese staff where we stood our ground threatened them with food higien agency then was refunded immediately. DISGUSTING AVOID

I object to paying £1 50 for delivery as well as the food the delivery charge has gone up 50% ludicrous ! I eat out every week in the centre of Manchester and pay £6 20 for an eat in Chinese meal. The Fai Wong charges £5 80 for ribs and a great deal more for a take out rice or noodle meal. I am just really disappointed that they have priced themselves out of the delivery take away market because their food is very good but I have now found another local Chinese takeaway which is just as good and remarkably cheaper.

I am outside the range of delivery for this excellent Chinese Take Away so I ring in my orders and collect my food. Never just turn up as they will inevitably be too busy such is their popularity! I only have one wish and that is that they would move to my area! The food is as good as some of the best Chinese restaurants in Chinatown!

Good food but had a bad experience off black woman delivery driver got no receipt for food and she added extra money on the bill for herself

The Chippy is excellent far better than most I've tasted. We're in the area so it's close by. The ladies are always happy & eager to talk to you. Food is really nice too. Salt/pepper chips outstanding as is the sea weed. To be honest every dish I've had beautiful. The position sizes are big. Highly recommend.

This is my local Chinese and has been for many years. I have tried others in the area but these are the best. Great tasting Chinese food made or delivered fast! Never waited over 30 minutes and never had a complaint. You need to try it!

This chinese chippy is excellent. Customer service & the food is very nice. Portion sizes larger than expected. Usually ring order through & collect as can get very busy.

La FAI Wong es las mejores chino Llevar que he utilizado, todos los platos son naturalmente sabrosa y bien preparada, tamaño de las porciones son excelente relación calidad-precio y tienen un servicio de entrega que es rápido y fácil de usar. Los platos son bastante razonables teniendo en cuenta la calidad de la comida (estándar del restaurante). No puedo creer que sólo recientemente encontramos esta pequeña joya después de años de otras chino podrá practicarlos en mi zona y ser constantemente impresionado por ellos.
