Wow! Ordered delivery to calverton and it was so so so good! Best fried chicken I’ve had so juicy and the peri peri chicken was insane ! And the cherry soda, seriously best chicken shop in Nottingham

Wings were disgusting. Tenders were better but still pretty bad. Service was very slow. Overall, probably the worst fried chicken I've ever had.

Just turned up for food. Advertised 1am it it’s 23.39 and told that we can’t sit in. We have been here later than this but apparently no one’s allowed to eat in after 11.30… I wonder if you have a pprs license to play this music? Maybe they aren’t making the money they need to…. Someone in the kitchen playing their own music…. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ps I was accosted by the person who served me who said they stop serving and letting people in at 11.30pm because of ‘drunk people’ Sherwood is empty! ! Not a great way of doing business. Advertise what time you are open and be honest. Also don’t send someone who has been rude and lied because you had a bad review. Just be honest… it’s quiet you shut early! They won’t let me reply to their comment but sir… but defo not a sir! Oh so you can sit downstairs? Not what your staff said! They said you couldn’t eat in.. better staff training maybe it’s ridiculous

Really good professional staff, great attention to detail, cookie dough and milkshakes are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ whoever makes the desserts needs a pay rise 👌

Went here for a wrap for lunch, was served almost raw chicken, rang them after I got back from collecting and was given a number that I messaged and was ignored and also ignored when I contacted them on instagram. Disgusting that this was served

Ordered the original fried chicken wings. Took it back home and they were still crunchy and not soggy at all. They were delicious! Crispy, full of flavour and not oily at all. The guy who took our order at the counter was so friendly and polite too. Highly highly recommend this local business.

Just passing through on my way back from Manchester and I found this place. Chicken wings were piping hot, fresh, crispy, crunchy with a juicy exterior. They had some unique sauces and one made the mind boggle; the pineapple mayo which was dope. The dude that served me was very friendly, spoke well, answered any questions and was very polite. Restaurant was clean and sparkling.

I think management of this has changed hands since it first opened. Food isn't as good as it was when they first opened. Messy fries used to be my go to but now is just a box of fries with a few bits of shredded chicken and dried onions on top. Won't be spending my hard earned money on this food again. On a search for an alternative. Delivered wrong order first then I ordered again and it turned up cold (5 doors down, but we got there eventually) I think it was my original order.🤔

Worst customer service. Chubby young chap has no knowledge of what he serves and purposely delay the orders. Food is just average. He needs to improve a lot unless shut it down and do something else.

Ordered milkshakes even tho they tasted amazing we couldn't drink them. They were far to thick to drink through a straw. We had to use a spoon for most of it.

Ordered to collect via Uber eats, decided to eat in upon arrival. Very clean and well air conditioned. Ended up ordering a couple of drinks and they were delivered to the table by Vivek. Friendly service and great recommendation on the drink.

I’ve tried the burgers out a few times now and really enjoyed them and thought it was good value for money. My fav items are the Nashville burger and the classic chicken tenders. The thing that lets them down is the service. The members of staff behind the counter don’t have the best customer service skills and they all see a bit confused and lost when I’ve been to collect orders. Overall super happy and will be back! Update - June 2024. I’ve been really disappointed with Chick recently. Twice I have had a Nashville burger where the burger has been drenched with mayo and it’s been to the point it’s all dripping out and the base has gone soggy. It’s like as if the mayo has been watered down. Also they charge a ridiculous amount for dips.

Ordered for a family party two chickens, 10 wings, three salads, two rice two chips but received one chicken, one chips and 10 wings? I called up of the staff were very rude and unhelpful telling me it wasn’t their problem and it’s Uber‘s fault. Due to needing the food I was willing to re-purchase the missing items but I was told that I would have to me at least 25 minutes to get my order Which, by then the other food would be cold. Due to needing the food, I place the order again which was a whole chicken 2 rice 2 chips and 3 salads and I received 10 wings, 2 chips, 2 rice and no salad despite them getting it wrong. The first time they still didn’t ensure the order was right. When the food arrived, it was cold and not very nice. I would not recommend in anyway shape or form.

Really good food. I got three meal deals for kids and wife. They really liked it, especially the different sauces and milkshake options. Way more personalisation and quality options than a typical chicken shop. Vivek served me and was helpful making sure the sauces weren’t too hot for the kids 🙌

Wow what can I say!! Went in and a young girl called Katrina served me and dealt with me quickly!!!! Brilliant service from her she was class at her job. Recommended me the milkshakes and wow again amazingly hand made by herself . Deffo would recommend if katrina is serving you and taking your order with no doubt . BEST WORKER

First impression of the shop is the aesthetics looks of the design but the customer care is the best as in I got a lovely meal enjoyed it I recommend everyone to visit the place no regrets at all highly rated

This place will be the best chicken take out you will have in you life. The burgers are the Juiciest chicken and the chips are the crispiest chips I ever had.
