Chicago Pizza in Bedford

Chips were hot and crispy, they didn't cheap out on the sauce for the burger and the portions are big for the price, idk how they hace 3.9 stars. They should easily have 4.4, this is definitely one of the best food places in Bedford and im not even try to glaze

Amazing as all ways one of the best places to get pizza in Bedford I can not fault them. Food was delicious everything was hot and it come with a free dip 10/10.

Took like two hours for them to deliver freezing cold greasy food.

I waited 2 hours for my food, then I tried calling them and their number wasn't available. So I called their food allergy number and the lady kept interrupting me. My food finally arrived and it was cold. Never ordering from Chicago pizza ever again.

Always lovely pizza and side's. The delivery driver is polite and on time.

Food was inedible, my dog wouldn’t even eat it. Won’t be ordering again, but at least it arrived quickly.

It was nearly 2h 15m before it arrived One of the staff was dismissive when i phoned to check on it, she didnt ask my name, address or order, just told me "look it'll be 5 mins ok?" 30 mins after this i phoned again, spoke to the boss, he was apologetic, and phoned the driver to check, and told me "its on its way" When it did arrive, it was obviously stone cold We used to order once a week, but we wont be calling them any more

The pizza was absolutely impeccable. Jolly well done - never left a review for a food place before but couldn’t help myself. Delicious.

Only just on time. But after 10 minutes of calling to find my address. Food was cold and unsatisfactory

Ordered a 12”, a 14” and large chips. For some reason I only got 2 12” instead. No chips. Called the restaurant and they asked us to not report it to just eat and to trust them when they promise next time we order they’ll give us a free large fries and 14” pizza

Delivered on time but was 90 min wait. Wrong size pizza was delivered. Ordered large chips but certainly wouldn't call them that. Not much taste on my pizza altho my son enjoyed his.

Food delivered 45 minutes late. Eventually arrived and it was lukewarm. I completely understand that things can sometimes run late but why didn’t the restaurant send me a text to advise me of this? I had to phone them and chase it up. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered two different create your own pizzas on the BOGOF deal and got two identical ones. Also got charged 10p for a bag that was neither needed nor asked for, but they felt was necessary to carry a single side.

Probably one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in Bedford, fresh and tasty, fried wings are gorgeous too! Delivery was a little late but they were so complimentary and gave us extra wings. Will definitely be ordering again :)

It was delivered late and was cold with also part of the order missing. Finally got through to the restaurant and was told that they will refund. Let's see if this happens, not holding my breath..

The food was discussing and cold. Double cheese pizza had almost no cheese the chips were cold and soggy and so was the garlic bread I would not want to order from them again

Delivery person was very polite, food was hot and delicious would order again. And it arrived early which was a bonus

Food came quick. Food was pretty decent.only got a drink , chicken fillet burger which came with chips & the burger was big & had an extra large chips & they gave me loads of chips so that was great. The chips were a bit dry tho lol needed something idk but anyway I just added salt. I love the fact that the kitchen was open later than other restaurants 👍🏽

I still haven’t received my full refund for the fact the food was ordered for collection to London and not the address I requested for it to be collected too and I was supposed to receive a call from the supervisor, which I’m honestly annoyed about. Honestly so disappointed in the service

If you like proper thin crust pizza made with just the right amount of toppings finely chopped, you won't get better in Bedford. I can't recall ever having better. Chicken wings, burgers and other staples are on point too as far as I've explored the menu. Friendly and quick delivery also usually.

Really nice fresh food. Only quibble delivery driver was on phone while delivering.

Turned up ‘tepid’. One pizza was wrong. Called them - Delivered correct one, which was now cold. Took ‘wrong’ pizza, which was missing a slice , and asked me to replace it with a slice of mine #foodhygiene

Pizza turned up at 8.53, delivery time was 8.05

Order significantly delayed, restaurant phone number had no answer, Justeat online chat customer service provided “canned” responses that were not helpful. Food arrived 45 minutes after we where notified it was on the way, arrived cold. Very disappointed with every aspect of the experience.

The food was 25 mins late. It took 1 hour and 25 mins for the food to come. Looking at other reviews I thought it was going to be good however the food quality is poor. Chicken nuggets didn’t taste great they tasted like they were cooked in the same oil as fish. The fries were just fine. The burger looked awful. The food is cheap and the quality of food is cheap as well. It will do if you wanna save the extra fiver or so from other restaurants.
