From being arguably the best fried chicken shop in Bedford to now the worst. Everything is dry, overly salty and just bad for your health. It’s such a shame. Miss the old food/managers

Guy says I can order under £12 but will be charged a pound. Fine. Finish my order and complains it’s unde £12 and can’t do. Utter waste of time. I suggest employing people who can speak with customers better

Ordered from here a few times, they always seem to forget 1 item off the order. When I ring, they tell me it’ll take another hour.

Order was late by over an hour. No apologies or anything, just got told it's busy. Not the first time it's happened. Just never had a good experience with these guys.

Found a dead cockroach in my burger box on top of the chips, must’ve got mixed up. Called and told them got hung up on. Went down to shop and showed them but off course they didn’t believe me. So then i heard 1 of the staff member say to the other guy did you clean up the cockroaches behind the machine. I was raging and obviously gave them bit of verbal and walked off. Avoid like the plague. Save yourself!!!!

Ordered online and the wrap came with a burnt tortilla and burnt chicken.Unedible.The chips were also stale and tasted like they had been made a few days ago and were just warmed up in a microwave. The order came late too, it might not even have been delivered if I didn’t call the restaurant to ask about my order. The order was made on Uber eats and it came with Just Eat. Very appalling service to say the least. Will not be ordering from here again.

Food is good. Customer service is poor! Imagine telling them how much your orders going to be and they are telling you to calculate the order yourself and using the excuse that they’re so busy. Clearly these freshies can’t run this place properly impressing their customers

Pizzas and chips only ordered through uber eats. . .2hrs later we got someone delivering the most horrible food i didnt think it was possible. Plastic tasting pizza. Ashame. Even the chips were rubbish

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, nobody arrived... Called the restaurant to be told it's my fault because I didn't answer the phone but they never even called my phone!! They also had previously delivered a few weeks ago and had no problem delivering that order. Excuse me... Since when did DELIVERY mean answer the phone... You have a lot to learn... Delivery = Door to Door service!!! RING THE DOOR BELL!! Lazy and then blame me and JustEat..!!! AVOID! Got my refund eventually from JustEat, just sharing my experience watch out!!

The quality has dropped dramatically. The fillets in the burgers are far too small and the chicken wings are so small, appears to look like it was from a very malnourished chicken. Flavour of chicken overall is not the same either. This review is based on 3 takeaways/visits

The chicken was to salty and there is no dip no kebab will start from. Next week there are not ready to open yet

Pizza was great, chicken was too, but when you pay for items then get them home ( after the order was waited for by more than 10 mins late as a pick up) there's just no excuse. Avoid.

I just went too this store & bought a quarter pounder burger MEAL. So even before I had gotten served the cooks who were handling the food was touching the public’s money & then touching the food without washing & sterilising their hands. But there’s a 5 star hygiene sign on the front. Then to top it off the meal doesn’t include a drink why call it a meal and charge extra if it is not include a drink.

Ordered off just eat. The chicken is still slightly pink and hard to pull off the bone. The coating was soggy. I can honestly say I will never be using these again. Plus side chilli sauce was amazing.

Tried some hot wings today smell of wings was really disgusting had to throw them all in the bin and very poor customer service as always.so won’t go back their again.

Love dixy chicken...spicy wings and chicken fillet burger are the best and love the taste of their chips too. Think they've closed down now as never see online which is a shame as they're cheap and cheerful so good for those bulk orders

I've used other Dixy Chicken outlets and this one is SHOCKING, don't do gravy as a side, don't do Dixy Sauce, burgers are TINY chicken was rubbery, won't be using again.

30 minutes late with no updates or phone call to let me know, The wrap I ordered was soggy and falling apart, chips were cold, At least the pizza and chicken was decent. The delivery guy was on point though, friendly and quick.

Pretty bad today...It took nearly an hour and a half and was cold and soggy on arrival. I ate it, I was hungry...no way I was waiting another 90 minutes!

Little bit late due to miscommunication with server not understanding me but once someone else called me back, communication was perfect, food arrived correct, piping hot and tasty. Will definitely order again

When ordered the time specified then changed after 20 mins. Meaning i had no time to eat my food before hesding off to work. After speaking to them on the phone i stated if it was after 6.20 i wouldn't be there. Consequently i left for work on time and at 6.35 the driver rung to say he was on route. I explained there was no point wasting his fuel as i had already left for work. Not the drivers fault but if the time shown prior to order was correct i would have ordered elsewhere as had to wait over an hour

Value box was nice apparantly. Thought I was paying for a garlic bread and cheese pizza not 4 little pieces of baguette type. Still quite nice. No sauces were given and different drinks to what we asked for. Also we ordered a double cheeseburger on its own... this came as a meal so the burger was very small. I double checked on here to make sure it was just a burger, but guess not. They need to make things a bit clearer as the extra chips went in the bin
