I normally love this place but Chicken fried rice. Not good Honey ribs x4 And vermicelli 1 prawn Very different to usual Served in polystyrene containers Sorry but not good

Spent £22.40 on 2 chicken fried rice, large chips, salt and pepper chicken wings and a large sausage the only thing edible was the sausage. I took one bite into my salt and pepper chicken and had to immediately spit it out it was cold, not cooked and honestly didn’t even taste like chicken it was the worst thing Iv ever eaten The chips were extremely overdone and had no taste to them, chicken fried rice was very undercooked and soggy…. Out of the whole meal for two of us I only had a sausage. Now having to spend more money on getting food from elsewhere. NEVER EVER GOING AGAIN!! Rang at 6:35 - arrived at my door at 6:56…..

We ordered and paid for our takeaway online. I had the duck in oyster sauce with mushrooms and bamboo shoots which was full of meat and very tasty. My wife had the steak in black bean and green peppers which was also very tasty. We shared a egg fried rice. A very generous portion. My son enjoyed his fish and chips. With a large tasty piece of cod in a light batter and golden brown chips. Pleasant service. A good experience

Extensive menu, great food, reasonable prices, pleasant staff. Say no more. Parking can be awkward, so pick your time for a visit.

It’s a Tiny takeaway in Romiley , but WOW the food is Amazing, high quality products arrived hot and on time Definitely recommend 👍🏻

We ordered our food online. We went at the time given to us to pick up the food. The person who I got my food from was aggressive and confrontational entering into a pontless discussion with me as to why I should be wearing my face mask. I had not asked to enter this discussion with her and frankly found her manner offensive.My dish of beef in oyster sauce was decent enough, loads of chinese mushrooms and vegetables. i might have expected larger beef pieces. My wife had the chicken and cashew nuts which had large chicken pieces and tasted pleasant enough. Okay egg fried rice, my son enjoyed his fish and chips.The very poor and aggressive service makes me question whether I will use this place again.

Extremely Rude and sternly told to get out as no walk ins yet had ordered food n paid beforehand online! Yelled at even when trying to show proof of my prepaid order, finally get food cold when they realised I had indeed ordered and inedible slop is the only fair description of the food! Save your money and go elsewhere as incompetent and rude. Trying to do our bit by helping small businesses out to be treated appallingly and to be honest totally shocked at how these people treat there customers! Stay Clear As just awful!

We discovered here not long after moving to Romiley and we have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent, and the staff very friendly.

We ordered this meal on the Internet. It took a while to arrive as it was a Saturday evening. A pleasant delivery driver gave us our food. We had a lovely mixed starter of crispy seaweed, bbq pork rib, wonton, spring rolls all delicious. A great special fried rice with tasty chicken and pork in it. A good main course of beef in oyster sauce with mushrooms and sweetcorn, also had a lovely chicken and cashew nut dish. Overall a lovely meal. The have a large menu and also do fish and chips and other dishes.

Regularly order from this takeaway been ordering for a few years now but will never order again.food is great but if there is a problem their customer service is shocking our order arrived minus 2 bags of large chips which for two. Members of the family is the majority of their meal .I phoned to let the. Know they were missing and was made to feel I was lying over two bags of chips even though there was more expensive items on the order I could of lied about.They said they would resend the chips which we are still waiting for 2 and a half hours after the phone and 3 and a half hours after the original order .Like I said Customer service is shocking will never order or recommend again once they have taken your money it ends there .

We have been regular customers for the last 9 years and have always enjoyed the food from here, ordering at least once a week and always 'tip' generously. However, lately mistakes have been happening on a regular basis, apologies have been sent and finally rectified. Last night was the 'Straw that broke the camels back!' Part of our order was missing again and was promised to be sent straight away, after 50 minutes we rang back to ask where it was as the delivered food was getting cold. The man on the phone was extremely RUDE! We were told to order from somewhere else who could deliver on time in the future! It arrived eventually (another 20 minutes) Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service!..Couldn't give a CRAP attitude! We work too hard for our money to be spoke to and treated like that...do the sums Cheung Wing, Roughly £17.000 + over 9 years! You've had your last penny from us!

I have ordered from here many times before and the food has always been exceptional. I decided to order again for a special birthday and couldn't have been more disappointed. Half the food was missing and the food that was delivered looked like it had been rushed out of the door. I rang the restaurant and to their credit they sent the missing items plus extra (although this was really what i should have got in the first place) I was given an apology over the phone and the food was eventually delivered but it totally spoilt a birthday meal. Especially as i had pre-ordered hours before the restaurant was opening. Really disappointed and not sure i would order again. When they get it right its brilliant but when they get it wrong its dreadful!

The driver initially gave out food to someone else and tried to tell me it was still at the shop! The shop agreed to send a new order and we waited over an hour for that before ringing. I was then told it would be 5 minutes. Another 25 minutes and the food is not here. The person I spoke to had the audacity to laugh at me when I rang obviously very unhappy with the service! This company should be removed from just eat in my opinion. It misrepresents delivery times on a regular basis. We live 5 minutes away have been waiting for over 2 hours! I am appalled by their customer service and shocked that just eat would have anything to do with such a company. After being told the company would refund my order in cash but it would take over an hour to get to me, I have now been told by a disgustingly rude man they will not do this and it would have to go through the payment card taking 3-5 days!!! If you think this is good customer service you are completely deluded!

This place treats loyal delivery and kitchen staff like filth so the quality of both the food and service goes up and down like a bride's nightie.

How can it take nearly 2 hours on a Wednesday night to deliver a Chinese!!!! Then when it arrives the rice dishes we ordered were just in a polystyrene tray with lid but no paper wrapped around to keep the lid closed or heat in. Very disappointed

I was pretty gutted with this order. I generally love the food but my chicken kung po was fairly bland and didn't taste hot at all :(

Ribs were great, good portions and well done. Rest of meal was standard Chinese takeaway fair. Quite pleasant, but nothing special.

Delivery was so late. They added 30 minutes to time and then it was a further 30 minutes after that. Shame because the food was nice. Courtesy call or apology for lateness would have been nice.

Made some small requests in the comments box which were ignored, also 30 mins longer than expected delivery time (after they added an extra 20 mins) but the food was delicious, slightly cold but we do live a way away! I have ordered before and had great service just not today
