The food was really good. Much better than the one in Preston. The peri peri chicken wings is a must try.

The contract number for this take away is invalid, i have a delivery issue my order is incomplete.

We think its a cheat day so enjoy a Pizza but only mess. on the base hardly one spoon cheese and same amount of chicken no Jalapeño no corn. What a waste of money, desire and trust. Strictly not Recommended.

Delivered promptly. That was the only positive. The chips were edible. The burger looked like it had been made by a 5 year old. The chicken tasted like it had been kept in a roadside gritbin. And the gravy had some strange floating white liquid on top. Make of that what you will. (I'm not even joking)

Orderd 2 chicken burgers I got chicken strips instead,the wings wasn't fit for a dog to eat,food cold,no taste to it only nice thing I got was the gravy will not he ordering from here again

Clowns. Old management where class, new guys are your typical takeaway cowboys. Ask for salt ‘we have no salt’. I ask again and ask how a kitchen can not have salt. He hands me the salt 2ft away? Casually refrying fries infront of me. Clowns.

Ordered chesters from uber driver, didn't know where he was going,phoned me,tried to give directions,driver wasn't listening,or responding to me. My partner Went to chesters to explain as food would of been cold,called in,asked if they could cook the food fresh and hot,the response was no,not are problem. All the staff had a go at him. I then phoned up,they kept on passing the book,Customer service is shocking.Paid for food we never eaten. Do not go here for food.

Would really expect better. I ordered a delivery and live well within 5 minutes drive. However, the chicken was barely warm, the batter soft and the gravy had spilt into a paper bag. I consider '1 star' to be violent lavatory time and dysentery... I wouldn't be surprised if I'll be re-rating this place downwards very soon

Went in and ordered rice chicken and chips which was the only thing I had eaten all day, the same night I was throwing up for hours. Only got myself to blame I could of cancelled the order after I seen how poor the hygiene was in there. Disgusting.

The food never came, wouldnt recommend ordering from here. I ordered it at 12.30am and it said it was gona arrive at 12.30am the second i paid, then never arrived. I got a refund but such a disappointment of a place.

Waited an hour for driver to cancel order when 5 doors down from my house. Took 20 calls for someone to answer to be told I won’t be charged for the order. What a waste of an hour starving and now have to order from somewhere else. Used to order regular from here. Won’t again. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

There's a reason why theres so many 1 star reviews. Dont order from here whatever you do. I ordered twice because maybe the first time was a 1 off. The first time the food was cold and 1hr 30 mins late, they also forgot the drinks. The second the food never even came and the phone ways rings out. They are scammers and should ne out of business. The worst experience ever DO NOT ever order from here. You'll be like the rest of us leaving 1 star reviews if you order from these guys seriously they're beyond terrible.

Had a meal which was ok after a long shift, didn't feel like cooking so got a chicken meal at £4.99.

Placed order for Full peri chicken and Rice they had forgot the Rice and chicken was all burnt this has been take over by new owners I will not be ordering from there again poor standard of food

Tasty meal delivered through uber eats. Delivery was on time. Food was tasty - family bucket / burgers / gravy. 4 of us enjoyed everything, in our opinion more tasty than KFC, and would definitely order again. Thank you

Order missing half. Phoned Chesters and they knew straight away that we were missing some of the order but they weren't interested in correcting their error. Having to go through Uber Eats to try to sort it!!

I'd give then 0 stars if I could!! Absolutely appalling. The guys on the phone dont even understand what your saying. They mess up your order then expect not to correct it. They put the phone down on us twice and we phoned about 6 times the other 4 times they didnt answer , very rude, very nasty people. If i could i would of put 0 stars. The food was delived almost 3 hours late. The staff was so rude they at first wouldnt pick the phone up but when they did they cut it straight after i said my food was late. The chicken was greece and not nice at all. The pizza was wrong the chips were soggy and drowned in oil. I definitely do not recomend for odering at a place like this were the customers are disrespected and the food isnt delivered on time.

Order my food last night.... I had to wait 1 hour and 45 mins..... I phone them they said its on it's way...... When it come it was cold wrong Oder should of been beef burger not a chicken burger Will not Oder there again....

My meal deal had no salad, chicken fillet was ok, definitely not 2 fillets tho. Chips were freezing. Gravy was just bisto at best. No sides as stated. Took over an hour to deliver. Mayo dip was barely a teaspoon full. Not going to order again.

Fast delivery but food was absolutely shocking burger was battered in mayo, chicken was greasy as hell, grilled wings were caked in peri sauce and dryer than a pair of nuns knickers. Shocking id be embarest to even call it a takeaway.

We have just waited exactly 2 hours for our order. We phoned after waiting 75 minutes for the phone to just ring out. 20 minutes it took for our call to be answered. They said it had left and would be with us in 15 minutes. Another 30 mins we waited. The chicken burger i had was cold, tough and dry. The chips also were cold. Never would I order from here again. And I'll be telling my family and friends not to either. Shocking!!!

Had my first takeout from here tonight. Full chicken, rice, chips, coleslaw and two cans of soft drinks for £11.99. Absolutely fantastic food! On par with Nando’s and better value for money. We are stuffed ! The staff are so polite too and I feel they are proud of their food. Highly recommended thanks guys ! Will definitely return.

This place is pretty consistently giving me 11 chicken wings instead of 12 that I order, yet charge me for 12. COUNT your wings! Or even better, go somewhere else...

Used to be an amazing takeaway until about 1 year ago. Then it got taken over. New manager was rude and has the people skills of a plank of wood. Delivery is shocking. Took nearly 2 hours and arrived cold and stale. Would not recommend which is a shame as when it opened 5 or 6 years ago it was brilliant and i was going every week. Steer clear.

If I could give 0 stars for the disgraceful and immature serive I received from this place I would. The staff are absolutely awful I rang a few weeks back to place an order and as soon as I told them my address the phone all of a sudden cuts off. I ring back, phone cuts off again. Then they all of a sudden can not hear me! They’re mocking customers acting like they cannot hear and for the cheek they put me on hold which was clearly to laugh! This place is a disgrace ran by very immature staff members. I would not recommend ordering from here as one phone call (or 3 in my case) could waste your time when all you want to do is eat! I used to love ordering from here and now I would not recommend it to anyone! An apology is definitely needed if this is something they offer! Food has also arrived cold previously I think this place do not like to be told this from reading similar reviews .. this place is dedicatedly not one to trust as from the service I got I would not be surprised if they did something to my order!!

Been told by driver to order on their wesite to save money not on just eat. Didnt get my food for two hours. N when i phone they told me the website is not working. But they still accept the order.

This is the first time I’ve ate from here and I would never ever eat from here again! I ordered 3 meals with my family and received 2. When we phoned them they denied us ever ordering 3 meals and were extremely rude on the phone. No attempt was made to replace the missing meal or even apologise for the mistake. The meals that we did receive were awful! The burger was wet and the chicken didn’t even taste cooked. Not to mention it was cold! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

Turned up at five to one ravenous with hunger. Apparently cant serve food after 1:00. Even though it wasn't yet 1:00 wouldn't even consider knocking up a bag of chips. Explanation was the lad wanted to go home.

They have fantastic chips - just like McDonalds. However, takeaway service and food is appalling. If you order in in person, food is all fresh. Order for delivery, half the food will be cold and/or leftovers from probably the day before. We waited over an hour for delivery only for them to forget my child's burger. They apologised and promised another within 20-30 mins. It came another hour later - cold - by which time my son had fallen asleep. They did offer a discount for the next time but unfortunately there won't be a next time. I also ended up with a stomach ache from the rank corn on the cob I took a bite out of, even though I spat it out straight away. Such a shame as they are capable of making nice food if they can be bothered.

Gone really down hill recently.its a shame cos I used to love here.my pizza smelt like strong bleach...i took it home with ms to eat the next day.went into the kitchen and i thought my partner had cleaned the kitchen it smelt so strongly of cleaning fluid.the chips are always inedible when ordered for delivery there always flat cold and damp looking.

This is phenomenal takeaway with great customer service. One of the best fried chicken in the area that is unmatched in taste with it's variety of choice's from the fried chicken, pizza's, Peri grilled and for those who prefer a sweet tooth there's also a milkshakes which I personally prefer

Just ordered via just eat and what a waste of money all the food is in the bin!! It's the first time I've used them and I won't be doing so again. The cheese burger looked like it was sat on the lettuce was brown oh and they put mayo on it instead of ketchup!! The chips were freezing with a horrible coating. The coleslaw had exploded in the bag as it wasn't shut probably so don't no how bad that was. The chicken was dry as a bone. I waited an hour for food then should of just put in my dust bin 😡😡

My mister man's favourite place to eat when on long trips visiting family. I can't eat there anymore, due to newly discovered allergies, but I used to really enjoy their chicken popcorn. Good service time also.
