Cherrywood Kitchen in Eastleigh

Would highly recommend the brilliant cafe - the staff were so friendly and very attentive, the atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. We have been a few times before and it never disappoints. This time I mixed and matched off the menu and they were only too happy to accommodate. The food is so delicious that I would recommend to anyone - it's worth the travel

My daughter and her partner have been going on about this place, so they took me for breakfast,i am hard to please ,so they had a fry up i had salmon, scrambled eggs , toast and toms which all i can say was a 10/10. The best eggs i have had for a long time, coffee was good, orange jucie was good, i would recommend everyone to go. My husband and i had a restaurant and i know how hard it is. The staff are lovely, Cafe was also very clean, no dirty plates on tables. I also noticed how quick they are to clean a table as soon as a customer leaves. They should be very proud of themselves.

Great food and great service. The full English breakfast was excellent. The pancakes and drinks all went down a storm with the family

I’ve been prompted to write this review after a terrible experience elsewhere that made me realise just how lucky we are to have this in our village! The service here is always friendly, welcoming and warm and the food is so delicious with a good selection. Coffee is great too and hot chocolate to die for! We often travel to go to Josies but this place is miles better in so many ways. Such a great brunch/lunch and worth travelling for.

We are lucky enough have recently moved to Netley and have often been into Cherrywood for a tea or coffee ( the coffee I'm told by my coffee loving daughter and husband) is excellent but recently we took our parents there for a brunch. Both the food and the service were great. I'm actually planning to eventually work my way through the brunch menu as all the dishes sound so good!

We consider ourselves very lucky to have this cafe in our neighbourhood!! The best eggs Benedict we have ever tasted, but to be fair everything tastes really good every time we come in. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly stuff and you get a doughnut with your milkshake. What more could one wish for? 😄 if you are visiting Royal Victoria park or Netley Abbey we highly recommend a visit!

3 generations came to visit for Sunday brunch and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. 2 full English breakfasts were fresh and tasty, the chicken and mushroom toastie, was really filling and flavoursome, but the star of the show for me was the Japanese omelette - top recommendation. Great coffee and I can also recommend the green smoothie if you fancy something healthy! Definitely 5 stars from us

Love love love this cafe. Excellent service, excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. Just a shame it’s so small but maybe that’s why it works!? This family run business is an absolute gem for the area and they are definitely getting something right. Keep smiling guys, you brighten up a lot of days.

Just lovely. Really great cooking, 5 star food in a café. What a find. Very busy, service excellent, food excellent. I had eggs florentine the best I have had since 5 star Cuban holiday. Eggs are incredible, so golden and fresh cooked to perfection. I can't rave enough about this place. Be warned, it gets very busy.

I visit the Cherrywood frequently as it is a delight to go there. The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. Today I had the Bagel which is my favourite, Smoked Salmon cream cheese , avocado & salad with fennel garnish. Jack made my cappuccino and it was just to my liking with a perfect design on top. Having been to Cherrywood in July & found it very friendly with well presented, well cooked, fresh food we returned with my 92 year old Mother. We were made very welcome with a table moved to allow for Mums wheelchair. It was busy but lots of local groups. A table of 4 men met up, later 5 ladies had another table. I think this is good recommendation when locals use a cafe. There were also single people who looked just as happy & comfortable. My husband ordered his favourite full English. This included, bacon, black pudding, hash brown, baked beans, fried egg (he had a choice of eggs) & toast. Mum and I had scone & cream. The Scones (2) were gently warm, served with a little pot of jam & a pot with Cornish cream. There was plenty of jam but slightly sparse with cream. I asked for a little more cream for the 4th piece of scone & was given another little pot. This was no problem to the Staff. Mum & I shared the refill. Overall - very welcoming Staff and lovely food served in a friendly environment. Although very busy nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, we will return next time we visit Mum, from Leicester.

Simple food executed with excellence. We had the Truffle Chicken Toastie and the Salmon & Avacado Bagel. Sound simple but the flavours are perfect.

The weather was miserable, the cafe was sunny. Lovely lunch with cheerful friendly service. Very welcoming. Will definitely go again. Prawn tacos very special. Great location for a walk in Netley Country Park and a stroll along the shore.

Absolutely first class breakfasts, produce, presentation and service, all excellent and would thoroughly recommend.

This is my go to place for coffee. It's the best for miles. They do sell decaffeinated and oat milk and other alternatives. I only live half a mile away but love to just pop in once or twice a week as its so good and welcoming The food is fantastic. So fresh and made with local produce. You can see the chefs working and see the care they put into their food. There are also some lovely locally made cakes and one or two gf option cakes too. I recommend the gf brownie! The prices aren't the cheapest ( not expensive either) but the food could be served in a top restaurant. We are spoilt to have this gem in our village The staff are the nicest people. They remember your name and your usual preferences. There's so much attention to detail. The cleanliness is also 10/10 There is not one negative thing I can say. Being popular it sometimes gets busy~it's quite small~but there is outside seating and it's occasionally full due only to the excellent reputation it's built up Dogs are allowed but all that I've met there are well behaved and the area is so close to The Victory Park and beach making it's a dog walkers paradise (doggie treats supplied)

Really good breakfast - amazing eggs, home made hash brown, good quality sausages and bacon. Service was also excellent. Plus this place is dog friendly so will definitely be bringing the dog next time!

Absolutely one of the best brunches I’ve had in a long time - great menu, delicious food and really friendly staff. Lots to choose from on the menu with a good choice of drinks and sweet treats too.

Such a great little cafe. They serve an imaginative brunch-style menu all day, with lots of choice. Today I chose the mushrooms benedict: tasty, fresh & delicious. The staff are super friendly and obliging. It’s dog friendly too.

Had breakfast on a Monday morning with a friend. Wow. the quality of the food and coffee is excellent. Delighted to see different types of foods on offer too- and all with exceptional attention to detail. Wholeheartedly recommend. This place deserves to do well.

What a gem we stumbled on by chance......so glad we did. I had the pulled pork wrap which was amazing and husband had the truffle dog sausage, amazing. Can't wait to go back to try the breakfasts.

Great service from the staff, we popped in for breakfast - Eggs Benedict which were lovely! We were allowed to bring the dog in which was nice, the tables and chairs out front are a great sun trap in the afternoon and it’s quite sheltered.
