I bought 2 cookies and a brownie. Not the cheapest but very large and all delicious. I note some commented on the cookies being 'undercooked'. Am sure that's intentional, firm on the outside with the soft and stodgy cookie dough inner, just as I like them 😁

Purchased an Apple crumble cookie and white chocolate blonde, just under £10 for both, disappointed with the freshness of both(stale)if we had of eaten them outside the shop we would have taken them back for a refund, unfortunately we had taken them back home to eat after tea (miles away)so that wasn’t an option so they ended up in the bin

The food here is very good, nothing impeccable that another bakery couldn’t do, but very good nevertheless. Unfortunately I find the Customer Service very disappointing. When you read the Google reviews, all the negative reviews are replied with a snotty remark by the owner herself. I’ve had a hygiene issue with the bakery before and politely messaged them privately to inform them. I did get a “sorry”, but as a Customer Support Manager I was taught to do better than a simple “sorry”, especially when a customer is spending nearly £70. The investor programme “rewards” are quite insulting in my opinion, how much would it realistically cost for them to just give any fundraiser one free product? 10% one time discount code is very tight for a £50 investment. This is also combined with their 50% off deals- they claim to have a “50% off deal” but it must be an order exceeding £10 and no more than £5 off… also very disappointing. I liked the bakery when I first started shopping there, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them again.

Purchased a range of cookies which all looked really tasty and were huge, however they were all really disappointing. The cookie part itself was bland and undercooked, and the flavourings just too sweet. It cost £10 for 3 cookies. Thought it might have been a bad day in the bakery but having also tried some cookies from the Faversham shop which were the same overly sweet and sickly undercooked cookies, we won’t be going back.

A great place to grab a quick sweet treat! Icecream portions are huge! Kids are always spoilt for choice with toppings! I love the smores cookies and Mars bar stuffed brownies!!! The staff here are always really friendly :) Tip- Don't expect gr*gs prices for these treats, these are high quality deserts with speedy service. Prepare yourself for a big spend filling up a perfectly packaged take away box.

Oh wow, what a find this shop is. We had the best tea cakes ever and some amazing milk shakes. The shop is so pretty, and how they present the good is so pretty too. Attention to detail is worth the cost. You definitely get what you pay for, and we will be happy to pay again very soon.

We visited here on our weekend away. They sell the most delicious treats it’s hard to choose which one to buy! We each chose a treat each and they were delicious.

WOW. Canterbury has well and truly gained the most beautiful little shop. While I have gained a few lbs! We travel all the way from Folkestone( sometimes twice a week🐷) to get the most amazing treats. Never found a bakery more perfect than you! Staff are very welcoming and happy. Very aesthetically pleasing and your brownie/ millionaire shortbread are to die for, so good I have to hide them from my husband or WW3 will commence!

Delicious cookies, brownies and milkshakes. I’m my friend had a coffee and she said it was the best thing she’s ever had. Will be returning every week for a Friday treat 👍

The Beaney Cafe is spacious with high ceilings and probably a good place to meet with friends if you are a little bit unsure about meeting in a public place at the moment. The Earl Grey Cake was absolutely delicious and the staff, as always, are very obliging and friendly. Definitely recommend this as a place to meet with friends during this Coronovirus situation, as long as they stay open!

Had a nice bacon baguette really nice good price but feel ripped of paying £3 for supposed American pancakes turns out they are mini ones with syrup, kind of feel I got ripped of there.

Nice ambience and friendly staff. Bagels..... But little else on offer. That said my crushed avocado 🥑 and smoked salmon was spot on. It just needs a menu that offers more variety..... Quiches, Homemade Soups would be great additions. Located in The Old Town Hall. Fully Licensed and Coffee/Cake for afters.
